Don't order masks from them unless you're willing to wait two months to get them! After seeing a Facebook ad, I ordered a 3-pack of masks on June 24th. On July 21st, I FINALLY got an email saying the masks had shipped and would arrive within 3-6 days, but no tracking number was provided. So today (8/12), I called the store and was told that apparently my order never shipped! I'm told it'll be shipped out today and "expedited" with a tracking number but I'm not holding my breath. I am seriously disappointed in this company and their poor management of a product I expected by early July. (Note to Garment Decor: If you're not shipping in the timeline given, you owe it to your customers to let them know before they order!) read more

Just wanted to update this for 2017. My review still stands, they're still amazing. They're super flexible and always there to answer any questions you may have. I'm currently dealing with other companies aside from Garment Decor (for other things) and I'll still say that the fellas here really do care for their customers. A great example is of how I didn't know they were closed on Sundays. Nevertheless, they still accomodated our only free time to get our merchandise and actually took the time to go to their warehouse so they can give us our order. Highly recommend. read more

I wanted to find some masks for my family and came across Garment Décor on Facebook. I ordered a few masks. I liked the fact that they are made in the U.S. and by a company who is trying to keep their employees and their families working/eating. When I received the masks, I found them to be sturdy and well-made. While they do not have filter pockets, I feel they are thick enough to be safe while shopping or being around other people. We liked them and have since purchased more for better rotation through the laundry, etc. and to have some spares for friends who may not have good masks. Three thumbs up from our family! read more

I placed an order for 6 adult masks, when I finally got my order - I was sent the child size. I checked against the web site and the sizing of the mask was definitely for a child. I sent an email, received a quick response and was told they would reship. The second shipment received was also not for an adult, the sad part - there is no indication on the packaging as to the size. I received the second shipment today and when the size was still wrong, I went back to the web site and the sizing information has been removed. The quality of the masks appears to be great - but after two tries of trying to get adult size masks it was very disappointing. Try your luck if you want - but I think I'll pass. I am happy with purchase and delivery time was as stated at time of order. Only down side with adult face mask is that it is slightly neat for my husband so an XL option might be useful. I ordered the masks because I saw an ad on Facebook and they seemed to be well made and would provide a good fit. However, upon arrival it was clear that they are really just a bit too small for an average man's face - reaching to just below the chin and just about covering the nose. Also, the ear straps are too tight and don't fit well behind the ears. They would most likely fit very well on a person with a smaller face or on a child. I have ordered other masks from another and they provide more coverage and are a better fit. read more

These guys rock! I was assigned the responsibility of getting t-shirts for a first time ever family reunion. It was very stressful at first because, I made the mistake of going to the local Fedex Kinko ( on Sunset Blvd ) store to get them done. I had a three week window for expected delivery and it took them over two weeks of back and forth (lack of professional organization and communication on their part) with no resolution. I panicked with 5 days left to get these made and delivered hoping and praying i did not mess up by trusting them. I found Garment Decor. What a lifesaver. They were extremely organized, helpful and professional. They returned phone calls and emails when they said they would unlike Fedex. They even managed to deliver the shirts one day earlier than promised! Making a long story short these shirts we specially made for one branch of the family tree where six siblings have never been together at a same location ever for a photo in over 60 years. We placed an order for face masks and paid for expedited shipping on 4/16 and says they will ship on 4/24. On 4/26 we had not seen a shipment being processed so we reached out and were told it would ship on 4/27. On evening of 4/27, we get an email saying the printing label had been generated but the package didn't show up at the USPS distribution center until the following afternoon. We then get our tracking information on 4/28 and we were expecting our package by Wednesday but find out that the expedited shipping was canceled and no one bothered to say anything until after the package had already shipped and being we were on a mandate that masks have to be worn or get a $1000 fine was put in place in Texas on 4/27. Won't ever do business with these people again. read more

I keep telling myself to write reviews for these guys and I am finally doing it! It was my girlfriend's 30th birthday and she wanted to go see the Drake vs. Lil Wayne concert. So we decided to surprise her with fun dirty thirty shirts to wear to the concert. I drafted up a design on photoshop and showed the guys asap. I don't remember how long it took for them to do the shirts but it was DEFINITELY with short notice like less than a week?... they pulled through and got my shirts finished in time so that I was able to give them to the girls before the date of the concert so that we could cut up and stuff ourselves. Recently started my clothing brand and was in the market searching for another embroidery shop/business since the prior one I worked with had the worst communication skills and was not very thorough with the whole process. I came across Garment Decor and was instantly amazed by my first visit, I was met by Valentina the merch specialist there and she was very thorough with explaining their process and reassured that I would get exactly what I want because I am very particular with my designs and want everything PERFECT. For example a few days ago I was sent a artwork approval design, this is the step right before your products are put in production and finalized. There was some minor tweaks and changes I wanted to make and so I called up Valentina letting her know about my problems. She quickly scheduled a three way call with their graphic designer/digitizing specialist, herself and I within a few hours all the changes have been made and everything was what I had imagined.
