Sit 'n Sleep - Mattresses Near Me - Norco, California

Hector and Fern, the delivery guys, were outstanding. They rushed to make my limited time window work and they set everything up for me and helped me to address issues with bed frame I already had. The sales person took his time with me and helped me to make a great selection. Customer service was outstanding. read more

I know its difficult to walk in any place anymore when they seem to know more then the consumers because that's their business to know their products etc. Its also hard to walk in a "Dealership" they talk fast sometimes you can miss the small words, but anyway, I got through it and bought a mattress. The price was ok, just don't like having to buy stuff like this, to buy this online is too difficult, this kind of buying you have to see it touch it and try it out first before buying. Would I recommend Sit & Sleep, I guess, the price was ok! read more

Visited Sit n Sleep today once again after buying from them a year ago. Salesman John aided me in looking for a new bed, using the convenient Mattress matcher. After completing the mattress matcher, John was enthusiastic about helping me find the perfect bed, John also was straightforward with answering any and all questions I had. One of the best attributes about this business is that they take your old mattress when your newly bought one arrives leaving the hassle of getting rid of it out of the way.On top of that, Sit N sleep offers a variety of brands that are available to "Test out" in which makes choosing your new bed a piece of cake. I really love how reliable this business is, they deliver on time and on any day that is most convenient. Additionally, I can trust that if my mattress or box spring is damaged when delivered, it can easily be replaced without a fee. I will most definitely be coming back to this fine establishment a third time when another bed is needed. read more

Pete Rigas greeted us and provided what I would call "The Perfect" low stress customer experience that was full of valuable information that helped us pick the perfect bed. We shopped around, went to four competitors and when all is said and done, not only did we get a superior product, but the price was less than quoted at "All" of the competitors! Thank you Pete, this was a great experience. read more

Great place to shop with an amazing inventory. Mark our sales representative is knowledgeable, informative and patient. He introduced my wife and I to this innovative technology bed that studied our sleep pattern to help us find the perfect mattress. It was delivered today and the delivery crew was in and out in a matter of minutes with proper Covid attire. This is what it looks like when experience and professionalism collide. A perfect experience! Than you Mark, from The Calderon Group Real Estate Team. read more

I had the best experience at this store! Floyd was an incredible salesman and actually listened to what I wanted and needed. I even left to go to a different company to check pricing and walked out knowing I was getting not only the best deal from Floyd but his caring and personality sold me to come right back. Their service is hands down the best around and it shows as soon as you walk in. I would suggest to anyone to go to this store! I will definitely continue to come here as needed in the future! Thanks Floyd for your impeccable service!! read more

It has been almost exactly 1 year since my wife and I made our first purchase here for our master bedroom. I loved the experience we had at Sit 'n Sleep previously thanks to the amazing customer service provided by Jessica. We were looking to purchase a new mattress set for one of our guest bedrooms. Instead of shopping around at 10 different stores, we did some research online, checked Costco and then came to pay a visit here. As soon as we walked in a very nice gentleman named Mark Mitchell came to greet us. Mark was SO helpful and made our mattress purchase so simple and quick. He quickly showed us the mattresses within our price range. Once he realized we were repeat customers, he made us an absolutely great deal on a mattress and box spring that could not be beat..not even Costco could compare. Thanks again Sit 'n Sleep, and thank you Mark!!! read more

Wonderful, Friendly and very professional service by Pete Rigas. Followed all pandemic guidelines. No hassles. Would recommend anytime.

My boyfriend and i went in without the intention of buying. We were immediately greeted with the help of Floyd. He showed us the bed that helps learn our body types, which was awesome, he then showed us multiple beds explaining why each of them were made for our bodies. All in all, he was AMAZING and went above and beyond with us! If you ever go in, ask for Floyd Ramey!! read more

We purchased an expensive mattress from this store in 2019, and was assured that the mattress and box spring had a 10 year warranty. A few days ago the mattress began to droop on one side. My husband visited the store to find out how the warranty will handle the issue with the mattress and they said the box spring has a 10year warranty NOT the mattress. ***Make sure that you double check your warranty when buying from them*** read more

My husband, 11 mo old daughter, and I set out one Sunday to shop for a much needed new bed. Our old mattress had gotten so bad that my husband had been sleeping on a blow up mattress for months! We realized that we couldn't put it off any longer. We had a tight, tight budget. Walking into Sit'N Sleep we were prepared to look at a few mattresses, leave, and shop around to make sure our very limited budget was stretched to the max. Angie Celaya greeted us and measured us for the best matress. I am 5' 3" and my husband is 6'5".... They were able to measure our sleep positions and recommend the right matress type for my husband's back problems. From there Angie, keeping our budget strictly in mind, led us to mattresses we could afford. She was able to steer us to a mattress that she knew would keep my husband off that blow up and back in bed with me. Angie worked her magic managing to get us the deal of the century with a top quality matress we never thought we could buy. We had planned to walk out after getting a quote but the deal was far and above what we had seen online anywhere else and we couldn't pass it up. Angie is the type of sales person who tailors her recommendations to your needs. She not only makes you feel good about getting a great deal, but she makes you glad to purchase your matress from her personally. Angie was a blessing to my family. I can't thank her enough for working so hard for us. Sit'N Sleep will be the ONLY mattress store we will recommend to our family and friends. read more

