Do not recommend for the following reasons…read more Pricing: got two shirts with a basic stitching and was charged $100. Communication: was told shirt was to be finished by one day, showed up day after to pick up and they said the print was lost and it would be done by the next day. No call or communication. They said they would call me when it was finished, but I still had to call them to confirm completion. Quality: lines and gaps in between stitching. Looks cheap for how pricey the job was. See pictures Accountability: I notice an obvious stain on the shirt. Guy clerk said "you must have brought it in that way". They got a stain remover to remove it. But I was already annoyed already I had to make an extra trip to pick up. I have gotten a lot of embroidery work done, I tried this place out of convenience. If you are looking for great quality at better prices. Go to Team Uniform or LoudPrint. This place is more of a mass manufacturing embroidery shop. Not for small custom jobs.

This is surprising since I'd never used a sewing machine before. At a class this week, I met another lady who got a REALLY great deal on a refurbished high end sewing/embroidery machine and after sleeping on it, decided to go back the next day to see if they could find another deal like that for me. Well, George happened to be there and he and Karen found me a near-new machine with less than 10k stitches on it!!! Needless to say, I came home with a MAJOR upgrade at a GREAT price. These folks really know their machines and supplies, and make themselves available to help their clients and answer every question one could have...and as a super-newbie, I have an overwhelming amount. :) I look forward to spending many more happy hours there learning to use my new power tool with thread and mastering my new hobby. I understand that things have gotten very expensive, although Mr. Camarena should cool his jets a bit when dealing with customers. We purchased the machine from them a few years back and my wife is a light user. I made the critical mistake of questioning their repair price and lack of any explanation as to what is included. Mr Adolf became very arrogant and testy with me. You would think that they could have a better attitude with a repeat customer and be a little more customer friendly. Find a better repair option than these clowns!

I messaged them through yelp on a sunday inquiring about the price and they responded pretty quickly despite the shop technically being closed. I was able to make an appointment for the following day on monday and Jason was super cool about showing me all my options and letting me lead with what I had in mind. My stole was done THE NEXT DAY which is crazy because a lot of places said it would take several days or even weeks to complete and I needed it fast because I was taking my grad photos that following saturday. This next part is kind of embarrassing but it must be mentioned...I mixed up their hours and went to pick it up on friday at 5:03pm but they had just closed at 5pm. I panicked because I was literally having people come down to help me with my photoshoot the next day and the shop is closed on the weekends. I called and messaged them on yelp explaining the mistake I made. Karen found my phone number and called me asking if I would be able to come back to their shop later that evening because they would be out all morning the next day. Jason drove back and opened the doors just so that I could get my stole before my pictures. The staff has always been pleasant and professional to me but also keep in mind when I go with an order I come prepared with the files and what colors and materials I want to speed the process up but to also make it easier on them and to eliminate confusion. The prices are very reasonable especially for doing prototypes of designs I want to try before making multiple. I've never tried to pay with anything but cash but hey what's the big deal that can be gotten easier from the bank and if it saves me from paying them more to cover the costs of using cards due to service fees and such then that is ok.
