The food is never on time and the workers love the be smart asses. The girl told me her name is Janee and if that's true you're a terrible manager with a smart mouth on you. If I come in a little before my order time, I don't need you telling me "you're early." And if my pick up time says 8:10 , don't have me waiting until 8:30. Usually, when I come here, stuff is friendly and it is clean. However, today the restaurant was a disaster. I'm reconsidering if I should even eat what I just bought. Staff was extremely rude, he was about to get off and didn't want to help me. My sandwich was made incredibly sloppy and in the juices and tomato bits of whatever sandwich they had made last are all over my sandwich They didn't have any mustard and I got an eye roll when I reminded the cashier that he forgot to give me my drink . What can I say, I love a sandwich. Jersey Mike's is my favorite! I don't know if it's the freshly sliced meat and cheeses or the mikes way, but I've never been disappointed. The service is impeccable and quick. The spots are pretty small and get pretty crowded, but the sandwich is worth it. My favorite is #13. read more

It is truly sad to see a local business with such a great history on a downward trend. We used to love eating at this location on Sundays after church. This visit may be our last. Manager's special is back but it's $27 (used to be $15). I get it, you have to pay the workers more, so prices go up. But you expect good service for your money. Young employees didn't seem to care. They rolled their eyes when you ask for little things like salt. They no longer have sweetened tea. Countertop, floor and tables were dirty. read more

Worst customer service out of any fast food location I've ever been to. They look at you like you're an inconvenience, not even a greeting. This is every employee each time I come here as well. As a vegetarian, I'm sort of used to the eye roll of teenagers when I say something about meat touching my food... however, this exceeded an eye roll. The guy that I asked to clean the slicer before making my sandwich was genuinely irritated. As someone struggling with the very recent death of my grandson, I felt his thinly veiled disgust hard to manage. I was nice to him, but he was 'over it'. I don't think I'll return- The bread was hard/stale/not fresh... disappointing because Jersey Mike's has been a favorite of mine being from Philly- used to be the best sandwich on the west coast! Them not cutting cheeses for vegetarians before they cut mat for everyone else is a thing they just started a few years ago.... They won't miss the vegetarian customers I guess. My first impression was "this place is extremely dirty". As soon as I came in I noticed how dirty the floor and the tables were, I also noticed the fridge hasn't been cleaned in a while, all the finger prints on the glass makes it look disgusting. The workers here take forever to make your sandwich, I waited 30 minutes to get a mini sandwich. The way I see it this place has young people as part pf the staff, I did not see a person old enough to make sure this place operates properly. read more

Honestly I don't ever leave reviews places but the service i received today was amazing. They were out of what I wanted which crushed me because I'm 22 weeks pregnant and was craving that sandwich badly. I think the girl helping me noticed I asked if there was anything similar she gave me two recommendations and asked if I wanted anything else on the sandwich it was very sweet. I frequent this location. The staff is usually friendly. This time they had some snotty guy with long hair taking the orders. So rude.... I will not be returning. He slammed the pad down so bothered he had to take a brown persons order. But was so pleasant to the white woman behind me. Do better jersey mikes! Went here today because I had a coupon for this location only. Walked in, wasn't greeted or anything, one customer ahead of me. It's more of a cafeteria assembly here, no talking, no greeting, just what'll you have? Kind of mentality. Ordered my food, came out how I wanted it, paid and left. The kicker is I have kids and the soda fountain selection only includes pink lemonade as the only "non-carbonated" beverage. Of course I got a drink with my kids meal and the soda fountain broke. Took 5 minutes for the guy to try to change it while I stood around with my kid. After he couldn't change it, I was offered a selection at the machine pictures. Luckily they have Gatorade. Giving 4 stars only because of 3 of the 4 employees, the young man that sliced the meat, the young lady that sliced and wrapped the sandwich and the cashier. All of them were great. Spraying down the machine while theres open food near it. Lots of cross contamination going on. You can clearly see the lettuce wasn't good anymore getting soggy and pink. Jersey Mike's is a POS.. we had an order in to pick up at 12 .. 10sandwiches $70 .. got there at 12..they hadn't even started it.. we waited 20 min before we even started getting angry.. til we see a group of 6 and everyone else that walked in after us getting food before us.. then the kid said "bummer u didn't get ur food sooner" no manager on site.. I pulled a girl to speak privately and told her we were getting sandwiches for my friends that spent 3 weeks moving me out of my house after losing my husband.. when he gave us our food he said "the world doesn't revolve around you " I almost went over the counter.. literally had to be pulled down..
