I just have to share my experience with Garmet Decor. Im currently in the middle of starting my business and was looking for a company to create some custom labels for my cbd products as well as some custom t-shirts. I sent an email and Tara contacted me. I'm huge on customer service and I was so impressed how friendly and professional Tara has been. I had a ton of questions and concerns and she patiently answered everyone.Tara put together a package for me that was amazing. Not only was there lots to choose from. Her graphic designer Saul is seriously amazing and his attention to detail is out of this world. I highly recommend Garmet Decor and I look forward to keep doing business with this amazing company. Thank you Tara and Saul for your time and amazing customer service. read more

There is nothing I can say about their service. Wonderful company. I have a badminton team, and I need 26 t-shirts in 4 days. They made it, they gave the tshirt before I need it. This company was found by a 20 years old guy. He is so young and so kind. He takes care of customer as friends. Their goal which is make you happy. They are trying to do which is deal with your problem and make you happy. I really like them. Think about this, they started the business from garage, and they move in to a warehouse in 2 years, and it is still not enough. They are getting bigger so fast. The only reason which is they are awesome. My language is too poor, I cant description how great they are. If you want to have your own tshirt with happiness experience, they are the best choice. read more

Amazing work! These guys are young but they definitely know what they are doing. Devyn was very quick to respond, via email and phone, and suuuuper courteous! Wanted to make some t shirts for a game show, And they nailed my idea perfectly! They were really polite, and everything (design, price, timing, quality) was on point. Customer service is one of my must-haves for ANY business, and they really take care of the customer's needs. I will return HERE for any of my t shirt needs! Recommend for first time t shirt buyers! Not sure about this place. They are located in Chino, California, yet my order is being shipped from San Francisco. Wierd. They told me the order was shipped over a week ago, yet nothing yet. We'll see read more

Got some screen prints! Order came in a timely manner and the quality was amazing! The rep (i believe her name was Justine/Justeen, however you spell it) that helped me was just as amazing and guided me through the whole process. Would def recommend 11/10. read more

These people only care about the money not your product. That's all I'm saying, I would not recommend this place. There's better businesses out there that can do a way better job, Yes there's a lot of people who leave good reviews about them but not everyone is satisfied. Unprofessional, upgrade your employees. read more

I understand this is not a mask shop and are making masks for the demand. I was happy that the company was local because others had delivery dates so far into the future that the pandemic would probably be over. I ordered 6 masks for $45. I thought that was a little steep, but was hoping for quality. I received the masks today. They came very fast. But each one was different. All black, but all different sizes and thickness of the material that goes around your ear. And it's not elastic, so some masks fall off. I was very disappointed. read more

So far so good....! Shoutout to Valentina! Let's goo! 2.0 Thank you for such a professional experience

I cant say enough about the work Garment Decor has done for us here at Kern Engineering! Brandon and Cam have taken care of us from start. They've explained the process and made pertinent recommendations based on our particular needs. During the process, we've made several changes and they took care of them with no issues. We're so impressed with the quality of work, we're about to place a fourth order. We look forward to working with them on all our future needs. Thanks Garment Decor! Kern Engineering & MFG read more

I've been using Garment Decor for a few years now and Valentina has been awesome at communicating and ensuring every order I place is taken care of smoothly and on time. Rush orders, low quantity, complicated designs, they handle it all. read more

I ordered the plan black masks during this Covid-19 pandemic, they are much smaller than what was shown on the web site. They are wide enough but are too small to cover my nose to under my chin. I'm not a big person, 5'10" avg size. For $45 for 6 of them, this was disappointing. read more

Talk about a fast turn around !!!! Wow these guys killed it. Customer service is A1. Fast response always. The quality of the print is amazing.. I would Highly recommend them to do ANY type of custom apparel. read more

Words cannot even begin to describe my experience. I was going to an event out of the country and had a design I needed printed on shirts and the day before I left, my regular shirt printer backed out and said she couldn't do it. I scrambled and called friends to see if they knew anyone that can do last minute orders. I had no luck. I finally did a yelp search with little hope because I was ready to give up and that's when I stumbled across Garment Decor. Again, I had very little faith but decided to give it a shot anyway. I spoke with Adryan and he provided the absolute best customer service I have experienced ANYWHERE. He answered every question I had and then went the extra mile to make this possible. He pulled a few strings and did his magic and was able to get me the shirts the very next day. The moment I gave them the design to the moment I received the finished product was probably a total of 20 hours, which, if not obvious, is amazing. He even sent updates during the process and coordinated closely between myself and the delivery guy. I was actually in a state of disbelief when I received the shirts in such short notice. They looked amazing by the way. And they even got delivered a little earlier than they had said. So, I got the shirts, packed them in my suitcase, left the country, and got so many compliments on them. Everyone who got a shirt loved them and are still bragging about them a week later. There are even people who loved them so much and asked if I can get them one. So Adryan, you might be getting another order from me soon haha. This review came out longer than expected, but I really felt the need to share my awesome experience. Best customer service I have and probably will ever have. Adryan, you're the best and I'm so happy I stumbled across you guys here. I'll definitely be contacting you guys again! read more

