I went in to try sizes and it was quick and easy. There is a rack of sizes on the side and displays throughout of items they can print. (The only thing I want to note is that I put the address in wrong. I put in 1161 instead of 1661 which is oppos sides (both near 7-11's) so just double check that if you can't find the place. Only came here because the school directed us to. The uniforms are well embroidered but the customer service is severely lacking. Waited at the counter and this lady was looking down at her phone, never acknowledged me. She was sitting right in front of the counter. Another lady a few desks down finally asked if I needed help, but she seemed bothered. Another parent tried to place an order but was told "they're not set up for it" and told her to do it online. These guys are fantastic. In the beginning when I called in asking about different types of shirts, sizing issues, collar, no collar,,, Kristie cheerfully offered to send me a few shirts to check out for free. Within a couple days I had a box of shirts at my door. After I made up my mind and sent in my logo, they noticed on one of a particular color shirt my logo's s colors weren't working with the color of the shirt.. So they re did the art work with my logo to maximize appearance. No extra charge. I just put in another order last week for more hats and more t shirts. They were delivered on time with no problems. They have a very large selection of shirts and items. They take customer satisfaction very serious. I'm pleased when I run across a business that delivers a great product with great customer service. NEVER give this place your business. They not only misprinted all of our custom shirts that were supposed to be worn for a Nationally Televised show for our business, they wouldn't fix them, wouldn't take them back and give us a refund (even though it was their mistake and they admitted that). They forgot our business phone number on the shirts. There were only two items on it, our name and phone number, how could you possibly forget half the order? In addittion, they added an extra $15 to my bill without my consent. I only noticed it after looking at my quote versus my invoice. I authorized one amount and they charged another. The icing on the cake was the sizing of the shirts were gigantic. My installers would have looked like they were wearing night gowns they were so big. Oh and did I mention the quality of our logo was such an embarrassment they should be ashamed that a child could have done better graphic work than they did. The worst part about all of this is that they originally admitted that they screwed up, but yet they weren't willing to fix it in time for our show. They said they can mail us an iron on sticker for them but we wouldn't even get that till after the filming of the show (which once again defeated the whole purpose of getting custom made shirts). I even offered to ship the shirts back on my dime immediately so they would get them and see obviosly we didn't wear them for the show etc... I also told them I would have to go to another company to get them made in a rush for the taping. I even told them who it was and would give them a copy of my receipts etc... to prove to them I had to still go out and spend the money to get them remade elsewhere. Thank god for PALMER SIGNS in Roseville, CA they were amazing and took great care of us and their work was extremely impressive. Use PALMER SIGNS for everything they are the best! On top of all this drama and time spent, they are still fighting me and our mutual merchant AMEX for my dispute on these charges. I have had to resubmit so much information because they keep lying to the credit card company. They only showed them that I said yes it's approved. They wouldn't attach the PDF file of what I actually approved. What I approved and what I got were two completely separate things. Anyhow my recommendation is to never give these unethical people your business. The owner is a lying scam artist. read more

WARNING TO NEW CERRO VILLA PARENTS: I was told,by word of mouth, that the uniform shirts could be purchased here. And this businesses has a web page with the heading "Cerro Villa Middle School Uniforms" so I almost wasted a lot of money ordering a bunch of them online today. I just happened to call the school about whether I'd be able to purchase more later at the school if she grew out of these and I found out that this is not the company that does their uniforms and, had I bought them here, my daughter would not be able to wear them to school. My Highland Athletics club has gotten a lot of stuff from KI...shirts, banners and so on. I have nothing but good words for the company. The communication is great, the products arrive on time and looking good, and the billing is always in line with the estimates. They even are accomodating of small, last minute volume changes...."Hey, can you make two more gray ones, pleeeease?" --- that sort of thing. Our orders are nothing like big ones for them, maybe 20-30 shirts at a time, but they've always treated me well. I have had the privilege of dealing with this company since 2001 when my kids were in high school Kustom Imprints did all of the T-shirts and many other items for the high school band. They were always willing to take the design concept we had and make it happen on the shirts!
