DON'T USE THEM! I paid to have my son's team's bat bags embroidered and they were all stitched crooked. All 8 bags!! When I called to see what they could do, I spoke to Robert, the owner and he told me that the bat bags themselves were crooked! I couldn't believe my ears!! What a joke! Then he told me he had already spent too much time on the phone with me. I have never dealt with such horrible customer service and coming from a company that has been around for a while, I don't know how that's possible. I will NEVER use them again and guarantee no one in my baseball circle will either! read more

The crew at Active Impressions is always helpful. We use them often for signs, banners and shirts and have never had an issue. They go above and beyond to get our orders done on time, even when I call them with short notice. During this last little league season we called them about adding names on the kid's jerseys and hats and their price beat the other places we called. They had a quick turn around time and said that next season they could even do our team banner for less than what another parent paid at a different vendor, they also did the coach's hat for free. They take care of all of our business marketing items and do a phenomenal job. read more

Active Impressions was founded in 1994 by Robert Vasquez in Sacramento, CA.

Meet the Business Owner: RJ V.

RJ Vasquez is a co-owner at Active Impressions. His role is to ensure that quality assurances are met and provide high quality of customer service. One of the things that RJ enjoys most is that everything is hands on and every job is different varying by customer. No jobs are ever a like. Active Impressions is a family business that has been operating since 1994. RJ grew up into the printing industry from helping his father at young age by cleaning up the shop and cleaning shirt screens. After High School RJ joined the Army and served 4 years, 1 in year included over seas in Iraq. After RJ got out of the Army, he decided to get back into the printing industry and attend school at The Art Institute of California where would help grow the family business by utilizing his graphic design and marketing skills. We have no minimums, however, pricing depends on how many you get and how many stitches are on the logo. If you can email me your logo to orders@activeimpressions.us and the approximate quantity you are looking for, we can send you an estimate.

If we supply the shirts, it would be $30 (Next Level Brand), and if you supply the shirts, it would be $24. The print process would be DTG and pricing is based on single-sided print only.

Do you embroider shoes?

Unfortunately , we do not offer embroidery services for shoes as our machines are not configured for that purpose. However, we are able to embroider on various other materials such as polos, hats, towels, bags, and much more.

I brought my business to active impressions for over two years they did a pretty good job messed up on a couple things but corrected them what Really did it for me was when I emailed them for a few stickers for my menu and after going back-and-forth with emails and phone calls for literally a month and they got an attitude with me because I was upset why can't we get this straight " I didn't yell scream or even raise my voice was only the words I said " after going through this for a whole month because they couldn't get a The color of the sticker correct they kept sending me white in the email to approve and I wanted black Very very poor customer service read more

Those guys are awesome! I needed about 150 shirts screen printed and I needed them in 2 days. After checking 2 other places that had turned me down because they needed more time, the owner Robert was able to get them done for me.
