I worked with MM for a few years - admittedly their worker Andy has had plenty of mistakes with my orders but always small enough to be considered negligible. Until recently where more stuff was forgotten (invoices/details) and nothing was made up for it on my end. My order was missing items - I realized after the fact my email/details were correct but were left off the final - invoice. The owner Blake is pretty unprofessional, called me for what I thought was going to be a conversation explaining the situation and how it could be easily remedied on both sides, instead he basically politely told me off and then hung up on me without giving me a chance to speak. Then when I called the next day I realized they had blocked my phone number - not sure what type of business they're running. You can get just as good prints (full color service as well) from Craft Works Printing in Orange and much nicer service. Plus they aren't ran by a guy who obviously wants to be streetwear industry head lol In short, stay far away there are better printers in OC that can run 12+ screens. read more

I was so excited to work with this company since hearing about it on IG. However, dealt with 2 people and it is excruciatingly SLOW to get any response. They answer every few days with a question and you are STILL waiting for a quote 2 weeks later AND it takes at least 20 days to make it! Then when all questions seem to be done then they ghost you and never give you an estimate or any word?! Like what?! After all that?! They must have gotten too big and busy and don't care?! The problem with these screen printers that are run by young guys is the irresponsibility, no follow through or communication. If just the communication and responses are so horrible, imagine the finished product or waiting to get the item when you have customers waiting. They are not reliable and a company who needs to use you for their products, gets screwed and it looks bad on our company. Needless to say, our hopes were dashed and had to scramble and find another company that would do it faster since Money Merch wasted two weeks of our time! read more

I asked if they could help make a specific design for me to where the design touches the end of the tee. They said they could but when I received my tees the one design was a couple inches from the bottom of the tee and I ordered two XLs, but received a L and XL. Instead of just sending me another tee in the right size, they asked for me to ship back the size L tee before they could send me the right tee. Terrible manufacture, quality tees are trash, and prices are tax. Go find a OS manufacture and don't get taxed off corporations like this read more
