OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Go see Art W and he will take care of you. Mattress shopping can be very challenging and a daunting experience. We weren't the easiest clients to work with as we changed the specifics of our order several times. (more due to our indecisiveness than anything else) Art made us feel very comfortable and truly cares about finding you the right mattress and making sure you're happy with your purchase. After we selected our mattress and had it delivered to our home, we decided it was to big for our bedroom. We called up Art while the delivery team was still at the house and asked him what our options were. In was in his response and the way Art handled the situation that I will never buy a mattress from anyone else as long as Art is working. Without hesitation Art was very understanding and advised us not to accept delivery. Art made it very clear his priority was to make sure we were happy with our purchase and in his own words "Its a major purchase and I want you to enjoy it for years to come". Immediately after hanging up with Art he went to work exploring different available options that would work for us and minutes later called us back with an option that was more suitable for our bedroom. Here is the icing on the cake, after our first night sleeping on the mattress Art gave us a courtesy call the next morning to inquire if the mattress was okay and whether or not we slept well. You just don't see this kind of service anymore from someone who really cares about their customers! Art is a real asset to his company and I hope Sit N Sleep knows it! Thank you Art! A Sincerely grateful customer, -Matthew Trigg read more

Mark Mitchell was our sales representive for our bed. He really knew his stuff. Honestly made this experience a lot easier overall. When we first walked in we were a little overwhelemed thinking "Oh god we're not going to have to lay down and over 40 different beds are we?" *Knowledgable *Wasn't too pushy, didn't feel like our space was being interrupted or being followed like a puppy that is a number one bug for me. *Personable read more

I've purchased three beds from them within the past decade. Each time they were NOT pushy, listened to me and gave me great advice. This past weekend we were shown a variety of beds in various price ranges and Art really seemed to have our best interest in mind. We didn't feel rushed and he was patient as we hopped from mattress to mattress. We love our new bed and pillows and my neck pain is gone. Will buy here again. read more

Such a great experience from the moment we walked in the door! The store manager Mike Mitchell knows his stuff and went above and beyond to ensure my experience was the best. We started with the bed match which helped me pick the right bed. He showed many options and explained the differences and gave options for box springs and head boards. By far the best and easiest mattress experience! read more

My boyfriend and I went into Sit'n Sleep recently to purchase a new mattress and our buying experience was nothing short of amazing! Mark helped us out during the buying process and he was wonderful! We weren't the most knowledgeable when it comes to mattresses and which one would best suit our sleeping needs and Mark was so helpful in guiding us in the right direction. There was no haggling involved and he truly seemed to care about helping us find the perfect mattress. True customer service is hard to come by now-a-days and we were very pleased. I would definitely recommend visiting this store for your mattress purchase. I'll definitely be back. Thanks again Mark for the wonderful buying experience. P.S. I recommend buying the Aireloom Nimbus pillow. It's truly heaven in a pillow! read more

I'm helping my mom move & we didn't want her mattress or box spring to get dirty, she bought them here a couple years ago so I thought I'd ask if they had any of the bags the new mattresses are sent in. I figured they might have some used ones from all the floor models. The gentleman I spoke with, Bob Cota, was so energetic & kind, & says, 'sure come on down, what do you need, queen?' I arrived shortly after & he had 2 neatly folded up & ready for me ! 5 for customer service ! As for the bed it's still pretty new always been in a guest room but no complaints! read more

This is the first review I have provided on Yelp for any establishment...this business certainly deserves it. Our sleep consultant Holly Monk was wonderful. She met us at the front door as we entered and walked us through a very educational and enjoyable mattress buying experience. The Bed Match process was quick and painless. We had been to a number of other mattress stores as well as high end department stores prior to finding Holly and Sit and Sleep. Highly Recommend. read more

Art was very helpful, he didn't try to over sell anything. We told him our budget and he was so helpful to show us each mattress that was in our price range. The funny thing is my boyfriend gave him an opportunity to up sell and he didn't. He even gave us tips on when to rotate the mattress and he did mention some sort of sheet that will help protect it from fluids which we did buy. He also told us how they sanitize the floor models and that they get their trucks walked through with dogs to prevent bed bugs and other pests from being transferred from the warehouse to people's homes. Overall best mattress shopping experience ever!! We couldn't be happier with the purchase. read more

Jessica was so helpful from beginning to end. I was fed up with my low quality mattress and so I walked in to the store on my lunch break just to see. Jessica helped me see what type of mattress I needed and I told her I would return. I called her a few days later and told her I would probably go again on a time crunch. She was wonderful and put together some quotes for me within my price range so that it would be fast. I went back in and completed the transaction with her . . . Two weeks later and I am getting the best sleep I ever had! Thanks Jessica :) read more

My back has been feeling like I sleep on rock's and getting good sleep has faded away like the mattress. So I decided it's time for some bells & whistles...I did my due diligence and visited the Labor Day sales until I walked in to Sit n' Sleep and was greeted by the knowledgeable Angel Santiago. She was also very patient while I tried several mattresses to see which one I liked the most. All the while Angel told me the details of the product, a sign of professionalism in my opinion. Thank you Mrs. Santiago for all of you're help! read more

