I ordered (3) masks, it took 16 days to receive in the mail from date of order. I am unimpressed with the masks, they were the 3 Pack - Adult - Bulk - Reusable, Washable, & Cotton. They are too small, I am an average male with a normal sized head, the masks are tight and will NOT work, I will give them away. Consider making them using elastic or more adjustable, what a waste of my time and money, they shipped from Chino, CA went all the way to Spokane, WA and back to Riverside, wth? The masks have no liner, it's like they took a t-shirt and cut it into a mask shape, poor quality considering what we are wearing them for. read more

First thing first is that this manufacturer does not spend as much time on customer service, if you are a smaller brand with low quantity. However my first experience with the business was pretty good a guy name Chris/kris took his time with me and helped along the way. But after this experience it's been down hill. I placed my order with this company and I had deadlines to meet but they didn't care, It took 7 weeks for them to finish. They won't make a sample first, let alone show any quality pictures before they mass produce your order. They shipped my packages to the wrong location after I told them not to. So now they made me pay for clothes I never received. Personally would never do business with this team again. read more

Con: I ordered a bundle of 12 large face masks. I expected better quality for the price. The face masks were too small. They barely covered the nose, mouth and chin. According to their live chat representative, they do not offer refunds due to COVID 19 Pro: Quick turnaround on shipping read more

Great company! Quality products and awesome customer service! Highly recommend!!!

I will never go to another place to print shirts!! Garment Decor is the place to go! I had a last minute order that needed to be expedited and they made it happen for me and saved my butt! The customer service was absolutely amazing! A lady named Justine helped me and she was so friendly, helpful, and really patient with all my questions!! I'm really OCD and I finally found a place that does a perfect print job with great quality shirts!!! Thank you Garment Decor and thank you so much Justine!!!!! read more

Been using these guys since 2014 and have never had a bad experience. I order about 50-100 garments every two months and Adryan and Devyn run a tight ship. When ever I have questions or help i can always call them or get someone on the phone thats willing to help. Recently Valentina has been assisting me with my orders and everything had been smooth sailing. Always a pleasure working with these guys. read more

Xie has gone above and beyond to specify and check my order! I am thrilled with my experience with this company specifically in the customer service side of things. Highly recommend! read more

If Garment Decor prints your order wrong they will NOT replace it for free! I do NOT recommend using Garment Decor If you need exact placement of graphics or just ever need them to replace something they mess up.... That cost is on YOU! I absolutely cant believe all these 5 star reviews for such a terrible company. Ive been getting shirts printed for many years now and have gone through many companies and Ive never had a single one (until today) refuse to replace my order if they messed it up... I ordered 210 shirts to be printed and every single one of them were printed wrong!!! I only gave Garment Decor 4 instructions: The logo needs to be on the front, The logo needs to be white, the logo needs to be 7in wide and the logo needs to be 1in from the top of the neck line. When I got my shirts ALL of them were printed wrong, many of them were 1 3/4in from the top, many were 2in and many were 2 1/4in from the top ..... none of the logos were at 1in as instructed.... These are women's tank tops, logo placement too low makes it go under the breast and it looks terrible... exact placement is very important when printing on tight fitting women's clothing. So I brought the shirts back and showed two of the owners (Marcello is one of them i think) how they messed up, I totally expected an apology and for them to make me new shirts at no extra cost. Instead they came up with some BS proposal stating they would reimburse me for only some of the printing cost and give me a discount on future orders... Bla Bla Bla ... That's NOT how a legit business with 30 5-star reviews on yelp operates... When I argued with them about it, they brought up the fact that their policy states "there is a 3/4 of an inch acceptable variance for printing" WTF that's idiotic! and if that were true you think they would of specifically brought it up to me BEFORE they printed 210 shirts since "1in from the neck line" was one of only 4 instructions i gave them. So when all was said and done I had to leave all 210 shirts with them because they wanted to go through each one and measure which ones are over the "acceptable 3/4 of an inch variance" and make me new ones for all those that measured over. (Are you f-ing kidding me!) This was the most terrible printing experience Ive ever had. So i payed almost $1,300 for 210 shirts.... I got nothing now and I'm not very hopeful that they will replace any shirts from my order.... Definitely not all of them. i just want 210 properly printed shirts at no extra cost to me..... I'm not the one who made the mistake, Garment Decor made the mistake, so they should eat the cost.... I argued with them for a solid hour *Shakes my head I am 100% NOT a satisfied customer.... read more

After having major issues with not getting my order. The company came thru for me. Can't wait to give them another chance.

