This particular UPS Store came in super handy when I formerly worked in Arcadia, CA. last year and will again now. I had to use their services was due to some returns I had to make via Amazon.Com. There were some items I bought that couldn't be returned to a Kohl's Amazon desk, so I had to go here. I found parking very convenient as it would be right by the street, right next to This UPS location, Arcadia. I'll likely need to return again! If I could give this place no stars I would. I came here to return a package for Amazon and it was one of the worst experience I've had at a UPS Store. This man was rude all around. Coming in he was rude to the lady before us. Once it was our turn, he was rude as well. I've read other reviews for this store and this is not the first time he is rude. If I could give this store zero stars I would. I've gone twice now and each time the customer service is horrible specifically with one young teenage worker. He provides no solutions or help when it comes to shipment. All he says is "I can't do anything about it." The owner is RUDE, BITTER and disrespectful. I will never use this place again. I always deal with the manager who is so gracious and kind but this bitter old man needs to go back to his senior living home and eat some tapioca. I went for a simple shipment and asked where the tape was. He ASSUMED I wanted him to tape my box. Instead of seeing this as a sales opportunity he decided to take his bitter attitude out on me and tell me "next time come in with the shipment ready to go" then proceeded to tape the box. Uhh sir you own a shipment store and sell supplies, I was going to buy the tape but your nasty attitude just lost a customer. His attitude continued and I had to walk away because as a business owner and a lady, I have some hood in me. Chose this location because it was really close to my work area. I'm so glad I used my gps to find this place because if not I would have miss it. It's more like a hole in a wall place. Do not look like any other ups that I normally go to. It's a small ups but the service was friendly and fast. They also sell cute post cards if your looking for a last min gift for someone. FYI they don't have their own parking lot, so street parking is the only option. read more

Terrible customer service, refuses to do usps drop off even if you have UPS packages. A package was also lost here and management refuses to help saying it isn't possible to bring up old records and print drop off receipts. I have used this location for convenience twice, as I usually go to another location in Pasadena, Ca. Both my experiences have been crummy and unacceptable in service. I walked in here yesterday with 2 boxes returning to Amazon. Both items returning in the original boxes back to Amazon. One box was print label and pack myself, and the second box was UPS would pack it. What exasperated the situation, is the gentleman behind the counter took a box cutter and open the box he was supposed to pack. I was disturbed by the operation, as my item was already seal ready for delivery. I was afraid to ask, but the act just seem totally invasive. I build spunk, and inquired about the act, and he promptly became defensive and responded with, "I can do that". He can presumptuously open my box? My response was, It's invasive, you should communicate your actions before taking a knife to my "still" property. Mind you, if he as a UPS shipper is following some Terms and Conditions of Ground Service. I believed The general rules and regulations should be explained. "I am under obligation allowed to open this box to confirm the inside items". I am absolutely certain I would have agreed. But to invade without further communication, it's simply improper. I called amazon, and UPS both companies apologies on their behalf, and opened an investigation on this particular location. And were quick to responded with an apology of their service abilities and how amiss the transaction was. I am convince, we should speak up when you see wrong doing, accountability makes us better Individuals in all we do. read more

This is the best UPS store that there is! Lupe is so understanding and kind. I always have a good experience when I come here. Today, Lupe repacked my box and even cut it down to save on the overall dimensions for me. I couldn't believe he would take the time. =0) He also caught that the apartment number in the address for my son had changed and avoided a mishap on the other end because he was so attentive. Lupe and Bobbie are always helpful. Bobbie the store owner is not as bubbly but he gets the job done fast. I have been renting their mailboxes for over three years and they are always way more helpful and cheaper than the local Fedex Office in Monrovia. I have made multiples color copies from my children's bday cards to business flyers and all sorts of documents. I even used their notary services. It's like having your second office. I like to come here because the color copies always come out looking great, and if you are printing more copies it ends up cheaper printing here than using your own color printer. They will even help you print when you email your files at no additional charge. I also have another mail box at another UPS Hastings Ranch area in Pasadena, and by far this UPS store beats them in quality service! read more
