Family owned business that goes above and beyond! I was running late to bring my chairs for sling replacements due to excessive traffic and when I called, they offered to stay late until I got there. When I did arrive, they didn't rush me or push me out while I got all of the paperwork done. Highly recommend them as they care about their clients and that is harder and harder to find these days. And - if you haven't gone to them for Christmas - IT IS A MUST next season! Best ornaments & decorations around and very affordable. I had no idea that Patio World transformed into Christmas World for the holidays, and it's a cool stop if you're trying to get into the festive spirit. As soon as you enter, you're surrounded by fake Christmas trees ranging from small to large, all plugged in so you can check out their light arrangements. On top of that, they have a wide-variety of decor, ornaments, and other goodies if you're trying to deck the halls with something neat. They do still have patio furniture if you're in need to spruce up your outdoor area, but we were here strictly for the holiday stuff. The owners were super friendly and gave us a backstory on why they change over; his wife just really loves Christmas! For COVID-19, you need to have a mask, there's hand sanitizer available, and there's plenty of space to ensure you're social distancing. I swung by today looking for some patio furniture for my backyard. I've been looking around for a while and I'm having a hard time trying to decide what I want. However that has given me a lot of research to consider. My visit the patio world turned up two sides to this review. On one hand they had pretty good stuff. I like town they set up their merchandise to look its finest. It was pretty good quality stuff and was aesthetically pleasing. on the other hand, it was incredibly overpriced. Like I said, I've done a lot of research on patio furniture and this place was one of the more spendy I've been. I can appreciate that quality items, the higher price tag but this place was over-the-top. Living room furniture that's supposed to last 10 years doesn't cost as much as some of the things they were telling me to put on my patio. I had seen them in prayer feedback that the owner or manager had written back to one of the reviewers, and I thought perhaps he may have take in the review to heart and analyzed the cost of his merchandise. but that didn't happen here. All in all, quality furniture but way overpriced. read more

Patio world Returned today for an estimate for repair on a lounge chair. Same gentleman as Saturday waited on me. Gave me the option of replacing only the damaged straps or entire chair. No hard sell for the total replacement and on retirement income elected to just replace the damaged straps. The price was reasonable, the repairs were done on site and finished in 3 hours. I can't help but comment on the negative reviews here, but at least one was serval years ago. I found the counter person to be helpful, friendly and informative. I would not hesitate to buy from this store or use it for repairs in the future. read more

I just needed 2 big yellow patio umbrellas for my pool by the next day. The BBQ island store in Corona I went to first already had their doors locked at 5:10 even though they weren't supposed to close until 5:30 and wouldn't let me in for a quick purchase. I called Patio World and they actually had what I was looking for, I was in and out in 5 minutes and were super nice. The umbrellas look amazing and I'm impressed that they actually had the color I really wanted. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. We have been in here twice, and both times the experience was horrible. No one greets you. If there is more than one other customer, you will have an extremely long wait to get any attention even though there are enough salespeople. they seem to intentionally try and hide from you or walk away. The store is very crowded with furniture, which makes it difficult to even walk around, but even though you wind up bumping into the salespeople, they still ignore you. I would rather order over the Internet than give this store one penny of business. I frankly don't know how they are still in business with such poor customer service skills. read more
