This place is RIDICULOUS!! They are suppose to be professionals so if you plan on getting shirts made here DON'T!! I came to get a shirt made for my daughters all star team. I showed him two images and told him I couldn't find a clearer image . He said not to worry he would find one . During the time I was there I asked him if he could show me a preview . Of course on the screen it looked totally different, NEVER did he say the image I showed him was not great quality but instead he said not to worry he will fix it . I come back in 30 minutes and I got a shirt that looked like the one attached to my review. You're suppose to be a professional so if you felt like my image what to blurry or for whatever reason not going to look good then why even make it ?! I emailed someone by Kevin asking for my refund because I paid ZELLE (btw don't pay Zelle with this company in case something goes wrong) he stated on the email he will not refund me but will give me 25% for two shirts , both were $43.10 so I would only get $21.55 , other option was making two new shirts . BUYER BEWARE. You may get a totally different colored print than the one you selected and paid for. And if that's not bad enough, be prepared to get lip service and a bad attitude from the salesperson when you call out the mistake. Just bought 2 funny GUCCI-themed tees (bearing the brand's name and signature green & red stripes) for my kid - that he picked out looking at the mannequin samples - but when we went back to pick up the freshly printed tees, the stripes under the "GUCCI" were black and red. (Uh...anyone else confused about the brand's trademark colors?) I pointed out the clearly divergent print and the salesgirl answered in an annoyed tone, "My boss said this one's better, the new design." Does her absent boss's personal opinion matter, considering the sample on display was clearly GUCCI's deep green and red while mine is black and red? I asked why the "new" design wasn't the one on display then, and she very unapologetically gave me more attitude: "There are a LOT of Tshirts here and I just forgot to switch it out." Then she calls her boss to report the situation and speaks intentionally loudly into the phone, "That's what I told her! But the lady is upset because this looks different. This is the last thing I need right now...." The last thing SHE needs? Is it just me, or is basic customer service a thing of the past? It's pretty sad. Please train your salespeople with the basics, people. read more

A store employee from Stixntees embroidery kiosk name Anthony, seen here on the lower level of Brea Mall, in Brea, CA. Very rude and clearly by the image unprofessional throughing up gang signs. This was after I simply declined on an image I was undecided about due to the quality of it, for a face mask. After declining service he used profanity towards me like "f* you " "You wasted my f* time" I'm closed, I could've been gone home already." I'll also have to mention that this employee became very defensive when I asked for a mask that was clean and was not shift around his table contracting dirt etc. which I did observe, the mask being shifted around from his table and the contact of his bare hands as well, now this mask is something Id would've had to pay for and wear, afterall. I would highly suggest inquirers for embroidery services in the area to seriously seek out a more professional embroidery store to avoid ever having to encounter this type of unprofessionalism from people like Anthony. read more

Hello this is my third time coming to your shop and I been happy the 2 prior time but this time I'm Not happy with my purchase this time.. waited a week for my shirts to be done, to come back and my shirt the white one being printed incorrect on a men's shirt when I pointed it out the female bothered that she had to make a new one. She looked for another women's white crew shirt didn't find One I had to go walk around the mall and go through several stores to try and find a shirt when I finally brought one back she seemed annoyed to even help me. When I returned for the shirt she made it incorrectly AGAIN! And said she couldn't removed the print from the shirt I went around to go purchase. And told me what do you want me to do I can't take it off. Then made me buy a women's V neck white shirt I didn't want for 16 dollars after ruining the shirt I had to go look for purchase bcuz she rushed and made it was made incorrectly. I needed something done for a pregnancy announcement and searched online for a spot no one was able to do a same day project but Stix N Tees saved the day and made it so simple 4 different onsies in less then a hour!!! It was very difficult for me to find a place that can custom-design and print just one shirt. This was the only place I found. However, I was amazed with their service! We arrived with two photos, one of which was a very poorly taken screenshot. While we did not expect to have any use of it, the guy who was helping us out put some effort to our image and within just a minute made it useful! He was very fast with printing, as well. Overall, I expected one average T-shirt all because of my bad images, but came out with two outstanding ones.
