This is my favorite Jersey Mikes location. Parking is easy, the staff is super nice and always happy to serve their customers. Corona location is closer to me, but id rather drive a few more minutes to this location. Recently, one of our orders was slightly incorrect, but staff was happy to fix it. I tend to see Austin (I believe that was their name, he's tall with curly blonde ish hair) and he's super chill. read more

Heard good sandwiches! Came at 2:30 on August 6th, four of us, as soon as we saw the grimey hand prints on door were already uh oh! Sure enough, floors dirty, trash, most tables dirty, counters dirty, NO hi, the two people working not a word except what do you want. We wiped our own table. Got our sandwiches and yes they were very good!!!!!!!!! The thirty minutes we were there still no one cleaned anything. Maybe just keep the place clean!!!!!! read more

Amazing!!!! Superb Good customer service. Fresh food Thank you! Add fresh guacamole to bust!! read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Great! - Sandwiches Near Me - Norco, California

This our home store!!! Everyone is always cheery and happy! The place is clean the food is always fresh! They sometimes get busy with the lunch orders so if u can order ahead that would help all parties involved, I think! We got the #7 Turkey & Provolone Mike's way and a #8 Mike's way. Never disappoints!!! read more

Kylee was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect!! Thank you so much !!

Shout out to these kids busting their butts having to listen to 70's soft rock while trying to push out these sandwiches at lunch time. Whoever owns this place is a d!ck! read more

Staff was very welcoming and made amazing sandwiches. Ordered the very delish CA CLUB and chicken philly.

Anthony was super means , i order online the bread was falling apart, they sent me a beat up sandwich And he didn't apologize when i called read more

I came in again, and again they were out of certain items... If it isn't a type of bread, a type of meat, and today... no tuna! Mind you it's 1pm! You're a sandwich shop without all the necessary ingredients to make a sandwich! read more

I really like the sandwiches, unfortunately it's bit overpriced in my opinion so I haven't been back.

Came in for a late dinner food was fresh and quick. Workers were helpful and friendly

Best sandwiches ever!! Best Jersey Mikes ever! Service was excellent, Michael was really great!

The food is never on time and the workers love the be smart asses. The girl told me her name is Janee and if that's true you're a terrible manager with a smart mouth on you. If I come in a little before my order time, I don't need you telling me "you're early." And if my pick up time says 8:10 , don't have me waiting until 8:30. Waste of money and time at this place and obviously brain cells. read more

Delicious yummy yummy subs!!! They're pretty clean fast and friendly staff. Prices are a little high though.

Stopped by Jersey Mike's this afternoon and had such a great experience! The staff was friendly, quick, and really paid attention to getting everything just right. Thanks ladies!!! The sandwich was fresh, perfectly made, and packed with flavor. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Definitely one of the best spots when you want a quality sub--highly recommend! read more

To the Management of Jersey Mike's - Norco Location, I wanted to take a moment to humbly and respectfully commend three of your team members: Juju, Cooly, and Pat. I've been to many stores. I've interacted with countless employees. But the leadership, discipline, professionalism, and exceptional customer service I witnessed from these three individuals was second to none. They operate with precision. They communicate clearly. They handle pressure like seasoned operators. Their attention to detail, their respect for every customer, and the pride they take in their work--it all stood out. They act like future leaders because they are future leaders. You can see it in how they carry themselves. You can hear it in how they speak to each other and to customers. You can feel it in the positive energy they bring into that store every shift. They make the team better. They make the brand stronger. They're not just good employees--they're future managers. And in my honest opinion, they've already earned both the raise and the promotion. Juju, Cooly, and Pat: Respect. Keep leading from the front. Sincerely, Rick and Esmeralda read more

Usually, when I come here, stuff is friendly and it is clean. However, today the restaurant was a disaster. I'm reconsidering if I should even eat what I just bought. Staff was extremely rude, he was about to get off and didn't want to help me. My sandwich was made incredibly sloppy and in the juices and tomato bits of whatever sandwich they had made last are all over my sandwich They didn't have any mustard and I got an eye roll when I reminded the cashier that he forgot to give me my drink . Super disappointed. The man who helped me was hispanic, wearing heavy jewelry that slid on my sandwich and had 5 oclock shadow facial hair. Visited Jan 9 2025 at 5:35 read more

Food was good . But service is subpar. My daughter asked for extra oil and was told no. Won't be going back ! & 46.00 dollars in 3 subs and they can't give extra oil?????? Sad times read more

One of the employees was very rude. I'm not sure why since I was being very friendly. He also wasn't listening and ended up making my sandwich the wrong way after I mentioned how it was made incorrectly as well. The other employee was being friendly, the other one was just rude and unwelcoming. read more

What can I say, I love a sandwich. Jersey Mike's is my favorite! I don't know if it's the freshly sliced meat and cheeses or the mikes way, but I've never been disappointed. The service is impeccable and quick. The spots are pretty small and get pretty crowded, but the sandwich is worth it. My favorite is #13. read more

My daughter recommended Jersey Mike's and I'm glad she did. The vegetables appear fresh, the meat is cut in front of you and getting it "Mike's way" tastes great. I've been back a few times read more

