PERFECTION!! I wanted my daughter to have a Letterman…read morejacket, so bought the jacket through the school vendor. We'll, no matter how much you throw into it, it doesn't come with the actual letter sewn on. I had no idea where to start, so "to Yelp I go". I find Grandeur Print Studio, right here in my beloved town. I called, and he answered right away (no telephone tree or AI, but the real person). I discussed my needs, he said "no problem". I dropped off the jacket (only a few blocks from my home). The owner was very kind, very professional, and easy going. 3 days later, I got a text the job was done and ready for pick up. He even took the time to send me a link for pin backing that are more permanent. I picked up the jacket and his work absolutely mirrored the big company where I got the jacket from. His price, VERY fair, if anything I got the better end of this deal. I would not hesitate to use him again for any job! He is all the things I love: local, small business, customer oriented, and an absolute pleasure to do business with. Thank you for making something so important, PERFECT.

A++ Highly Recommended!…read more I had an outstanding experience with Corona Print Shop, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Lisanne was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to help me with what started as a relatively small print order, treating it with the same care and professionalism as if it were a major project. The finished product was beautiful, high-quality, and exceeded my expectations. A few days later, I realized I had forgotten to include several other people who had been added to my meeting. I contacted Lisanne and asked if there was any way she could accommodate a last-minute rush request. Without hesitation, she understood the situation, expedited the order, and once again delivered a beautiful finished product right on time. That level of customer service is rare today. Professional, responsive, friendly, and genuinely committed to helping their customers succeed. From now on, Corona Print Shop will be my first choice for all of my printing needs and special events--whether the project is large or small. Thank you, Lisanne, and thank you, Corona Print Shop, for your exceptional service. I look forward to working with Corona Print Shop on many future projects.
