It was two weeks prior to our annual family camping trip and we hadn't ordered our t-shirts. I picked the first custom print shop on Yelp, which was Theory Printing in Santa Fe Springs because it was near my job in Downey and it had really good reviews. I decided to have them do our t-shirts and if they were not satisfactory, we would not use them for future projects. I spoke with Tom and he was very professional. He was able to work with me on the font, logo, color of shirts and the various sizes for 38+ 1 doggy shirt I requested. Unfortunately, due to the short notice I gave Tom, his vendors were unable to ship the doggy shirt I needed, but Tom made the effort to reach out to various vendors; that speaks volumes of his work ethic. As for the t-shirts, they were exactly as I ordered; the sizes were correct, the fabric was soft and of good quality at an affordable price. They looked professional, not cheap. See Mammoth Lakes group picture. But wait, it gets better. A week later, at 3:00pm on the day of the NWA movie release, my sister called me to ask if "my t-shirt guy" sold NWA shirts. I told her I didn't know, but I would send her his number. Lo and behold, Tom had NWA t-shirts printed and ready to be picked-up at 5:00pm! Is that incredible customer service or what???!!! My sister and her friends were so impressed, they will be ordering all their custom t-shirts at Theory Printing. See NWA t-shirt pictures. They do so much more than printing t-shirts. They also work on websites and do professional printing for Artists, Body Builders, Bands and other celebrities. The reviews do not lie - they are that fabulous and more!! Give them a try!! read more

For my group of guys and girls, I went to Theory Printing to have tank tops printed for our Halloween costumes. I am completely satisfied with the product and will definitely return to Theory Printing for all my printing needs. Customer Service: Mitchell and Tom were amazing to work with. They were very caring, charismatic, excellent communication, and fast response time; their customer service was superb. Product: Print quality and shirt quality were great; no complaints here. Turnaround time was very quick too. No minimums required for my order. You definitely get your money's worth at this print shop. I took off a star because I paid via Paypal as I personally would have preferred a different payment method. But this is no bid deal and would not hinder me from doing business with Theory Printing again. read more

This place is awesome. Came by on Friday 8/7/15 to get a couple shirts made with my custom logo. Had the pleasure of speaking with Tom who helped me with the entire process. I brought him 4 photos and told him how i wanted it specifically on the certain parts of the shirt and he definitely delivered. Over the weekend we were emailing back and forth to get the shirt design perfect. I originally told him i needed it next Thursday and he said no problem at all. He even had it ready for me the day before. Usually other places take a week or 2 to get it made that fast or they charge extra. This place didnt do that. Highly recommend this place to everyone!!! read more

Wanted to do a speacial design tee for a Valentines day surprise for my husband. I came across theory printing on Yelp & decided to call and get some quotes. After speaking to "TOM" who btw was super perfessional and made this small business seem larger and more extrodinar than walking into a small door way. I have always supported smaller business in the community and this by far has been one of the most pleasant and professional shop I've dealt with in a while. Completely satisfied with the quality of the print and not to mention the high quality and soft to touch tees. The print came out so good, I requested one for my son. #kidswag.. I will most definitely be coming back for any print needs and will highly recommend them to any other print work needed by my fellow associates. Thank you Tom for everything. This place only gets the extra star for responding to my emails...til they didn't. Theory printing claims to offer same day service for digital printing on 5 shirts for $90. However, if more are needed, the website states to call them, which I did. The phone number listed goes directly to voicemail and one can't leave a message because their voicemail is full. I emailed them that I tried calling and Ashley responded that communication through email was best. I emailed immediately and did not receive a response until I emailed them again the following day. This was on Monday. Today is Thursday. I finally emailed that I wanted to use the yelp voucher that they have available here, and to give me an estimate for their SAME DAY SERVICE that they claim to offer. I received no response. Be wary. Communication is sorely lacking. I would not purchase the voucher here, nor would I do business with them. read more

I have been trying to get in contact with customer service for weeks now. No response. I ordered a item through their website and I see no phone number to contact them or the only one available says the voicemail box is full. I am trying to get a hold of someone because the item I ordered was not advertised correctly and I really need help trying to get it sorted. I asked a simple question through email and someone did respond saying they didn't understand my question. I followed up twice and no response. That person was named Kim Reynolds!! Then finally someone responds but they obviously did not read my original request/concern and now I am in the middle of this mess trying to get a hold of someone to help me out with this frustrating experience. Please Merchlabs if someone from your customer service team see's this please help me out here. You are really making it hard for customer's to trust you and want to return to buy anything. read more

My dog club was looking to print some t-shrts with a new logo that we got, and I was recommended by a friend of mine who got some shirts done recently. Dealt with Tom at the Theory Printing... he was so helpful and easy to work with. He got a great deal for my club and I have sold most of them to the members and they LOVE them!! The t-shirts are great quality. We got some hoodies and again the quality of them are wonderful. I'm looking forward to do more printings with Theory Printing and Tom as well. read more

Had a decent amount of shirts I needed screen printed and Google led me to this place. Great quality work and I needed a quick turn-around and they were able to rush the order for me. Customer service was great. The guy who helped me I think was Sean. Nice little place and easy to find. I will definitely be using them again and recommend them highly. They use a newer technology so my prints came out really nice. Sean explained how DTG, direct-to-garment printing works and I love the outcome. Five stars for these guys. Check em out! read more

