Communication: was told shirt was to be finished by one day, showed up day after to pick up and they said the print was lost and it would be done by the next day. No call or communication. They said they would call me when it was finished, but I still had to call them to confirm completion. Quality: lines and gaps in between stitching. Looks cheap for how pricey the job was. See pictures Accountability: I notice an obvious stain on the shirt. Guy clerk said "you must have brought it in that way". They got a stain remover to remove it. But I was already annoyed already I had to make an extra trip to pick up. I have gotten a lot of embroidery work done, I tried this place out of convenience. If you are looking for great quality at better prices. Go to Team Uniform or LoudPrint. This place is more of a mass manufacturing embroidery shop. Not for small custom jobs.

I…read morepicked the first custom print shop on Yelp, which was Theory Printing in Santa Fe Springs because it was near my job in Downey and it had really good reviews. I decided to have them do our t-shirts and if they were not satisfactory, we would not use them for future projects. I spoke with Tom and he was very professional. He was able to work with me on the font, logo, color of shirts and the various sizes for 38+ 1 doggy shirt I requested. Unfortunately, due to the short notice I gave Tom, his vendors were unable to ship the doggy shirt I needed, but Tom made the effort to reach out to various vendors; that speaks volumes of his work ethic. As for the t-shirts, they were exactly as I ordered; the sizes were correct, the fabric was soft and of good quality at an affordable price. They looked professional, not cheap. See Mammoth Lakes group picture. But wait, it gets better. A week later, at 3:00pm on the day of the NWA movie release, my sister called me to ask if "my t-shirt guy" sold NWA shirts. I told her I didn't know, but I would send her his number. Lo and behold, Tom had NWA t-shirts printed and ready to be picked-up at 5:00pm! Is that incredible customer service or what???!!! My sister and her friends were so impressed, they will be ordering all their custom t-shirts at Theory Printing. See NWA t-shirt pictures. They do so much more than printing t-shirts. They also work on websites and do professional printing for Artists, Body Builders, Bands and other celebrities. The reviews do not lie - they are that fabulous and more!! Give them a try!!

Initially i was impressed with the service i was getting, had a nice chat with Elium. He agreed to prioritize the DTF print i needed. I was stoked, hoping i found a good vendor close, well it won't be these guys. I sent a 400dpi transparent PNG, ready to go! Looks like the white underprint pulled a bit causing a drip outside of the graphic. Called them about it not about the money but on principle after i was told so proudly who they do work for and was absolutely shocked at how the conversation played out. I got played for pennies. Basically he couldn't get passed the idea of it being on his end, cop-out statement. "I didn't create the file" so regardless of how the file was i sent this guy his arrogance was going to be in the way, he took zero responsibility for what was clearly a printer malfunction. You can see by the photo the inconsistent white underprint and the registration that is off, POOP. I had run a bulk of the project with a company overseas and was not happy due to some minor banding slight registration issues. At the end of the conversation, he said he could see where the problem really was. I don't want to make this into a bigger deal than it is but i'd look for other options because if they drop the ball you're eating it. Manilla Clothing does an amazing job and has awesome customer service with 24/7 pickup. I worth the extra little drive i guess.
