I was told my backdrop couldn't be done in two days, I was told that my image's resolution was too small, and other printing shops never responded. Z from RedDot Printing responds within minutes. He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT! His price was cheaper than I imagined especially since this was a last minute request. We had a really big event in January and needed some promotional products to give out to participants. I decided to go with Physx promotions because they are local. Brant and Reuben were absolutely amazing in assisting me with the right items to get for the event. They helped me pick out the items with the best quality as well as worked with me in terms of pricing. We got high quality 80 customized clipboards and 130 lanyards with reasonable prices. I had a lot of questions, changes, and last minute requests, but they were very accommodating and helped me every step of the way. The communication was great. Brant was always there to update me on the progress of the items and making sure that everything will be delivered on time, and they did! The participants LOVED the clipboards and the lanyards.
