They did an amazing job on my overnight request. The shirts are amazing and I would highly recommend this place. Adrian was so professional and patient with my order. read more

Ordered 2 masks, never received my order so I sent them a message and they told me they have no control over the delivery process so I guess I'm out of luck. Will not order from them again. read more

Don't order masks from them unless you're willing to wait two months to get them! After seeing a Facebook ad, I ordered a 3-pack of masks on June 24th. On July 21st, I FINALLY got an email saying the masks had shipped and would arrive within 3-6 days, but no tracking number was provided. So today (8/12), I called the store and was told that apparently my order never shipped! I'm told it'll be shipped out today and "expedited" with a tracking number but I'm not holding my breath. I am seriously disappointed in this company and their poor management of a product I expected by early July. (Note to Garment Decor: If you're not shipping in the timeline given, you owe it to your customers to let them know before they order!) read more

I have placed several orders with this company. Everything they send is a quality product. I have given their name to several friends and they love their products also. Great to know when I need a mask or filters I can trust them. read more

Masks are simple and super comfortable. Like that they are a California company.A bit pricey compared to those paper disposable ones b ut well worth it and we don't mind the extra $added on for their families read more

Tara and the team at Garment Decor were awesome! So easy to work with. I used them to print my t-shirts and hoodies as well as embroider hats. All the products were great quality at a good price. Highly recommend! read more

Tara made the ordering process super easy. The tees and hoodies I bought came out perfect. I will definitely continue to use Garment Decor!

I wanted to find some masks for my family and came across Garment Décor on Facebook. I ordered a few masks. I liked the fact that they are made in the U.S. and by a company who is trying to keep their employees and their families working/eating. When I received the masks, I found them to be sturdy and well-made. While they do not have filter pockets, I feel they are thick enough to be safe while shopping or being around other people. We liked them and have since purchased more for better rotation through the laundry, etc. and to have some spares for friends who may not have good masks. Three thumbs up from our family! read more

Ordered some masks from them and they were really great - very comfortable and fit wonderfully.

I bought a 2 pack of masks after seeing their advertisement on social media. I had a tracking number and received them on time. Very comfortable and soft also very breathable. I would definitely buy these again! read more

I placed an order for 6 adult masks, when I finally got my order - I was sent the child size. I checked against the web site and the sizing of the mask was definitely for a child. I sent an email, received a quick response and was told they would reship. The second shipment received was also not for an adult, the sad part - there is no indication on the packaging as to the size. I received the second shipment today and when the size was still wrong, I went back to the web site and the sizing information has been removed. The quality of the masks appears to be great - but after two tries of trying to get adult size masks it was very disappointing. Try your luck if you want - but I think I'll pass. I'd like to return but they are not taking returns so I will pass them on to a couple of families with small children. "GOOD LUCK" read more

Thanks Nico Youssefian for helping me out in resolving the size issue. Great after sale service.

Ordered two adult masks and two child face masks. Worn comfortably a couple of times and all been washed without any shrinkage. I am happy with purchase and delivery time was as stated at time of order. Only down side with adult face mask is that it is slightly neat for my husband so an XL option might be useful. Would recommend. read more

Ordered these masks and received them in 3 days! They're very soft and comfortable. I'm ordering more!!

I ordered the masks because I saw an ad on Facebook and they seemed to be well made and would provide a good fit. However, upon arrival it was clear that they are really just a bit too small for an average man's face - reaching to just below the chin and just about covering the nose. Also, the ear straps are too tight and don't fit well behind the ears. They would most likely fit very well on a person with a smaller face or on a child. I have ordered other masks from another and they provide more coverage and are a better fit. read more

My masks were not individually wrapped as advertised, which is why I chose to order them, so they could be given as gifts. I also wish they came in other colors. I hope my purchase helped to keep this business going. read more

I ordered masks and never got them. I received an email stating that the order shipped, but USPS tracking says pre- shipment since 22 April and it's 2 May. I sent an email I guess I will see if they respond. read more

These guys rock! I was assigned the responsibility of getting t-shirts for a first time ever family reunion. It was very stressful at first because, I made the mistake of going to the local Fedex Kinko ( on Sunset Blvd ) store to get them done. I had a three week window for expected delivery and it took them over two weeks of back and forth (lack of professional organization and communication on their part) with no resolution. I panicked with 5 days left to get these made and delivered hoping and praying i did not mess up by trusting them. I found Garment Decor. What a lifesaver. They were extremely organized, helpful and professional. They returned phone calls and emails when they said they would unlike Fedex. They even managed to deliver the shirts one day earlier than promised! Making a long story short these shirts we specially made for one branch of the family tree where six siblings have never been together at a same location ever for a photo in over 60 years. The shirts looked great. Garment Decor made a very special, once in a lifetime occasion possible. I am very grateful to them. They have a lifetime customer that had and will recommend them to others. Fedex Kinkos..... You guys blow! read more