Hands down best service I've ever recieved when working with a salesman. I have chronic pain and am in bed most of the day. Brooks worked with us to get the price we could afford while still making sure that we got the best possible bed. The first day he explained all the differences between the mattresses and the we thought it over, came back the next day and honestly just laid on the beds for a few hours until finally making our decision. He was not pushy at all, he was so friendly and understanding. Absolutely a joy to work with. He set up delivery and warranties easily. My mom is even coming in soon to buy a new bed from him as well! I'm getting some of the best sleep with my new bed! read more

Ref #242191781 I would like to say thank you for the outstanding customer service and support always provided by Bob. I've been a customer for a few years. It is not only the good deals that keeps us returning to Sit-n-sleep, it's primarily the customer service. Who really knows how to pick a mattress or pillow? We know we are in good hands with Bob. I got the complete opposite sales pitch I was expecting. I'll be honest, this is the first time I decided to invest some money into a bed, so I was not only hesitant about a large purchase but I wasn't the most informed either. Bob Cota was the smiling face that greeted me when I first walked in. He was extremely informative, very sincere/genuine, and helped me find what I needed without being pushy or selling me things I didn't need. He understood my budget and didn't try to stray but let me experience the different types of higher end beds without try to push me towards them. They had financing available with little down and no interest if paid in full within 12 mos. and also explained my bed may take a little breaking in when I first get it. It did take some time to get as fluffy as the floor model, but I since they had pre-warned me of this possibility I wasn't worried. Now I'm sleeping great and am extremely happy with my purchase and my experience. Thanks Bob and Mark (Mark helped me when bob was out and was super helpful and informative as well, you can't go wrong at the Norco store!) read more

DO NOT BUY A SHERWOOD MATTRESS FROM SIT AND SLEEP!!! Better mattresses can be found on Amazon for a fraction of the cost. And with way better reviews. And I mean thousands of reviews. All the good reviews here are about how you are treated when you buy a new mattress from them. But what happens if you end up getting a bad mattress. They send someone out with a string and a cylinder to measure how much it has sank. Problem is that your mattress will wear out completely and not show it in the way they measure. We have only had our Sherwood mattress since 5/19/2017 and now it is so soft where we sleep on it that if we get to close to the edge we almost fall off of the bed. In the center where we don't sleep it is much better. Now here is another problem I have. I watched the inspector measure my mattress and it was over an inch on my wife's side. And over 3/4 inch on my side. And the manufacturer says if it is 3/4 of an inch or more then it should be replaced. But today I found out we were denied our claim. How could we have been denied?? I saw it say 3/4 of an inch and I've an inch. And the paper you get from the inspector does not say what the measurements were. I wonder why?? It's so they can screw you when it comes time to replace it. Show me come out and show me. The inspector is not allowed to discuss it with you just measure. And not tell you the measurements. You know of course they are going to be great to you up until they have your money. But once they have your money you are out of luck. They don't care. We are in so much pain from sleeping on our Sherwood mattress we are going to have to replace now. We can't wait the 90 days they say we have to wait for them to reinspect it. And get this. They said they will reinspect it for free. They tell me they are supposed to charge. The only allow one free inspection per year. So we are supposed to sleep on a crap mattress just so we can get denied again in 90 days. And please tell me when you are in pain who is going to wait 90 days. Do yourself a favor. Buy your mattress on amazon. You can get a cal king with great reviews for $500-$600 and if you are shopping for a queen. Then you can get a great memory foam bed for super cheap. Cheap enough to replace it as soon as it starts going bad. No dealing with the shady inspections from sit and sleep. Here is an update. I am so sorry to all the great employees that helped me after I left my reviews. But I can't better the stars here. Had a great girl in customer service who went to bat with the manufacturer and got my mattress warrantied. Went down to the store and was helped by Danny. He was awesome too. But the delivery department has kept all your stars away. Of course they say you get a 3 hour window. And of course ours was from 4-7 pm. And of course they call and say they are behind. Now my 3 hour window is a 5 hour window. But get this. Our new window is 1 hour past the delivery closing time. So instead of being professional and apologizing and rescheduling, They just lied to me. Knowing full well they were not going to make it tonight. I am on disability and have doctors appointments that I rearranged to be home for this delivery. Hopefully I can change it again or I won't get my bed. I need my bed. Can't sleep on the old one anymore. I am just loving how you treat your customers. read more

We had a really wonderful experience with Holly! She was so helpful and informative and we never felt pushed or pressured! They totally educate you from the start to the whole mattress purchasing experience!! We will totally be back at some point! The delivery was fine-minus the language barrier. The only thing I wish was different was the pillows were to size of bed purchase. The pillows are much smaller than the fit of our cal king. Other than that a 5 star experience!! Nice work and excellent customer service! read more

This place is amazing! Not only did we get our mattress here years ago, they help with school projects too. Well kind of, they couldn't do the kids project but they did happily help by giving samples of mattress items that we couldn't buy. They were super friendly and really went the extra mile. The manager there even talked to my daughter about her project ideas and stuff that she was going to do with the materials. Thank you Sit n Sleep, we will be a continued loyal customer! read more