Very unprofessional. It was one big room with a desk for one guy working and a literal fold out chair for customers to sit on. I asked for a shirt with a simple record on it (literally a circle) and the guy helping me gave me a clipboard to explain more. Uhhhh.. fine. He asked when I needed it by I said Saturday. After that he said I needed to talk to some guy but the one who designs wasn't around so they told me I should be getting a phone call that same day. I went in on MONDAY, it's now Thursday night. I do not recommend at all. They had no idea of what they were doing. I left expecting a call but after two days I looked up a place in Downey on imperial and they were so much nicer and organized. Please don't waste your time filling out one paper on a clipboard in a weird empty room. read more

I was in charge of finding a printing company for my grad school program. We were making end of the program shirts and from a friend, I heard about Theory printing. I got in touch with their people and asked about pricing, colors...questions about everything because this was my first experience getting anything printed. The staff here were so patient and helpful! They answered all my emails so fast and laid out everything I needed to know in an easy way for me to understand. Our group being non-paid student teachers, we were worried about the cost, but to our astonishment, the pricing was very reasonable and perfect for us! We had 100+ sweatshirts and shirts printed and the turnaround time was excellent! Everyone was very pleased with the quality of the printing. If I ever need a printing job again, I will definitely be coming back to Theory Printing. I highly recommend this company to others as well! read more

Great shirts. Great quality and great advice on the design of the shirts. I found Theory printing through Yelp and Mitch made the process smooth and painless. I've been to other shirt print shops and there's a lot of emails and dialogue that needed to take place in order to get what I wanted. However, Mitch made sure that the process was super easy and the customer service was all that I could ask for. He made sure that we knew what we were getting and that he delivered on what he promised. He got the shirts done so much quicker than I had expected and I will definitely come back in the future for tshirts. read more

Mitch was great putting my Logo and matching our type of font we use on our website and Logo. I have a house cleaning company, and Mitch got me my shirts quick and they are really nice. I even had someone come up to me at the gas station days after I got the shirt and loved the catch phrase. If it wasn't for the shirt I don't think I would have landed another customer. Mitch worked with us designing the shirts and once we get bigger, we are coming back for more. Thank Mitch. Linda Vocks Lifetime Cleaning Services read more

This review is about a year late, but better late than never for this place. I needed jerseys for my adult soccer team, and I needed them fast. Mitchell made all of that happen not once but twice when I needed a second set in another color. Our team name was Sriracha, and we used the logo as the front side logo which Mitchell was able to center and make look professional. He is a pleasure to work with, and the prices are even better for what you get. Although my team was just a one summer season type deal, I know most of my teammates continue to wear the shirts for other reasons. I will definitely be back here or recommend Theory in the future. I wish them the best of success because it is hard to find people that are talented, decent, and fair in business today. read more

I would recommend this T-shirt printing company to anyone. I ordered 100 shirts for a non profit organization. Their service was quick, responsive, and cordial...they even edited my logo to make the design more accurate. The quality of the shirts were soft and fit just right, not like the typical cheap shirts. The price was reasonable, process quick, and customer service excellent. The building itself is sort of hidden in an area where a lot of other small businesses are located. Right behind mcdonalds... read more

Theory Printing is my go-to place when I need t-shirts printed. I'm the captain of a kickball team and I get all of our team shirts printed here. The t-shirts are of an excellent quality and the printing is done well. I've ordered raglans, t-shirts, and tank tops - with a range from men's XXL to women's small. The turn around is within the week, which is very convenient and much quicker than other t-shirt printing services. Dale is very meticulous and double checks each shirt to make sure they're done properly. If you need high-quality t-shirts made, I highly recommend Theory Printing. read more

This review is long overdue. Mitch took care of my group and me big time. While other stores demanded a minimum order of 50 shirts, Mitch was fine with my group's small scale order. I was tasked to find a screen printing company to get shirts made for an and coming concert. Unfortunately, due to my great ability to procrastinate, I quickly found myself with 5 days left before the concert and 20 shirts that still needed to be made. Luckily I found Mitch. He hooked me up with rushed service and didn't charge me a single penny extra for the rushed production. In addition, the images I provided to him for the printing weren't of his requested resolution and he asked if I could find more. Before I even got home to begin looking, I received an email from him informing me that he had his friend that is apparently a wizard at photoshop touch up the image that I provided and everything was ready to go. A day later, he had the screen ready to be printed, but provided me with 4 different design suggestions to choose from which he felt would look better. Mitch has a great eye for aesthetics and I ended up choosing one of his suggestions. It's been 2-3 months since the printing, and all of our shirts still look like new. No fading or cracks at all! Overall, doing business with Mitch was awesome and I will definitely be back should I have a need for future screen printing services. read more

Mitchell and the Theory Printing team were great! It only took 2 weeks for a large order of custom t-shirts to be made. The colors look bright and match the original logo very well. The quality of t-shirts are awesome too. They are soft and are true to size. The best part about this place is that they are located just 5 minutes away, so I got to meet with Mitchell and discuss the design and colors a few times before the printing began.
