Disgrace to humanity and the local community. If you want your package you will not get them here unless you come with your birth/death certificate, passport, proof of citizenship and the deed of residence. It might still not be enough for him to release the package. You better not misspell, miss a latter or number. If your ID shows Richard, you better not put Dick. Or else he will use that against you. My DHL package had specific instructions: bring your ID. I get there, the guy refused to give it to me because he claimed DHL should've sent me a PIN, which they did not (I even called customer service and confirmed there was NO PIN). What a hassle..so I CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY. SAME issue, he refused to give me my package! He asked to see my phone, so I showed him the email from my phone, but that was NOT enough and he asked to HOLD my phone to look himself! Ummm, eww germs (don't like anyone touching my phone with their dirty hands). After much back and forth, I finally convinced him that they didn't have a PIN, as they "texted" a landline. Jerry (the man there) is literally crazy. They have lost me as a customer. I had a mailbox there in 2021 and after my 3rd month I closed it and opened a mailbox elsewhere. Every time I would go in he would be yelling (or barking as another person said) at someone in the store or on the phone. He has no customer service skills and should not be in this business. I was curious if he had improved at all in 2022 so I stopped by the other day to drop off a package and I feel like it's gotten even worse hence why I felt the need to leave this review. read more

Beware of the this store!!! I rarely leave nagetive review for a business, but the experiences that I had today then decided I felt the need to leave this review. My friends and I was going there to pick up the packages, but ended up we have worse experience ever. For some reason he just won't let us pick up the packages we got all kind of proofs such as address, phone number, pin numbers, emails. He just simply said this packages will return to where it came from, and we have to responsible the shipping fee for shipping back to where it's from. At this point we were trying to figure out what went wrong and how to solve the problems, the onwer getting heat up for no reason. The owner has very bad temper and very very impatient to communicate with, also he wasn't trying to solve the problem instead create more problems. So my husband went to pick up a package for me. It came through international DHL shipping so if it went back it's a HUGE issue especially since it is for our daughter. DHL website clearly states he can pick up the package if I write a letter with my information, address, package number, PIN number and his name and if he has his own ID. How is this business still open. I sent my fiancé to pick up my package using the directions I received from DHL. The instructions state, you must have a signed letter from the recipient and your ID. My fiancé had both. A psychotic individual who works the counter refused to give my fiancé my package. Despite the DHL directions you have to prove to him that all of the information is valid. Why? Who is this guy? Who does he think he is? It's very clear that this individual is unhappy with his job and life and is dead set on harassing potential customers. I really hope this business is shut down soon. He has no business working with people. He would be better suited digging in trash cans for recyclable. Now I have to find time to go pick up my package despite being at work during there business hours. I really hope DHL stops allowing them to be a third party carrier. Awesome family owned spot. They are so sweet and so nice and very helpful. They text you when you get a package with a tracking number and all. You can even call to see if you have mail before going. Only giving 4/5 stars because they say they are 24 hour mailboxes but the door is always locked after normal business hours. read more

I am a longterm customer of Mail box and postal. I rent a Box there. They are flexible. since I am based abroad in Europe this place was central to my family to where they can check my box plus. They also scan and email my mail to me. THIS OPTION is really PRIME for someone like me.There pricing is competitive. The other use of this P.O. box is that it gives you a physical address. I also receive packages there once in awhile. A bonus is the night key. I get to access my box 24-7 So I am really grateful for the options they have there. I am still able to manage my mail even though I am based abroad now for many years. I have been with this Company for a long time and God willing will continue until I no longer have a need for this. I would recommend this Company for so many reasons, these are to name a few. Call and ask to speak to Rupi! she's terrific. RIP OFF ALERT! First time I had to mail a letter international the cheapest way was via DHL. Luckily, I had looked into rates on-line. So when the man in the store gave me a quote MUCH HIGHER I told him the rate via DHL website was much LOWER. He was nice, &checked the DHL website, explaining that on occasion there are "specials" he is not aware of since he has a "DIFFERENT" system. True enough, the rate on-line was LOWER. He said he wasn't sure why but he charged me the lower rate & off I went. As I left, I had a feeling the man at Mailbox and Postal purposefully gave me the higher rate assuming I was an UNINFORMED consumer and he would get away with charging me MORE. The 2nd time I went there I was mailing a box domestic. Again, I was aware of what the rates were via the internet. My package weighed 15 lbs & per UPS website, cost to ship was $26.41 FOR UPS GROUND but HE quoted me $46 PLUS!!! I asked why he charged so much. In the end, he said :"I'M A BUSINESS I CAN CHARGE WHATEVER I WANT!" I ended up going to the UPS on foothill blvd., where I only PAID 28.41--rip off! BEWARE!