They move at a good pace so there is never really a wait in the line. That is + 5 stars Thank you! I will say that staff must remember the purpose of the gloves. You can't go from making a sandwich with gloves on then go touch the register or some device and then come back and continue cutting meat or start making a sandwich with the SAME gloves. -1star I will be back after I go back.. it was clean enough for me to eat there :) read more

Taking the time to write the description of the order on each box and numbering each sandwich. Absolutely wonderful customer service! read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Sandwich - Sandwiches Near Me - Norco, California

It is truly sad to see a local business with such a great history on a downward trend. We used to love eating at this location on Sundays after church. This visit may be our last. Manager's special is back but it's $27 (used to be $15). I get it, you have to pay the workers more, so prices go up. But you expect good service for your money. Young employees didn't seem to care. They rolled their eyes when you ask for little things like salt. They no longer have sweetened tea. Countertop, floor and tables were dirty. read more

My first impression was "this place is extremely dirty". As soon as I came in I noticed how dirty the floor and the tables were, I also noticed the fridge hasn't been cleaned in a while, all the finger prints on the glass makes it look disgusting. The workers here take forever to make your sandwich, I waited 30 minutes to get a mini sandwich. The way I see it this place has young people as part pf the staff, I did not see a person old enough to make sure this place operates properly. read more

Both employees were friendly and receptive. They were doing their jobs with a smile and greeted us as soon as we walked in

Wow!!! So professional. What a change. This location is now run by Corporate - thank you.

Worst customer service out of any fast food location I've ever been to. They look at you like you're an inconvenience, not even a greeting. This is every employee each time I come here as well. For a $20 sandwich you would think they would be able to cut the bread all the way through. Last time I'm ever coming to this location, the one off McKinley is way better anyway. read more

As a vegetarian, I'm sort of used to the eye roll of teenagers when I say something about meat touching my food... however, this exceeded an eye roll. The guy that I asked to clean the slicer before making my sandwich was genuinely irritated. As someone struggling with the very recent death of my grandson, I felt his thinly veiled disgust hard to manage. I was nice to him, but he was 'over it'. I don't think I'll return- The bread was hard/stale/not fresh... disappointing because Jersey Mike's has been a favorite of mine being from Philly- used to be the best sandwich on the west coast! Them not cutting cheeses for vegetarians before they cut mat for everyone else is a thing they just started a few years ago.... They won't miss the vegetarian customers I guess. I've had some stores be very kind- this one (or this employee) completely ruined Jersey Mike's for me. read more

Jersey Mikes you always jerking me. Year after year i just drop in once and never disappoint with ripping me off and not training your staff. I blame the owner not the employees. Dont go here unless you like $18 bread or an overpriced cold semi decent sandwich. Who owns this place os the question? #yourjerkingmemike read more

I frequent this location. The staff is usually friendly. This time they had some snotty guy with long hair taking the orders. So rude.... I will not be returning. He slammed the pad down so bothered he had to take a brown persons order. But was so pleasant to the white woman behind me. Do better jersey mikes! Hire friendly workers who want to be there minus the prejudice behavior. Given our political climate... one has to wonder... does he simply hate his job? Or certain people? read more

Went here today because I had a coupon for this location only. Walked in, wasn't greeted or anything, one customer ahead of me. It's more of a cafeteria assembly here, no talking, no greeting, just what'll you have? Kind of mentality. Ordered my food, came out how I wanted it, paid and left. The kicker is I have kids and the soda fountain selection only includes pink lemonade as the only "non-carbonated" beverage. Of course I got a drink with my kids meal and the soda fountain broke. Took 5 minutes for the guy to try to change it while I stood around with my kid. After he couldn't change it, I was offered a selection at the machine pictures. Luckily they have Gatorade. Whatever, will be back most likely because it's closest to my house. read more

This girl with curly hair kind of chubby , I believe she is Hispanic , Omg everyone was waiting over 15 minutes for their order and she was so disrespectful mostly to this lady that had been there be for me and I waited for at least 15 minutes. She told her she can cancel her order if she did not want to wait in a really rude way and was disrespectful to everyone, Horrible employee read more

Showed up at 7, place looks closed. All workers hiding in the back with the open sign off. Definitely not motivated to make a $20 sandwich without some crazy attitude. Food is always decent, just not good enough for the price. Owners don't give a rats! read more

Not sure how workers who make sandwiches I got today for pickup did not notice the bread was hard as a rock. It was so hard I took top off and had to eat it that way. For what these cost they need to keep bread fresh for customers. read more

Spraying down the machine while theres open food near it. Lots of cross contamination going on. You can clearly see the lettuce wasn't good anymore getting soggy and pink. I had to ask the guy to change his gloves after ringing the person up in front of me and wiping down the counter So gross. This is one of the dirtiest stores I've come across!! read more

Food always tastes fresh and bread is fresh. Giving 4 stars only because of 3 of the 4 employees, the young man that sliced the meat, the young lady that sliced and wrapped the sandwich and the cashier. All of them were great. The guy that put the vegetables etc on was either having a bad day or just absolutely didn't want to work there. He had to be reminded that the sandwich had bacon and yes, I wanted mayo too. Bad representation of Jersey Mike's. read more

Usually, not the location I stop into, but since i was in the area called in my order and customer service went ver the phone was great.
