Owner Jason was simply AWESOME, taking my very small custom job on a walk-in basis, designing on the spot from a sample photo I brought with me minutes before closing on a Friday afternoon. We then walked into the shop to pick out the perfect fabric for my project. My small embroidery job was completed first thing Monday morning. I brought it home and stitched it on my ball cap. I'm 100% happy with great and responsive service, quality of work and good price. I'll definitely be back for my next project!

I messaged them through yelp on a sunday inquiring about the price and they responded pretty quickly despite the shop technically being closed. I was able to make an appointment for the following day on monday and Jason was super cool about showing me all my options and letting me lead with what I had in mind. My stole was done THE NEXT DAY which is crazy because a lot of places said it would take several days or even weeks to complete and I needed it fast because I was taking my grad photos that following saturday. This next part is kind of embarrassing but it must be mentioned...I mixed up their hours and went to pick it up on friday at 5:03pm but they had just closed at 5pm. I panicked because I was literally having people come down to help me with my photoshoot the next day and the shop is closed on the weekends. I called and messaged them on yelp explaining the mistake I made. Karen found my phone number and called me asking if I would be able to come back to their shop later that evening because they would be out all morning the next day. Jason drove back and opened the doors just so that I could get my stole before my pictures. I obviously don't recommend waiting until the shop is closed to pick up your project but I cannot believe how kind and helpful they were given my situation. Thank you so much Jason and Karen!

See pictures Accountability: I notice an obvious stain on the shirt. Guy clerk said "you must have brought it in that way". They got a stain remover to remove it. But I was already annoyed already I had to make an extra trip to pick up. I have gotten a lot of embroidery work done, I tried this place out of convenience. If you are looking for great quality at better prices. Go to Team Uniform or LoudPrint. This place is more of a mass manufacturing embroidery shop. Not for small custom jobs.

The staff has always been pleasant and professional to me but also keep in mind when I go with an order I come prepared with the files and what colors and materials I want to speed the process up but to also make it easier on them and to eliminate confusion. The prices are very reasonable especially for doing prototypes of designs I want to try before making multiple. I've never tried to pay with anything but cash but hey what's the big deal that can be gotten easier from the bank and if it saves me from paying them more to cover the costs of using cards due to service fees and such then that is ok.

I needed a 8ftx6ft birthday backdrop to be done in two days. I submitted a project quote here on Yelp and I had several responses from other printing shops including RedDot Printing. I was told my backdrop couldn't be done in two days, I was told that my image's resolution was too small, and other printing shops never responded. Z from RedDot Printing responds within minutes. He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT! His price was cheaper than I imagined especially since this was a last minute request. I knew that I placed this order last minute and I knew I was an amateur with the design, but Z made my vision into reality. Z, thank you so much for everything. Your work is impeccable! I found this place on Instagram, and in the Instagram post, a young girl who was about to graduate from CSUF went here to have her graduation regalia embroiderered and decorated for her taste. I really got intrigued because I'm from the same town where this place is located. I plan to come here in the future for my graduation. read more
