It's a typical Blaze. I usually come on weekends and I've never had to wait. I assume it's a bit busier on workdays due to the Kaiser presence nearby. I'm a big fan of the build-your-own pizza. I usually pile on the toppings and ask for more of the meats after they initially go over a round. This leads to a longer cook time, but why wouldn't you get more toppings when the price is the same? With enough veggies and meat, you even end up with an overall healthier meal. Right next door to a California Fish Grill, and they've been OK with me bringing in food from next door if you're in the mood for something a bit healthier or just not pizza. read more

Came to this location on Mother's Day before going into Lowe's. For only two people working they were a well oiled machine. I was so impressed with DJ (lead) and Rico I had to even ask for their names. Every customer received their attention never feeling a sense of being rushed or overwhelmed. Blaze pizza never disappoints. This one is located on Magnolka Abe in the same plaza as LA Fitness. Basically a nice pizza to go after an hour workout. Haha! I got my build your own pizza and put mushrooms sausage sun dried tomatoes cheese and spinach. It was delicious even on cauliflower crust keto version. Good service and got my pizza fast. Shared parking in the front. One less star for sticky tables and trash on tables not discarded. read more

Everyone has always been super friendly and not skimpy on the toppings. Even when I DoorDash it's always been consistent. I like all the options of toppings and surprisingly the vegan one is pretty good, the vegan cheese they use is good and their vegan chorizo is good too. Place is clean just the outside can be sketch bc of all the homeless. They share the complex next to sharetea and California fish grill. Parking is pretty big too. Back again to give this place another try! Two people working 1 was nice the other didn't have a good attitude or welcoming . Our pizzas were burnt on the crust and it was chewy. All I want is a good place to eat with good service. Not to much to ask. As you can see my post from 6 years ago when they first opened they got it right. Not sure what has changed. First time trying this place. I was surprised how good it was! It's a pizza style of subway aha build your own style aha I love basic pepperoni pizza and they made it great! It's cooked in a brick oven so be aware there is a chance the crust might get burnt. I highly recommend adding the salt they ask if you want it along with the oregano or basil they sprinkle on too. The garlic bread so good too. Everyone was so nice and the restaurant was very clean also. I love me some Costco pizza but this is definitely too 3 favorite pizza now. read more

I visited Blaze Pizza on December 22nd at 6:30 pm, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. We've been to this Blaze Pizza location multiple times, and unfortunately we've had consistently negative service experiences. On more than one visit, the same group of employees has come across as condescending and rude during the ordering process. We are polite, straightforward when ordering, and try to make things easy, so it's frustrating to repeatedly feel as though the employees are going out of their way to be rude and condescending. the food itself is great we love coming here it's just been repeatedly disappointing which makes us hesitant to return. This isn't about one bad interaction, it's been a pattern, which is why I'm finally leaving a review. I hope management takes a closer look at customer interaction and professionalism, because this location could be much better. read more

It's rare for me to give a one star review but this place truly earned it. I placed an order on the mobile app and of the seven ingredients I placed only one was correct. The pizza simply wasn't what I ordered. It's easy to see where the complications are as well; this place is understaffed. They had four people working and they needed 7. A ton of people complaining tonight, stuff not cleaned, and general apathy of those who remained working. I don't blame the staff; I blame the lack of leadership at this place. So much so, that when I requested a refund I was told I'd have to contact the manager tomorrow because no one here could do it. This is bad business. It's bad for employees, customers, and those who actually enjoy blaze pizza. Don't come to this place. That's my recommendation. Update: I wanted share some insights on the refund attempt as well. It's been a day later and I've still not received by refund. Instead, the company has sent me to a review department - two people have reached out via email asking for the same information. My order number and what was wrong. No refund given but they offered two free pizzas. I don't want the pizzas and my ask was very clear. I came here for the first time to this location last week. I had previously visited the Brea location. You get to completely customize your pizza here by choosing your crust, sauce(s), meat(s), veggie(s) and drizzles. These pizzas have unlimited toppings but some crust options will be extra if you want high-rise dough or cauliflower crust. These guys are friendly but they sure do have small fingers! They will put very small amounts of items that you ask for. I'm sure it's part of keeping profitability but these guys are cheap with their toppings. It will be very noticeable at the cheese station. You can have a bunch of different cheeses if you want but they will start sprinkling as if it is flakes of gold or pixie dust. In the end, be decisive and don't settle. Ask for what you want and don't accept anything less. These pizza are very good, partly because it was made exactly how you wanted it made. This pizza is not cheap but could be easily shared if you wanted to add a few salads to the order. I get full eating a high-rise by myself. 3.5 stars! read more

So I love Blaze but I feel like this location almost always disappoints. The service here just isn't my favorite. I always feel like the staff seems miserable and I hate asking for anything because they seem so put out. It's awkward. I got the Keto crust today for the first time, I've had Keto crusts many times and this was just okay. My kids traditional pizzas were really good though. I was disappointed to get a pizza with a big part of the crust missing since it's already a pretty big upcharge for Keto crust. I'll probably go to another location from now on. read more

For a work event celebration, I tried pre-ordering 4 Lg pizzas for the next day via iPhone app but the msg kept saying 'item not available' despite different items ordered. I then decided to go in person to order on 11-11-24 & pay ahead so pizza would be ready to pick up@11:15am on 11-12-24. When we arrived the pizzas were NOT ready or even started. I informed the mgr I had ordered the night before & paid (I showed him my CC transaction. He had to look to find the paper upon which my order was written but located it near the cash register finally - apologized and said he would work on it right away. I had to leave my co-workers there to p/u the pizza so I could set up other items for our celebration (which now would be delayed and limited because we only have an hour for lunch) The pizzas were picked up and brought to our location but one of the pizzas was supposed to be to be sausage & mushroom but was pepperoni & mushroom instead! Additionally one of the to-go boxes had an EARWIG insect crawling inside!!! I see it was a past violation so probably needs some attention. We received a gift card for Blaze so decided to stop in last week for a couple pizzas. The personnel were friendly, helpful and did a great job. The pizzas are ok, the pizza dough is just ok though it does have a good taste, just a bit bland. They have plenty of the right toppings for a very tasty pizza.