I ordered 2 youth masks for my granddaughter who is 3. Unfortunately, the ear band does not have any elasticity and it makes the masks too tight. Is there a way you can solve this problem. read more

We placed an order for face masks and paid for expedited shipping on 4/16 and says they will ship on 4/24. On 4/26 we had not seen a shipment being processed so we reached out and were told it would ship on 4/27. On evening of 4/27, we get an email saying the printing label had been generated but the package didn't show up at the USPS distribution center until the following afternoon. We then get our tracking information on 4/28 and we were expecting our package by Wednesday but find out that the expedited shipping was canceled and no one bothered to say anything until after the package had already shipped and being we were on a mandate that masks have to be worn or get a $1000 fine was put in place in Texas on 4/27. Won't ever do business with these people again. read more

I've been going to Adryan and Devyn's business for upwards of 6+ years. These guys know how to make any custom shirts, hats, sweaters, or what have you. Their prices are very competitive. Two thumbs up all around. read more

I keep telling myself to write reviews for these guys and I am finally doing it! It was my girlfriend's 30th birthday and she wanted to go see the Drake vs. Lil Wayne concert. So we decided to surprise her with fun dirty thirty shirts to wear to the concert. I drafted up a design on photoshop and showed the guys asap. I don't remember how long it took for them to do the shirts but it was DEFINITELY with short notice like less than a week?... they pulled through and got my shirts finished in time so that I was able to give them to the girls before the date of the concert so that we could cut up and stuff ourselves. The quality of the shirt was great and I really liked their honest feedback with making the shirts. If I ever had to do any work with shirts again or anyone need any referrals for shirts ... I would definitely recommend them!! read more

I worked with Valentina, and she was able to thoroughly guide me throughout the entire process. As a first-time shirt printer, I had a lot of questions but Valentina patiently answered all of them. She assured me that she had worked with several clubs from my college, and was able to work around different prices for me. I am super thankful for this experience, and I hope to work with her again in the future. Highly recommend Garment Decor!!! read more

These masks are high quality and feel nice however, I found it a tad small for my nose and face. Dont get me wrong, it does its job and I'm very pleased with the quality especially at the price we paid. It did take a bit long to get an email confirmation of when it got sent, but once it shipped, it was just a few days, then I got them. So please be patient with the company, because they are pumping the masks out as quick as possible, they will be coming. read more

Everything about working with Garment Decor was easy and efficient! Really a pleasure to do business with!

These guys were super helpful and friendly online and in person! I bought some t-shirts for an event that my classmates and I were doing and they turned out great and were done so quickly! I was never confused about when the order was done, as they were always accessible by e-mail and phone and they made sure to keep great communication with me about the order. I would definitely use them again! read more

Hi Devin. You must be a Trump supporter. You used a lot of alternate truth in your response. The most offensive being what I saw was what I got. It was not. In fact as I remember it, when I showed disapproval, you said it would cost more money to do the job I originally approved and recommended a graphic artist. Which brings me to another point. Never pay a company like Garment Decay up front. All leverage is gone even when the work is shoddy, like mine was. read more

My fiance's good friend had her jersey retired at USC and we decided to make her custom t-shirts to honor her. I made a relatively last min order- they were very patient, accommodating and made the process easy. The staff worked with me and Marcel, one of the owners, even took time out of his Friday night (after they were closed) to ensure the order was correct. This kind of customer service goes a long way. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again. The quality and the design of the t-shirts were amazing and they ended up being a huge hit! Everyone kept asking where we bought the t-shirts :) Thank you guys! read more

These guys are amazing! So helpful with our design and best prices. LOVE their work and can't wait to use them again! Thanks Devin!!!!!

BEST SERVICE EVER!!!! Helping us 100% through the way .. I've had to batches of shirts printed from them and don't see them being my last .. These guys are beyond awesome!!! We have visited their new facility and it is amazing without a single doubt. Highly recommended. We have gotten embroidered hats and they came our killer, and all our guests loved them. Now we are on the verge of getting acid stained shirts with our logo, and can't wait to get them. Do not look further. This is the spot. Thanks garment decor for the integrity you bring. read more