This was my first time ordering custom garments, I've never had such an amazing experience with customer service. Valentina helped walk me through every step starting from design placement to payment and made it effortless. I couldn't recommend Garment Decor more. I look forward to continuing business with them. read more

The best customer service I see in years. It is so so nice to see that real people still existed. From the person that answered the phone to Ryan, that I communicate with by email. Their best interest is the REALLY customer satisfaction. Rare these days. Nicely apreciated read more

Just received my order of masks, sized way too small. Hopefully these guys will try to correct their mistakes.

I emailed back and forth that the masks were too small, the ear loops were too big and kept coming off my ears and I couldn't breath through the fabric. Customer service kept giving me a runaround and not giving me the refund I requested for the 6 masks I bought, then refused all together to give me a refund. Dont buy these masks. read more

Wanted to get some masks to ensure my family's safety (or atleast my own peace of mind). Will definitely order here again if this pandemic doesn't end soon. Great product, awesome service. I really want to thank Justin again for her help. read more

Found them on Yelp and I have been working with Adryan and I can say this guys delivered! They know what their doing and I love the quality of the end products. They are very attentive when it comes to service and very prompt in replying your email. It's not your typical screen printing store! Their price is also very reasonable with the quality that they offer. read more

Just wanted to update this for 2017. My review still stands, they're still amazing. They're super flexible and always there to answer any questions you may have. I'm currently dealing with other companies aside from Garment Decor (for other things) and I'll still say that the fellas here really do care for their customers. A great example is of how I didn't know they were closed on Sundays. Nevertheless, they still accomodated our only free time to get our merchandise and actually took the time to go to their warehouse so they can give us our order. Highly recommend. read more

I had a great experience with Garment decor with my rush order. Xie was exceptional, informative and had a quick response time. She made the communication and setup process fast and easy. I would recommend Garment Decor to any small business that's trying to grow their brand. read more

I ordered and received two black masks. While customer service was good, the product is not. It's hard to breath through the masks, and the adjustable straps are very uncomfortable around the ears. I have a few other reusable masks, and none are as uncomfortable as these. I'm VERY disappointed because the masks from Garment Decor are unusable and were expensive. Money wasted. read more

I'm outraged. Not as advertised. - Two layers of cotton rather than three. - No "bendable nose wire" as advertised. This makes a difference for those of us who wear glasses. - Arrived three weeks later than promised. They charged my Amex card on May 8th and the items didn't arrive until June 9th. They were promised May 18th. Most vendors don't charge your card until items are shipped. Shameful to take advantage of a pandemic to make a quick buck with unsatisfactory product. read more

Don't bother ordering a mask...it's like a cheap t-shirt with ear loops. Not properly sized too small for average adult... just don't waste your money. read more

They are very knowledgeable and help you to understand the entire process start to finish so you know exactly what they are doing with your garments. The staff is very professional. I would recommend Garment Decor to anyone! read more

Garment Decor is fantastic. I have a graphic t shirt brand, and their service is FAST, HIGH QUALITY, and (my personal favorite aspect) TRANSPARENT! We've been working together for months and working with them has felt more like a business partner relationship than a third party. They can screen print, embroider, heat press, DTG, and even help source if you need it. If I could give garment decor 6 stars I would! read more

The family and the staff at garment decor are truly incredible! I have been a customer since the days of them printing in their garage which is over 5 years ago. They have always been hungry and eager to earn your business and will do whatever it takes! What started as a two man(the twins)operation 5 years ago has grown into a fascinating company of 20+ employees that has grown to accommodate all of my business needs. From custom employee t shirts to embroidered polos for my sales team, i can always trust them to make me look good! Not only that, but their entire staff is extremely approachable, friendly, and knowledgeable! I would like to thank the production managers Daniel, Maurice, and ari for your helpful tips and expedited service. Everyone loved the 3D puff you guys suggested for our most recent hats! These guys specialize in all things merchandise and are legitimately a 5 star COMPANY. Trust me! read more

