I first attempted to do this twice on Saturday, June 13 at the FedEx Norwalk location. Needless to say, I wasn't successful and kept getting an error message. First I didn't select enough money. Secondly, an error message occurred saying that the file was too large. This error kept happening. Therefore I asked for help, and the only available attendant said "just resend it in 2 or more emails. There is no extra charge." I tried that and it still didn't work. I felt defeated. And I didn't want to send 4 to 5 different emails. So I left because she appeared to be free but working on something in the background. And verbally instructing me to do something and not giving me the attention that I required. So I left. Sunday I went to a different FedEx. The location in Whittier on Whittier Blvd. Robert and Mark both eased my worrying and successfully completed the task that I required. They compressed the file and sent it to my email. Because of this, I was able to send one email with the 5 different sets of documents. I was more than thankful for their kind service. So I decided to write this and show my appreciation for excellent service. Robert and Mark, thank you for going out of your way to make this happen. They took the time & listened to me and solved my issue. They didn't brush me off. They took the time to physically help me. No fobbing off at this location. Thank you Robert and Mark.

My transaction was fairly easy but I did notice that this location also has a self-checkout Amazon drop off. The staff is very attentive and patient! I noticed how they assisted customers with different type of drop offs that were time consuming. Save yourself time by making sure you have everything properly wrapped and labeled correctly. If you have an email with shipment instructions, make sure you have it handy. Don't be afraid to ask for help. And of course, ask for a receipt to show proof of shipment. I was shipping a laptop via USPS--I planned on getting the tape and packing it at home. The owner asked if I only needed the tape to ship the laptop, which I happened to have on me that day. I said yes, and he went to a storage room to find a box that would fit my computer, then packed IT FOR ME, and told me that there was no need for me to buy the tape. I offered to give him money for helping me out, but he declined and said it was no problem. He even told me that for the weight of the item, it would be cheaper to go down the street and ship it at the post office. The owner's a quality person. This kind of customer service is hard to come by, so definitely go if you need to ship, copy, or fax something.
