Luis took his time and assisted us with securing my lifetime pieces. We've been shopping for a week so we got to know sale tactics. I appreciated his patience, he wasn't pushy, and gave us space. They had a beautiful selection of rings. I first saw my ring online and went in store to try it on. Instantly fell in love with it! read more

Carissa was exceptional! I called in with the item of the ring my husband wanted for me and she was fast in searching. Thankfully they had it in stock! The value of the ring I got was great, in person looked even better! I got the lifetime warranty which covers sizing, cleaning and polishing!! Cute little jewelry store, it was very clean. I didn't feel rushed when looking some more even though I settled already. Carissa just made my shopping experience relaxed and didn't push me on any rings like most jewelers do! I'll be recommending her! read more

This Kay Jewelers location is great! The staff here are extremely helpful. I was helped by pooja, she answered all my questions about their selection of watches and rings and helped me make my purchase. I will definitely be coming back to this location! read more

I stopped by this location after shopping in the nearby stores. I have a Kay Jewelers account and stopped in to see if I could get my jewelry cleaned (the jewelry was purchased from Kay). Upon entering the store the security guard sitting near the door greeted me and I walked to the checkout area. There were two women working with other guests when I arrived so I waited patiently - waiting for one of them to acknowledge me at least let me know that they see me. That never happened and after standing in their presence for about 10 minutes I just walked out. They never even said hello, just a minute, cat, dog, kiss my butt, nothing! read more

They have a great selection. Everyone is so nice very helpful. We've been customers for years here. We are very happy with all of our pieces we purchased. Everyone here gives great customer service and go above and beyond thank you again. read more

You loose a piece of jewelry just purchased and the only thing they say is sorry we can't do anything maybe you can catch the next sale, so frustrating instead of offering to replace the other piece they try to resell you. read more

Pouja was very sweet helped me right away. Wonderful service. Definitely recommend to come here.

This place is unprofessional and lacking in knowledge. We went to get a band sized with an engagement ring, the fit was too small and the guy told us to go smaller in the band and explained that how it's icing worked and when we picked it up the rings did not fit at all and when questioned they made it seem like it was our fault for that sizing. This place has no knowledge of sizing and clearly doesn't understand what taking responsibility looks like. Do not shop here read more

I checked in recently here to get my watch adjusted and both Wendy and Joanna were terrific help! Both ladies were dressed so sharp and professionally Chic and greeted me enthusiastically upon arrival. Both Wendy and Joanna were assisting Happy Customers and ensured me that they would help me as soon as possible. I browsed around and got to enjoy the beautiful display of exquisitely charming Jewelry, and when Wendy was free she helped me kindly with adjusting my watch. Thank you Wendy and Joanna for modeling Top Quality Energy Efficient Hustle and Teamwork, and taking your time to do such an accurate and comfortable job for Me! I really enjoyed their Warm and Professionally Kind Hospitality and showing me all the wonderful services Kay provides like free Jewelry cleaning and also reassuring Me that no matter what my Income there is a fun selection of Jewelry for Me to enjoy at this Store that they can help me with. read more

Joy was very helpful with helping me find out the perfect upgrade for my wedding set. I called this place and joy answered and I told her my husband wanted to get me an upgrade on my wedding ring and I needed help finding the perfect wedding set. She gave me her personal number and texted me pictures of rings that she thought I may like with the description I gave her. And when I didn't like the one she showed she continued to keep searching for me until I saw the one I was looking for the best matched my idea of a perfect ring. She even ordered it for me so that by the time they had the sell going on this Friday it would already be there along with the wedding band that I wanted with it. The sell wasn't until this Friday but we just want to the store just to look around because I was getting too excited and impatient with waiting till Friday. I also brought in the ring I had pervious and a princess cut diamond necklace I got from Jared's and Joy was able to give me some value back on the ring and the whole value back I paid for from Jared's. And she put it towards a ring that I never thought I would of gotten. But my husband and I put like the ring they had on display and decided to get that one instead of the other one I wanted perviously. Joy was so nice enough to still give me the discount early so I didn't have to wait till Friday. Joy is a very sweet person that truly cares about her customers needs. It was a pleasure working with her. I definitely recommend working with her if you are trying to find a perfect ring. This store is amazing. Thank you Joy and Kay for helping find the ring I never thought I would like. Amazing customer service for sure read more

Just randomly stopped in for an inspection and I believe her name is Jamie, was wonderful! Greeted upon entrance and she even gave me a box to keep my rings in! I feel Kay doesn't get enough credit for how nice the associates are. Thank you! read more

I just wanted to say how extremely satisfied I am with the customer service that has been provided for me at this store. I had recently gotten engaged to my fiancé and we came in to send it out to get re sized. They estimated about 2 weeks until its arrival back at the store. I called on the day it was to arrive and it didn't ( not there fault, their jeweler had many orders from the holiday season) so they told me most likely to arrive next day or following. At this point I'm a bit anxious because my engagement party is Saturday and this is Thursday when I called. Friday comes, I call and it's not their. I'm freaking out! I express how anxious I am because my engagement party is he next day. Allison, went above and beyond to ensure my ring got shipped over night to get here Saturday morning. I am just so happy with the customer service. I had been contemplating where to buy my husbands ring and I can happily say that I will give them a sale!(: read more