I ordered just a 3 pak of black face masks (just to test delivery time as orders placed with other companies had not arrived after a month!) Happily, they came within three days! Excellent! I will order more if this Virus continues. They fit well and are comfortable to wear -and breathe!. Service was great! Thank you! read more

Ordered 3 "Adult" masks. They do not fit from over the nose to under the chin. Very small masks. A total waste of money. Thanks for ripping off the public during a pandemic. Very classy. read more

I must apologize here as I wrote a terrible review of masks I'd ordered from the company and received what I thought were indeed the same masks, and the return address was Chino. I actually received this company's masks yesterday and was shocked to see they were indeed what I ordered and also had the name of the company on the return address, also from Chino. They are indeed what they said they were and look to be good masks. I'd delete the first review but want people to know that there is someone out there delivering bad masks using a Chino address. Again, apologies. My bad. read more

I ordered 2 washable face masks 2 weeks ago from an ad that appeared on my facebook feed, promoting that it will support a local business stay afloat during this pandemic. I purchased these masks based upon this feed. These are NOT washable, they shrunk from an adult size down to what would likely fit an infant. I contacted customer service and their response was to have a wonderful day. $20- for 2 reusable masks that turned out to be a 1 time use (assuming that you don't pre-wash them) is outrageous. I am an essential worker and need these to perform my job, not just cruise into the grocery store. Don't waste your money here. read more

14 days to get my order,it's too much time,is smaller for an adult The elastic is too short as well I think is not valued for the price,I wiil keep them, becuse I don't want wait another 14 days getting another mask or getting a refund read more

Just received the masks I ordered from this company and I'm very satisfied with the quality of the product and the material used. That's the masks are made of 100% cotton is important to me as I'm allergic to many man-made materials such as polyester. Up until the time I receive these I've been using an old mask I used to wear when mowing the lawn and wasn't sure it protected me sufficiently. Thank you again for the quality of your workmanship and hope your company can survive until the pandemic is over and you can get back to doing your normal business. read more

Received the order and they don't fit. Ordered 2 adult sizes and they are both different. Won't stretch over my face and ears. One won't fit at all the other makes my ears stick out. Are not very stretchable. I emailed them and have not received a response after 2 days. I will attempt to return them. Update: went on the website and it says "All returns inquiries must fill out our return request form found on our Return Policy Page" Can't find it. Emailed them that I can't find it. Will see what happens Update: Got an email reply from my first complaint and he wants me to send a picture of the ill-fitting mask for his quality department. Update: Changed review to 3 from 1. The are sending me two new masks. Apparently the masks they first sent were the wrong size. The adult masks should be 13" wide and these where 11-12". So, I am good with that as the quality of the masks was very good - just the wrong size. read more

I needed to find face mask for my teenage son as the only exercise he can get right now outside is riding his bike or skateboard. The law in Los Angeles county right now is unless you are in your car you must wear a face mask when leaving your home. I saw an ad on Facebook for Garment Decor and I was impressed by the reviews/comments so I purchased 2 for him. Came in the mail yesterday and he loves them, they are protective yet he can breathe easily. Thank you so much for making these locally and not having to wait on a slow boat from China...literally to get them when needed. Once life returns to normal I will request quotes for office t-shirts for my company. read more

Once a year, every year, I have t-shirts made for the team that I coach. This was my first time using Garment Decor (known at the time as Inland Empire Screen Printing), but it won't be the last! They were head and shoulders above any screen printing company I've ever used. The price was right. The promised turn-around time was quick, and they performed as promised. The quality of the finished work was high. But what impressed me most was that they were extremely responsive, with great communication. Adryan was always available to answer my questions, anytime I needed him, and he was consistently pleasant and helpful. I'll be back! read more