We gave them another chance, because their price is very hard to beat and we had a lot of issues initially with our artwork, we really didn't want to start that process again elsewhere. Marcelo was our guy this time around, and he was great. They reviewed the order with me a few times to ensure we were getting it done right the first go around. And everything came out great. He definitely made sure that his customer was satisfied to make up for the previous runs. I'm glad we came back. read more

I needed a large order of custom t-shirts for my restaurant and I needed them soon. Going to garment decor was the best decision I could have made, not only because the price and time was right but the experience was excellent. I wasn't 100% sure as to what I wanted and they were more than happy to help me design something to my liking. Also they're staff like Adrian, Devyn, Maurice and Marcelo helped answer all the questions I had. At the end of the process I must say I was extremely happy with the printing, very professional. Definitely will go back to these guys for my next project. read more

Hands down, exceptional service all around. Our college advertising club was lucky enough to work with Adryan and the team at Garment Decor (Previously Closet Collection). We needed a relatively small batch of club t-shirts printed on quality shirts that didn't break the club account. Unfortunately, due to miscommunication the shirts were printed on the wrong colored shirt. However, Adryan was very sincere and not only insisted on a discount on the original batch, but offered to reprint the shirts at much lower rate than normal. Anybody can see that Garment Decor really values customer satisfaction and will go out of their way to make things right. In addition, Adryan was very communicative with me throughout the process, kept me constantly updated when needed, and did his best to accommodate our club's schedule and timeline. Definitely would recommend and will work with Garment Decor again in the future. **Also, biggest advice is be aware of every detail of the order. Some shirts only come in certain colors, sizes, fits, material, etc.** read more

Garment Decor is a Godsend! Needed a rush order on a client's brand not once, but TWICE! They exceeded my expectations of clean graphics and quality prints. The merchandise I recieved over 2 years ago, when I first found Devyn & Adryan, still looks brand new. Their pricing is fair and beat the local screenprint shops I was referred to. Customer service is top notch; there isn't a thing they can't print or embroider! Thank you guys for the amazing work and keep doing what your doing read more

I ordered some masks on 5 days ago and just rec'd them. These folks are rock stars! I highly recommend them.

Jued was great in helping me through the ordering process. Quality was great! Our customers especially loved the embroidered hats.

Definitely the best place to get your apparel done at. I would suggest them over everyone else. And ask for Chris, he's the man! He'll help you with whatever you need. read more

Came in for a consultation and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They took me through the process step by step and made sure I was shown examples before making final decisions with my product. After receiving my shirts, I received a call from Jued as a courtesy check-up to make sure I was happy with my shirts. Excellent communication and customer service. They are now my go-to for all my printing needs. read more

I found this company advertising their cloth face masks on Instagram. I clicked the link and ordered six kids (ages 4-8 since my boys are 6 & 7) and a dozen adult sizes on April 15. The order arrived on April 28. To my dismay the kids size did not fit any of my boys. The adult sizes also did not fit me. I emailed the company telling them of the issue and received the following message, "Sorry to hear that. Can you please send us photos of the masks with them being measured , so we can see what size you received? Unfortunately, we are not accepting returns at the moment due to the virus." Nowhere on their site or my emailed invoice did they state a change in their return policy. I emailed the photos and sent two more emails with no response. I then found their original IG video post and made a comment about what had happened. Devin responded to my comments and sent me an audio DM stating they had received 80 to 90 complaints the same day about masks being too small. He further stated that they were receiving larger masks that Friday and would be shipping them out to those that complained. Why would they be receiving masks if they're supposedly making them in Chino? Anyhow, got my replacements on May The 4th (Star Wars Day). And guess what? They sent the exact same sizes. They were all too small. One of the kids sizes was even smaller than what they originally sent. Contacted them on IG and asked for a refund. Got it later that day. Very frustrating company to deal with. Only one reply to my multiple emails and only got a response on social media as others could see my comments. Their video post said masks are individually wrapped. Not true. Three masks to each package for kids and two masks in each package for adults. No sizing tags on the masks or any indication as to where they are made. I don't recommend this company or their masks. read more

BEWARE. THIS COMPANY WILL FRAUD YOU. Not only did they ruin garments but after they tried to "fix" them they trashed them without asking. Marcel does bad business. BAD. In the middle of the pandemic where people are building businesses these people will lie, ruin and ask for total payment up front. then will try everything they can to not refund your hard earned money after they ruined your garments. please take caution. this company does terrible business. regardless of their "good" reviews they don't know what they are doing. And have cost me a lot. I did everything to make my work with them as easy as possible down to creating my own vectorized files of my own artwork. when I received they product back every sweatshirt was ruined and when they "offered" to "try" and fix they wanted to again charge me for a mistake they made. then threw out my garments without asking me if I wanted them back. P.s I bought all my own garments and personally delivered to their office which is 2 hours away from me. what a waste of good money and time. read more

We recently started a women's ministry and decided to get sweatshirts made to help us raise funds. We had never done this before and did not know what to expect. We were referred to Garment Decor by someone who works for our church and we reached out. We got the opportunity to work with Tara who is absolutely amazing. She was fast, professional yet personable, efficient, and so patient with us newbies. I feel like I learned so much from her about this process and will most definitely be using Garment Decor for our future orders as our ministry grows. I will ask for her by name.
