Communication: was told shirt was to be finished by one day, showed up day after to pick up and they said the print was lost and it would be done by the next day. No call or communication. They said they would call me when it was finished, but I still had to call them to confirm completion. Quality: lines and gaps in between stitching. Looks cheap for how pricey the job was. See pictures Accountability: I notice an obvious stain on the shirt. Guy clerk said "you must have brought it in that way". They got a stain remover to remove it. But I was already annoyed already I had to make an extra trip to pick up. I have gotten a lot of embroidery work done, I tried this place out of convenience. If you are looking for great quality at better prices. Go to Team Uniform or LoudPrint. This place is more of a mass manufacturing embroidery shop. Not for small custom jobs.

He got quotes for me very quickly and provided all the necessary templates and specifications for my designers in a very timely manner. The turnaround time was amazing; we were less than a week and a half out from our event, and Skyler was able to get our custom tablecloth and retractable banner to us in less than a week. Compared to other companies I reached out to, Physx had the most competitive pricing, and we were very happy with the quality of the items we received. We received a lot of good feedback at our events to how our tablecloth and banner turned out, and our designers were also happy with how their designs translated onto these mediums. It was two weeks prior to our annual family camping trip and we hadn't ordered our t-shirts. I…read morepicked the first custom print shop on Yelp, which was Theory Printing in Santa Fe Springs because it was near my job in Downey and it had really good reviews. I decided to have them do our t-shirts and if they were not satisfactory, we would not use them for future projects. I spoke with Tom and he was very professional. He was able to work with me on the font, logo, color of shirts and the various sizes for 38+ 1 doggy shirt I requested. Unfortunately, due to the short notice I gave Tom, his vendors were unable to ship the doggy shirt I needed, but Tom made the effort to reach out to various vendors; that speaks volumes of his work ethic. As for the t-shirts, they were exactly as I ordered; the sizes were correct, the fabric was soft and of good quality at an affordable price. They looked professional, not cheap. See Mammoth Lakes group picture. But wait, it gets better. A week later, at 3:00pm on the day of the NWA movie release, my sister called me to ask if "my t-shirt guy" sold NWA shirts. I told her I didn't know, but I would send her his number. Lo and behold, Tom had NWA t-shirts printed and ready to be picked-up at 5:00pm! Is that incredible customer service or what???!!!
