So, on the way over to pick up my business cards, I was thinking about how I should feel guilty about taking my local business needs out of my area. I'm based in the Palm Springs area, but I had found that this place located in Santa Ana that could make my business cards at a great deal. Not knowing what kind of quality I would get, I placed a small order. Here is where I stopped feeling guilty: Before I placed the order, I was worried about shipping times. Due to my untimely manner, I waited until the last minute to get business cards. I called Ez-Ink and Jack answered my call. He was super nice and flexible about how soon I needed my cards. I asked if I could pick them up to avoid shipping times, and he was more than happy to accommodate me. Turn around time was speedy!! I was impressed! He even called to tell me they were ready. (The other place that used to make my cards would wait until I called to see if they were ready.) Jack had open communication with me from the get-go. That in itself is a huge deal!! We talked throughout the whole process via email about the style of cards I needed. And then when it came to meeting for the pick up, it was call and text. Easy peasy!
