I ordered (3) masks, it took 16 days to receive in the mail from date of order. I am unimpressed with the masks, they were the 3 Pack - Adult - Bulk - Reusable, Washable, & Cotton. They are too small, I am an average male with a normal sized head, the masks are tight and will NOT work, I will give them away. Consider making them using elastic or more adjustable, what a waste of my time and money, they shipped from Chino, CA went all the way to Spokane, WA and back to Riverside, wth? The masks have no liner, it's like they took a t-shirt and cut it into a mask shape, poor quality considering what we are wearing them for. read more

First thing first is that this manufacturer does not spend as much time on customer service, if you are a smaller brand with low quantity. However my first experience with the business was pretty good a guy name Chris/kris took his time with me and helped along the way. But after this experience it's been down hill. I placed my order with this company and I had deadlines to meet but they didn't care, It took 7 weeks for them to finish. They won't make a sample first, let alone show any quality pictures before they mass produce your order. They shipped my packages to the wrong location after I told them not to. If Garment Decor prints your order wrong they will NOT replace it for free! I do NOT recommend using Garment Decor If you need exact placement of graphics or just ever need them to replace something they mess up.... That cost is on YOU! I absolutely cant believe all these 5 star reviews for such a terrible company. Ive been getting shirts printed for many years now and have gone through many companies and Ive never had a single one (until today) refuse to replace my order if they messed it up... I ordered 210 shirts to be printed and every single one of them were printed wrong!!! I only gave Garment Decor 4 instructions: The logo needs to be on the front, The logo needs to be white, the logo needs to be 7in wide and the logo needs to be 1in from the top of the neck line. When I got my shirts ALL of them were printed wrong, many of them were 1 3/4in from the top, many were 2in and many were 2 1/4in from the top ..... none of the logos were at 1in as instructed.... These are women's tank tops, logo placement too low makes it go under the breast and it looks terrible... exact placement is very important when printing on tight fitting women's clothing. So I brought the shirts back and showed two of the owners (Marcello is one of them i think) how they messed up, I totally expected an apology and for them to make me new shirts at no extra cost. Instead they came up with some BS proposal stating they would reimburse me for only some of the printing cost and give me a discount on future orders... Bla Bla Bla ... That's NOT how a legit business with 30 5-star reviews on yelp operates... When I argued with them about it, they brought up the fact that their policy states "there is a 3/4 of an inch acceptable variance for printing" WTF that's idiotic! and if that were true you think they would of specifically brought it up to me BEFORE they printed 210 shirts since "1in from the neck line" was one of only 4 instructions i gave them. So when all was said and done I had to leave all 210 shirts with them because they wanted to go through each one and measure which ones are over the "acceptable 3/4 of an inch variance" and make me new ones for all those that measured over. (Are you f-ing kidding me!) This was the most terrible printing experience Ive ever had. So i payed almost $1,300 for 210 shirts.... I got nothing now and I'm not very hopeful that they will replace any shirts from my order.... Definitely not all of them. i just want 210 properly printed shirts at no extra cost to me..... I'm not the one who made the mistake, Garment Decor made the mistake, so they should eat the cost.... I argued with them for a solid hour *Shakes my head I am 100% NOT a satisfied customer.... read more

Just received my order of masks, sized way too small. Hopefully these guys will try to correct their mistakes.

I emailed back and forth that the masks were too small, the ear loops were too big and kept coming off my ears and I couldn't breath through the fabric. Customer service kept giving me a runaround and not giving me the refund I requested for the 6 masks I bought, then refused all together to give me a refund. Dont buy these masks. read more

I ordered and received two black masks. While customer service was good, the product is not. It's hard to breath through the masks, and the adjustable straps are very uncomfortable around the ears. I have a few other reusable masks, and none are as uncomfortable as these. I'm VERY disappointed because the masks from Garment Decor are unusable and were expensive. Money wasted. read more

I'm outraged. Not as advertised. - Two layers of cotton rather than three. - No "bendable nose wire" as advertised. This makes a difference for those of us who wear glasses. - Arrived three weeks later than promised. They charged my Amex card on May 8th and the items didn't arrive until June 9th. I ordered 2 washable face masks 2 weeks ago from an ad that appeared on my facebook feed, promoting that it will support a local business stay afloat during this pandemic. I purchased these masks based upon this feed. These are NOT washable, they shrunk from an adult size down to what would likely fit an infant. I contacted customer service and their response was to have a wonderful day. $20- for 2 reusable masks that turned out to be a 1 time use (assuming that you don't pre-wash them) is outrageous. I am an essential worker and need these to perform my job, not just cruise into the grocery store. Don't waste your money here. read more

Just received the masks I ordered from this company and I'm very satisfied with the quality of the product and the material used. That's the masks are made of 100% cotton is important to me as I'm allergic to many man-made materials such as polyester. Up until the time I receive these I've been using an old mask I used to wear when mowing the lawn and wasn't sure it protected me sufficiently. Received the order and they don't fit. Ordered 2 adult sizes and they are both different. Won't stretch over my face and ears. One won't fit at all the other makes my ears stick out. Are not very stretchable. I emailed them and have not received a response after 2 days. I will attempt to return them. Update: went on the website and it says "All returns inquiries must fill out our return request form found on our Return Policy Page" Can't find it. Emailed them that I can't find it. Will see what happens Update: Got an email reply from my first complaint and he wants me to send a picture of the ill-fitting mask for his quality department. Update: Changed review to 3 from 1. The are sending me two new masks. Apparently the masks they first sent were the wrong size. The adult masks should be 13" wide and these where 11-12". So, I am good with that as the quality of the masks was very good - just the wrong size. read more

I needed to find face mask for my teenage son as the only exercise he can get right now outside is riding his bike or skateboard. The law in Los Angeles county right now is unless you are in your car you must wear a face mask when leaving your home.
