After spending almost an hour setting up an order on their website (with an AI assistant constantly trying to push stuff on you), there was no confirmation email. I called the next day to see if the order got through. A sleepy gentlemen answered the phone and mumbled apathetically that he'd check and get back to me. He never did. I left a message the next day, asking for a call back to find out if my order had come through. I got a text on my phone the next day, reading: "Thank you for reaching out to The Best Screen Printing company. Please send us your design, when you need it by, size breakdown and quantity for your order at sales@tbsp.la to get a free quick quote.". So we were back to square one, with 3 days just out the window. I emailed them and explained that I had submitted an order through their website days earlier. They emailed back and said they wouldn't honor that order. They told me if I wanted to pick up any t-shirt by Monday, they'd use a lower-quality (!) t-shirt and charge an additional $20 above the additional rush order fees they had already added. I never write reviews, but here I felt compelled to.

So here it goes again, even better this time. I have been dealing with this company for over 4 years. They were pompous and arrogant the entire time I worked with them. They have no regard for their customers and they're only looking to make money. They have blatantly printed my stuff wrong multiple times, but I have worked with them and been patient with their printer for the sake of my business. I had an order of hoodies printed for some big celebrity clients, and they were the same hoodies I've been printing with them since 2020. I had other hoodies in the order, but this one in particular was the one that got damaged. In this industry men don't respect women at all, and they expect us to just do whatever they say and take whatever they give. The damage hoodies, I'm referring to were printed as a set of five. The print was blatantly wrong and crooked, completely not centered, and he was so rude about it. The ONLY printer in their company that knows how to print is so careless with everyone's order that you literally have to just hope and pray your order is done right. The owners of this company do not care about anything but money and they especially don't care about the employees. That's not an excuse to treat people poorly and take peoples hard earned money. The customer service is horrible, the attention of detail is horrible, these people are just money hungry, arrogant business owners. The people that run this company have no idea how to print anything and all they look for is mass orders of basic printing, so that they can get their money out of people and go onto the next client. They have no structure in their business and they are extremely rude to women. If you are a woman and you go in there, they expect you to be brainless, even when they're wrong about how to run their own machines. This experience with them over the past couple years has been a nightmare ever since they fired the actual people who actually cared about their customers and took the time to make sure the work was done correctly. In the middle of the pandemic, they fired so many hard workers and it was really sad. I am permanently disabled, and the discrimination that I have dealt with in this office has been nothing less than stressful while trying to recover from surgery and run my business. They don't even have an office anymore that clients can come in. I spoke to the sales person and he said that he was at home and that he couldn't tell me who the boss was-- which is a lie. When you go to drop off your orders the shop is dirty, there's paint everywhere, there's no organization. The work environment has not been good for a long time, but due to business needs, I made sacrifices and did whatever I could. I've referred this company to so many people and I regret doing so because they are horrible people.

I needed a 8ftx6ft birthday backdrop to be done in two days. I submitted a project quote here on Yelp and I had several responses from other printing shops including RedDot Printing. I was told my backdrop couldn't be done in two days, I was told that my image's resolution was too small, and other printing shops never responded. Z from RedDot Printing responds within minutes. He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT! His price was cheaper than I imagined especially since this was a last minute request. I knew that I placed this order last minute and I knew I was an amateur with the design, but Z made my vision into reality. Z, thank you so much for everything. Your work is impeccable! Updated review 4/22/19: I just went back to Stix N Tees to get a 3rd onesie made. I wanted to get my daughter her take home outfit completed before her arrival which is any day now. I got to the mall about 8:15pm on a Friday and was able to go purchase a onesie and have it made within 15 minutes. I'm extremely happy with Stix N Tees work and quality. I have already washed the onesie and the print did not crack, come off or fade. A friend of mine gifted us a personalized onesie off Etsy and the first wash the print already cracked and faded. You can't be the quality of Stix N Tees! I ordered a customized onesie from Etsy and paid for expedited shipping. They shipped it out a day late and unfortunately wasn't going to make it in time. I used yelp to find a local T-shirt screen printing place and found Stix N Tees. I got there at 8pm on a Friday night, an hour before it closed and not only did Stix N Tees have a onesie already available, they were able to take a very low quality screenshot of what I wanted and was able to create EXACTLY the design I requested and within 10 minutes. Needless to say Stix N Tees helped me get what I needed in time. I wish I knew about this place sooner. I would have definitely never ordered off Etsy. I wanted to get a photo mug printed for my friends birthday. It was at the last minute on a Saturday and I called around and nobody would do same day printing. I found Stix N Tees and was very impressed with the work! He was super professional, efficient and fast! He had lots of customers that day and found a way to still make time for my last minute order. Very hard worker and made sure that my vision for the artwork came to life. I am a super perfectionist and he made sure that the product he gave was perfect to my standards. I love my new company jackets! Soft and cozy, definitely high quality. Actually one of the nicest zip up hoodies I've ever owned AND it has my company logo on it! Words can't express how happy I am. I'm a small business owner and have wanted company gear forever now but have been reluctant to spend the time or money to get it done. These guys can print anything and everything on shirts. Brian who is working there knows his job, provides excellent service and is pretty fast too. It literally took few minutes for him to custom print my T shirt. The quality of the print is very good. The picture I wanted to print was little blurry and I was worried that it would not come out nicely. But it did turn out to be high quality print with excellent quality ink. Called yesterday for pricing, was told $20 and to come at 1130. Came and they weren't there. Asked specially for a custom print with the dimensions and was told no problem. When he finally showed up they said it is $32 and that the price they gave me was starting price. Was then told it would be an hour to print and they would text, so waited in the area. It's been an hour and 20 mins and now he is saying he ran out of ink. This is ridiculous! read more

I needed my denim jacket to have a photo printed on the back very last minute saw this place in the mall and called ahead of time. He told me send the photo over now and when I made it to the mall he finished my denim jacket in under 15 minutes. Came out very nice with very cheap pricing. See pictures Accountability: I notice an obvious stain on the shirt. Guy clerk said "you must have brought it in that way". They got a stain remover to remove it. But I was already annoyed already I had to make an extra trip to pick up. I have gotten a lot of embroidery work done, I tried this place out of convenience. If you are looking for great quality at better prices. Go to Team Uniform or LoudPrint. This place is more of a mass manufacturing embroidery shop. Not for small custom jobs.
