I needed a 8ftx6ft birthday backdrop to be done in two days. I submitted a project quote here on Yelp and I had several responses from other printing shops including RedDot Printing. I was told my backdrop couldn't be done in two days, I was told that my image's resolution was too small, and other printing shops never responded. Z from RedDot Printing responds within minutes. He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT! His price was cheaper than I imagined especially since this was a last minute request. I knew that I placed this order last minute and I knew I was an amateur with the design, but Z made my vision into reality. Z, thank you so much for everything. Your work is impeccable! You stood out from everyone else and I'm glad I had the opportunity to work with you.

Printed. I designed them on Canva, but needed them printed (like real trading cards). I called Z and from the first phone call, he was pleasantly helpful. After a couple of back and forth emails, he had them off to print. I picked up within a week of our first conversation and was blown away at the final product. Exceeding my expectations, truly. Z was able to help me make each of our 12 players their own card, which I then packaged as a team set and gave each player within a homemade/DIY sleeve. I was disappointed with my experience at FastSigns in Orange…read more At the beginning, the salesperson didn't ask questions about how the banner would be used (it was intended as a photo-op backdrop). Had that conversation happened, potential sizing or formatting issues may have been caught early. I was told on Monday that the banner would be ready for pickup on Wednesday, and my file was reviewed and said to look fine. However, five days after the original promised date, I was told the file needed to be reformatted. I had left messages checking on the status but didn't receive a callback. I eventually spoke with Lynn, who was kind and arranged delivery since I couldn't pick it up. When the banner arrived, the quality was below what I've experienced with other vendors, and it was delivered without a cardboard tube, which caused bends and wrinkles along one side. Because this was meant for photos, the creasing was very noticeable and made it unusable for its intended purpose. I appreciate that everyone was polite and that delivery was provided. I'm hopeful FastSigns will reach out and find a way to make this right.
