I called several places before deciding to go with them and my order was last minute same day I needed some shirts for an event that was the next day and these guys came through with flying colors. I can highly recommend them to anyone needing a quickly designed shirt and looks fantastic.

This is the worst product ever. Low quality, cheap material and poor customer service when requesting a refund. Owner was very rude and got hostile with me when I requested a refund. He said they don't do refunds. I paid $88 dollars for 3 shirts. Some letter are coming off and he argues with me that that's how they're suppose to look. I wouldn't recommend these shirts to anyone. They just want to hustle and make a quick a buck from anyone and their products is bad. I will be disputing charges. Which he took as a threat.

Stix n tees is located right by Pacsun and in between Macys and wetzels pretzels. I was able to email the design of what I wanted to their company email. It only took a half an hour and it was $35 for one small tee. I'm definitely satisfied with the quality. I'll be recommending this spot to family and friends! read more

They moved the location of the kiosk in the mall and sent an email explaining the new location, which I appreciated because I had been looking for them. They found the font I wanted, matched the color, printed the text and imprinted the name on my bag all while I browsed the mall. Thanks for going above and beyond in your service. I brought in a shirt and hat to customize, and from greeting to completion, I had a pleasant experience! I explained my the desired design, and both team members were very helpful in making sure expectations were clear. They estimated timelines and explained how the layout would be. It only took ~1.5 hours total to get everything complete! They are located in a mall, so there is plenty to do while waiting the short duration. During the process, they made sure to text me a sample prior to application so I knew exactly how it would turn out. I was satisfied with the outcome. If you're looking for fast and accommodating service, give them a try! read more

Last min order was a success! East to work with! I ordered a shirt 2 weeks in advance on Etsy but 4 days before my sons birthday the shop cancelled my order unexpectedly, I was shocked and needed a custom birthday shirt quickly! I found Stix N Tees online, called and they were happy to help! Although he was busy he made it happen. I sent photos, paid and picked up the night before the birthday party at brea mall! It's a bit pricey but I can't complain. Also, be sure to pick the right sizing for your image because it may get distorted during the sizing process! read more

The owner is VERY RUDE. HE TREATED ME LIKE I WAS THE PROBLEM AND ACCUSED ME OF LYING ABOUT THE PRICE I WAS QUOTED. I couldn't believe he yelled at me in front of my children too. He gave me the sweater pretending nothing was wrong, when I addressed my concerns he snatched the sweater from my hand and threw it on his counter. When I looked at the print the last letter was not lined up with the rest of the name plus all the letters were matte and the A was shiny. He also damaged the fabric on my sweater that was very expensive. Do not do business with this man he is awful. What a scammer! read more

I loved loved loved how my print came out! it was a pretty quick process, I was able to tell him what I wanted and where I wanted it. I simply emailed it and did some shopping and 30 minutes later my print was ready for pick up and it came out so lovely. I got it as a gift for my sister and I know she is going to love it. 10/10!! After spending almost an hour setting up an order on their website (with an AI assistant constantly trying to push stuff on you), there was no confirmation email. I called the next day to see if the order got through. A sleepy gentlemen answered the phone and mumbled apathetically that he'd check and get back to me. He never did. I left a message the next day, asking for a call back to find out if my order had come through. I got a text on my phone the next day, reading: "Thank you for reaching out to The Best Screen Printing company. Please send us your design, when you need it by, size breakdown and quantity for your order at sales@tbsp.la to get a free quick quote.". So we were back to square one, with 3 days just out the window. I emailed them and explained that I had submitted an order through their website days earlier. They emailed back and said they wouldn't honor that order. They told me if I wanted to pick up any t-shirt by Monday, they'd use a lower-quality (!) t-shirt and charge an additional $20 above the additional rush order fees they had already added. I never write reviews, but here I felt compelled to.

I needed a 8ftx6ft birthday backdrop to be done in two days. I submitted a project quote here on Yelp and I had several responses from other printing shops including RedDot Printing. I was told my backdrop couldn't be done in two days, I was told that my image's resolution was too small, and other printing shops never responded. Z from RedDot Printing responds within minutes. He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT! His price was cheaper than I imagined especially since this was a last minute request. I knew that I placed this order last minute and I knew I was an amateur with the design, but Z made my vision into reality. Z, thank you so much for everything. Your work is impeccable! You stood out from everyone else and I'm glad I had the opportunity to work with you.

Updated review 4/22/19: I just went back to Stix N Tees to get a 3rd onesie made. I wanted to get my daughter her take home outfit completed before her arrival which is any day now. I got to the mall about 8:15pm on a Friday and was able to go purchase a onesie and have it made within 15 minutes. I'm extremely happy with Stix N Tees work and quality. I have already washed the onesie and the print did not crack, come off or fade. A friend of mine gifted us a personalized onesie off Etsy and the first wash the print already cracked and faded. You can't be the quality of Stix N Tees! I ordered a customized onesie from Etsy and paid for expedited shipping. They shipped it out a day late and unfortunately wasn't going to make it in time. I used yelp to find a local T-shirt screen printing place and found Stix N Tees. I got there at 8pm on a Friday night, an hour before it closed and not only did Stix N Tees have a onesie already available, they were able to take a very low quality screenshot of what I wanted and was able to create EXACTLY the design I requested and within 10 minutes. Needless to say Stix N Tees helped me get what I needed in time. I wish I knew about this place sooner. I would have definitely never ordered off Etsy. I wanted to get a photo mug printed for my friends birthday. It was at the last minute on a Saturday and I called around and nobody would do same day printing. I found Stix N Tees and was very impressed with the work! He was super professional, efficient and fast! He had lots of customers that day and found a way to still make time for my last minute order. Very hard worker and made sure that my vision for the artwork came to life. I am a super perfectionist and he made sure that the product he gave was perfect to my standards. I love my new company jackets! Soft and cozy, definitely high quality. Actually one of the nicest zip up hoodies I've ever owned AND it has my company logo on it! Words can't express how happy I am. These guys can print anything and everything on shirts. Brian who is working there knows his job, provides excellent service and is pretty fast too. It literally took few minutes for him to custom print my T shirt. The quality of the print is very good. The picture I wanted to print was little blurry and I was worried that it would not come out nicely. But it did turn out to be high quality print with excellent quality ink. Called yesterday for pricing, was told $20 and to come at 1130. Came and they weren't there. Asked specially for a custom print with the dimensions and was told no problem. When he finally showed up they said it is $32 and that the price they gave me was starting price. Was then told it would be an hour to print and they would text, so waited in the area. It's been an hour and 20 mins and now he is saying he ran out of ink. This is ridiculous! read more

I needed my denim jacket to have a photo printed on the back very last minute saw this place in the mall and called ahead of time. He told me send the photo over now and when I made it to the mall he finished my denim jacket in under 15 minutes. Came out very nice with very cheap pricing. I went to the Stix N Tees kiosk at the Brea Mall yesterday with a quite tall order, asking for 5 shirts to be designed and finished by the same day.