Today my parents an I came into Sit 'n Sleep to find them a mattress. Due to their constant arguing when we arrived in the store they both had bad attitudes. Jessica, Sit 'n Sleep's sales associate was great! She dealt with their attitudes like a champ! No matter how much one corporates ad the other didn't she still managed to assist my parents with their needs. She was even able to convince my stubborn dad to lay on a mattress that would help fit a mattress to both their styles. Overall Jessica was great, she was very knowledgeable and knows how to handle hard customers. We all know customer service isn't easy and she handled it well! My wife and I spent a few days shopping around for a new mattress, never being able to find the perfect mattress for both of us. When we walked into Sit 'n Sleep, we were greeted by Mark, who confidently assured us that this would be our last stop. Very skeptical of such a claim, I gave Mark the go ahead to show us around, and boy did he blow us away. First, out of all the mattress places we went to prior, NOT ONE! took the time to explain to us how to find the perfect mattress for both us. Mark had us lay on a mattress that calculated the amount of support each of us needed, and Sit n' Sleep has the entire store organized in 4 different ranges of firmness, dictated by different colors. My wife and I were advised to go with a Blue level mattress. After looking around, and laying on top of multiple mattresses, we found the perfect one. Now I had a budget in mind when shopping for a mattress, and unfortunately this mattress was not within our budget, but at the same time, I could not walk out of there with second best, so Mark worked his magic, found a fair price, and after needing to step away to have some lunch to review the decision we were about to make, we came back and purchased that mattress. All I have to say is that that mattress is one of the best investments we've ever made. I thought that I was waking up sore every morning because of age, but no, it was our old mattress. I wake up every morning with no soreness at all. My wife has never slept better. Go to Sit 'n Sleep, talk to Mark, be amazed by his presentation and knowledge, and get yourself the right mattress. I hope he's still there in 10 years when we have to replace this mattress. read more

We went into the store an hour before closing to look for a mattress. We were assisted by Mark who was the only sales associate working at the time. He was finishing a sale with another customer while we browsed the sales floor. Mark greeted us and subsequently went back and forth between us and the other customer to help us both at the same time. He showed us the machine to assess our sleeping style which narrowed down our choices regarding a soft or firm bed. We made our choice and Mark stayed an extra hour past closing time to help us. His attitude and level of service never changed and he was more than willing to help us no matter how late it got. Although our bed and bed frame have not been delivered yet, I know I will be more than satisfied with my purchase. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone. read more

Walked in last night with the whole family looking for a new mattress for myself; Mark Mitchell welcomed us into the store with a big smile and warm personality! It was such a pleasure being greeted so nicely. Mark took my boyfriend and I through a what I call a "best mattress evaluation process" which was phenomenal because it basically studies your body, pressure points and aches etc. then dials down to a specific "family" of mattress styles to focus on for your specific body type. It cuts out all of the guessing and the "noise" and allows you to focus on you specifically. Mark practiced some Covid safety protocols which was also great, he gave us specific pillows and a liner to go test out all the mattresses we wanted! He was so patient, full of good information, professional and overall a fantastic sales rep. I closed a killer deal on a brand new set with some bells and whistles and I'm getting my bed delivered within 48 hours of placing my order! I highly recommend Mark and his team to help you decide your next great investment on yourself, don't hesitate! read more

I recently bought a mattress from Sit 'n Sleep. My husband and I were helped by Mark. We started by answering a questionnaire and then lying down on the bedMatch machine. We were given a color coded recommendation based on the information we provided. My husband and I had visited a few stores prior to coming to Sit N Sleep and couldn't find the right mattress. I prefer a soft mattress and my husband prefers firm. We even tried the sleep numbers bed and it wasn't the right fit for us. Mark helped us find the perfect mattress based on our sleeping preferences. I have bought so many mattresses over the years and have tossed and turned at night with back pain and shoulder pain. I love walking around and jumping, I mean...laying on all the beds. Trying them out, and this location the sales guys pretty much leave you alone after they have introduced themselves. They want you to freely shop around with the comforts of your own private conversation with your partner (in my case, my awesome hubs) and only when you have a question will they come up to you. My husband has many questions (like a zillion) and they patiently answer them all. We have bought several beds from here and were even in the system from when we lived in Manhattan Beach 13 years ago. Pretty cool. The service is quick once you decide on the mattress you desire, delivery is free over $400 and they usually get it to you in a couple of days. Awesome. Great selection. I've purchased beds 3 different times, and all at Sit 'n Sleep. Every time was a good experience. I'm that a-hole customer who doesn't want you walking up to him with a sales pitch. I want to be left alone while looking around, but they're very kind and extremely helpful. We just bought two new mattresses for our girls yesterday, and Michael Matter helped us. He was great and made it very easy. We were in and out. I can't imagine that you wouldn't be able to find something perfect for you at a Sit 'n Sleep. We bought a Sleep Number bed and 18 months of back pain later I gave it away. We picked up an Aireloom which is like a piece of cloud that dropped from the sky and landed on a box spring in the shape of a mattress that you couldn't fall through and wasn't wet.