My husband ungraded my wedding ring at this location! We had a wonderful experience ! After 2 1/2 months, I hit my hand on my car door and it sadly broke/bent my ring. I was relieved in a way as Kay Jewelers has a lifetime guarantee for their products and I was extremely thankful for that! Broken hearted, we took it back to the store. Right as I walked in, we were greeted with a friendly smile! After explaining what happened, the manager Kim and his associate were so kind and quick to have it shipped out for repair, which I was completely happy about. After further inspection of the ring, Kim decided to just exchange the ring for a new one. No questions or hassle. Ive never been more pleased with their customer service! We will definitely be back to this location for any other upgrades or purchases. Thank you Kay Jewelers for the most beautiful ring, kind employees and wonderful manager! read more

I had an wonderful experience here. Diamond fell on my wedding band and when I went to Kay's in Ontario Mills and sales lady treated me bad said she could not find me in system and did not assist. The moment I walked in sales person Lilian was wonderful, friendly and Willy to assist. When all the sales persons heard my story they apologized and where attentive. Elian even came over to assist Lilian and inspected my ring to make sure nothing further was need and also put to inspect my ring even further when ring is being fixed. I love this store. I have been here 3 times already and always good experiences. Highly recommend this store. Lilian and Elien are wonderful. read more

Disgusting, horrible customer service. Just wanted to return my ring to get a bigger size and it took 1 hour. The employees and owner are so rude. Don't care about customer satisfaction at all read more

Kay - Jewelry Near Me - Eastvale, California

Joy and Kim were awesome. Both were so pleasant and courteous. We will go back and tell our family, friends and staff.

To start with, I'm only giving one because I have to. This was the worse experience I have ever had. The time wait for having a piece worked on or sized is beyond ridiculous. The prices are even worse. I had my own stones and was charged $1600.00 for two very simple settings. When I finally got them back, I now have to find some where else to take them and have them fixed because they keep catching on everything. I'm afraid of bending the post and losing my diamonds. I can't say enough about how disappointed I am in this jewelry store. read more

This location wasn't so much the problem, Kay Jewelers business practices are horrific. Lesson learned, I will never buy from this company that cannot be honest when financing. The store employee called customer service and was given the run around as well. The company should be embarrassed. Just a complete scam!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Walked in with two employed and no customers. We had a woman come over and ask us what we were looking for and as soon as we said we were just looking at this time...they totally ignored us. Even when we had questions we had to ask a couple of times before they would even help us. They were also rude, I wouldn't say extremely rude...but enough that it was uncomfortable. Even if we weren't buy had they been talkative or nice we definitely would have went back. read more

K.eep A.way Y.ourself that is the true meaning of a company that has No Training from the web site to this store and staff. They have taken horrible treatment of their customers to a new level! They successfully took two days of my time away from me during the holidays. LIED straight to my face without blinking an eye while the manager was obviously hiding in the back! From the website to the store there is nobody in this Company that could care if they succeed or fail ! As a manager of a large company I would never allow my employees to treat our customers as the way I was treated! Like I said If your smart K.eep A.way Y.ourself!!! read more

Jamie was very patient with us and gave us a great deal.... I purchased my wife's ring from her at Tyler and walked in the Eastvale location and ran into her once more were she helped me with the upgrade of my wife's ring. The ring my fiancé bought from here is absolutely stunning, but I am super disappointed in how ridiculously long it's taken to get resized. I only got to enjoy my ring for ONE WEEK. I dropped it off on Jan 4th and it is now the 17th!!!!! The day they promised it would be finished. My fiancé told me he ordered my ring in the correct size to begin with and it was too big........ The ring better be ready by tomorrow guys! read more

The worst experience I have ever had in a jewelry store! The employee that was there to assist me was not helpful and was extremely pushy. Not to mention she tried tacking on all these warranties on this piece of jewelry that I bought. I told her I do not want nothing else I just want the bracelet and that's it. She was very rude and upset once I said I do not want to purchase anything extra such as warrantees are any hidden fees. And then on top of that I go to pay and then she tax on another $.47 fee for every hundred dollars I spend and it just blew my mind because I just had told her that I do not want any extra beverages or anything like that I just want to purchase the bracelet and that's it. I asked also what was the $.47 extra added to every hundred dollars I spend. She would not find a booklet or any type of information and she just tried telling me off the top of her head what she thought it was. For something like that after I already had told her I'm good for her to just think she could add on something extra again and just have me pay for it and then I ask her to get me the fax and what is it and then she would not it just really upset me. Margarita what's the lady's name yet when I tried asking for her name she would not tell me. I then had to talk to someone else and then we found out her name. Also I tried to make a complaint with key but I have yet to hear from them. read more

We are shocked at the people who work here, from the get go they didn't seem to know what the hell they were doing. we went to the eastvale location on Limonite. We looked at the poor selection of men's rings they had to offer. I knew what I was looking for some I picked my ring out within 10 min. I was sized but had to order the ring, so we put a down payment. A week later the ring was in. We went to pay for the ring and pick it up. I tryd on the ring to make sure it fit right and made sure this is what I ordered. The ring was to big. The lady ordered the wrong size. I was not going to pay in full since they ruined my order. They charged us in full on accident they say. I told the lady I didn't want to pay in full because my order was wrong. They refunded us in full and said they would reorder my ring. The manager Jamie was on lunch so we were told she would call us and fix the issues. 2 days later still no call. We called the store and explained to Jamie what happened and of course she played dumb. She said she had no idea but if we wanted to cancel our order we have to go into the store. She had a really bad attitude when we wanted to cancel. How can someone be mad at us for their own mistake? Not happy at all with the people at the eastvale location. I will not recomend Kay jewelry eastvale. By far the worst experience I've had in a very long time. read more