It had probably been close to 20 years since we had purchased a mattress. We went to Sit n Sleep in Norco. Great experience, great sales staff. Love the new technology for determining which mattress is for body type. We purchased mattress as well as a mattress platform on Saturday and it was delivered on Sunday. The delivery was right on time. They not delivered but set up the platform and mattress in record time. Thank you Alex and Hector for great delivery service and they even removed the old box springs and mattress. Thank you Sit n Sleep and the deliver team. We love our new mattress. Our experience with this store was mixed--both good and bad. First the bad: We are seniors with some health issues, so we wanted a firm mattress. However, when we first entered Sit N Sleep, we were directed to a bed that was hooked up to some kind of monitor, which was supposed to tell us what kind of mattress would be best for us. We lay on it for a few minutes while listening to a sales pitch--I guess you could say it was kind of a gimmick. When we got off, the salesperson informed us that we needed a softer mattress--not a firmer one. We tried a few and found one that felt comfortable. At this point, the salesperson showed us that if we bought an adjustable frame, we could sit and read in bed in comfort. We thought the adjustable frame was too expensive, so we said we only wanted the mattress and box springs and that we already had a standard frame. The first night that my husband slept on the bed, he knew it was too soft. He felt pain in his back and legs. We slept on it a few more nights and then called the store to see about returning it. We had to wait 30 days before we could return it. We thought back about how the salesperson had directed us to a softer mattress and we wondered if he had done this because he really wanted us to buy that expensive adjustable frame. We were pretty upset but we still had to wait 30 days! After about two weeks of trying to sleep on the bed, my husband couldn't take the pain and started sleeping on a cot. Now the good: When 30 days was up, we went back to the store and were greeted by a very nice salesperson named Daisy. She listened to our complaints, and we could tell she wanted to help. She showed us several beds and then helped us narrow down our choice to 2 or 3. We liked one that was out of our price range, so she showed us one that was similar but lower priced. She suggested that we lie on each bed for 10-15 minutes to make sure that we were buying the best choice for our individual needs. We really felt like she was looking out for us and trying to help us find what was best for us. When the new bed was finally delivered, we were delighted to both get a good night's sleep on a mattress and box springs that was comfortable for both of us. While I am talking about the good parts of our experience, I have to mention the delivery system. They have a wonderful tracking system that lets you know approximately when they will deliver on the day that you have chosen. As the day progresses, you can see how many deliveries are ahead of you, so when they finally get there you are ready for them. read more

Great experience! Mark at the Norco location was so helpful! Upon arrival we were greeted and asked what we were looking for. I had a pillow top mattress for over a decade that had an indent that started to give me shoulder and neck stiffness. I got the purple mattress a month ago and didn't think it was worth one grand, so returned it and then tried the worst mattress Ive ever slept on from Amazon. Classic brands cool gel memory foam gave me horrible back pain, so I returned it and decided to go to a real mattress store! So glad that I did. Mark had my boyfriend and I take a diagnostic test to help us figure out what mattress suited our bodies best. Super neat, all you have to do is lay on this special mattress and it measures your pressure points, as well as other info. I found out I needed a firmer mattress to help keep my spine aligned. After figuring out what type of mattress is best for us we were shown different models that fit that type and was in my price range. Mark allowed us to go back and forth to get a feel for what we liked best. Mark was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and also knew when to give us space and not hover like some salesman do. Mark also helped us with picking out a mattress cover to help protect the new mattress. This was my first time buying a mattress at a mattress store and I am very pleased. read more

Our salesman was Walter and he provided excellent customer service! Highly recommend getting your mattress at Sit N Sleep in Norco!

Walked in looking for a mattress and Pete greeted us , great customer service, great inexpensive price with free delivery and haul away !!

We have needed a new mattress and bed fir probably a year but was kinda overwhelmed and didn't want to be hard sold like at a car lot. We wandered in not even knowing what type of mattress we wanted. Met Mark Mitchell who ran the sleep test thing then showed us a few mattresses and explained the differences. He was personable and professional and answered all our questions. He left us alone to explore and try things out. We ended up buying the mist comfortable mattress, sheets and sturdiest bed frame with headboard I've ever seen. Great deal too. It's was a no pressure day and we received our items the next day. Will definitely be back. read more

Brooks at Sit N Sleep was great! He was very informative, patient, and not overbearing. He gave us plenty of time to find the right mattress for us, and not push us into a specific category. Once we determined the right mattress we were also educated on the adjustable base options and pillows which was helpful. 5 Stars for Brooks! read more

My family and I always had a great shopping experience at Sit 'n Sleep, this would be our fourth time shopping for a mattress at the Norco store. It was a pleasure meeting Anita she was very welcoming, nice and well experienced in the type of mattress my husband and I where interested in, we felt very comfortable with Anita and she spent quality time and gave us plenty of information and different options on choosing the right mattress for us. Oh I forget to mention the pillows I was so overdue for one as well as a mattress, so Anita showed us different brands and the right pillow for my body size, I had no clue (thanks for the heads up) my husband and I want to Thank you Anita for helping us choose the right mattress and pillows, I can't wait until my new mattress and pillows arrive!!! read more

First time buying a mattress. This is the perfect place to start if you don't know anything about Mattresses or have not bought one in quite some time. I did the 3 min evaluation they have setup and that gave us a good stating point on what to look for as far as firmness. Art was very knowledgable and dispensed the important information and education I was looking for. Most importantly he left it up to me to react to each mattress before he would tell me about it. He was able to keep close to my budget and find me a mattress that is as good as the more expensive brand. Same warranty and so on. Needless to say this was the experience I was hoping for. Delivery is free and Art's service was invaluable. To go anywhere else would only waste more time and money in the long run and not be a good reflection on the service I received. read more

We went in the other day to shop around for a new mattress. Anita approached us and began helping us. She was very knowledgeable and informative on all the different mattresses and everything else she was talking to us about. She was super friendly and didn't pressure us at all as we told her we wanted to look around at a couple other places before deciding. Ultimately we decided the prices here best suited our budget and the customer service was far better here than anywhere else we looked. We returned and bought the mattress that we wanted and got a great deal! Anita was super helpful! Thank you Anita! read more
