Of all the UPS locations I've been to, this is one of my two preferred spots because of the friendly staff and it has a self-service kiosk, which is super convenient for processing Amazon returns yourself. However, my experience yesterday left much to be desired. When I arrived to drop off a return with a pre-labeled package, the owner was visibly frustrated, likely from a prior issue with helping a customer to track down a package for pick up. His frustration spilled over to his employee, who was requesting for his help with a printing a receipt, creating a tense atmosphere that affected me and another customer in line. Instead of simply asking what I needed help with, I was told to use the self service kiosk, even after I explained the label was ready. I scanned it as requested, but of course, the kiosk directed me to see an associate. Eventually, the owner told me and the other girl in line to leave our packages at the counter and also noted he will not be giving us a receipt. When I asked for confirmation about leaving my package on the correct counter, I was ignored by both the owner and his employee. I left my package anyway, and thankfully, tracking showed it was processed correctly. But the staff's inability to manage their emotions and provide clear, courteous service made the visit unnecessarily stressful. While this location is usually convenient, this experience was disappointing and unprofessional. read more

Ok wow this was the best experience I've ever had at a UPS store. The customer service that Shahid, Sherif, and Ayasha showed me was above and beyond what I could've asked for! I went in to make colored copies and brought my own sticker sheets to print on, and they were so accommodating and helpful. I left with exactly what I wanted, and was so pleasantly surprised at what a great experience it was! Also, the price was super reasonable. I cannot recommend this place highly enough! I've been to this business multiple times over the years and am annoyed at how petty the store manager (Sharif) is about every little penny. To avoid a 5 dollar fee for emailing documents to get printed, he says you need to bring a usb. No bro, I don't want my usb stick in your dirty computer. He's been adamant about charging a computer access fee in the past. One time I didn't like the documents I printed out, after a sample copy, he was so gleeful about shredding it. Weirdly gleeful. No, don't be gleeful and don't be cheap. And if a customer is struggling and needs to save a few bucks, help out and don't be a jerk. The last time, I was there, the counter employee was like you can save 15 percent with an AAA membership, he seemed upset about me knowing this information and interrogated me about having my aaa card. Annoyed, I was like, "trust me bro" and he was adamant that he had to see my card. He didn't need to see my card, and I was able to get a 15 percent discount, that helped mitigate the stupid 5 dollar fee that he is so staunch about upholding. I wouldn't be so perturbed, because I like to be generous with people and give the benefit of the doubt especially in smooth flowing business relationships, but I know for a fact the workers there make minimum wage at behest of the petty-penny-grubbing-eager-to shred-proprietor. I'm 81 and had to return several items as well as have some documents notarized. I was unsure of how to do this. The staff who assisted me were exceptionally patience and helpful. They made me feel comfortable. The service was fast and they took care of everything. The notary went smoothly and and I just had to sign and finger print. Great price for notary. I have been going to this UPS Store on Live Oak next to Albertson's in Arcadia for years. The owner is outstanding along with his staff. I read another reviewer who had a bad experience, but this prompted me to write a good review. In my years of going to this location, I have never had a bad experience. Went there for notary, Lady behind counter proceeded to read my document for 2 minutes. My document is none of her business! I asked her why she's reading my document and she was silent and continued reading. Then she had the nerve to ask me what this document was for. I responded and informed her this is a direct violation of signer's privacy and that's when she decided to just hurry and stamp it. Never going back there again. Ridiculous! read more

The store is listed online as closing at 7:00 PM, but they actually close at 6:30 PM. I showed up just before 7:00 PM expecting to drop off a package and found the store already closed. I frequent this UPS store to drop off packages I need to ship to customers. I've never had to wait in line and the process goes by super smooth. I'm in and out of the store within 2-3 minutes. Prices for the shipping options are usually even cheaper than USPS when opting for UPS ground when buying postage online. read more

Sherif (the owner of this UPS) is the best! I dropped off a package to return an iPhone to Verizon for a family member and they texted us that they got charged because package was not delivered! I lost the receipt when I dropped off the package to UPS but luckily we had a picture of the shipping label so Sherif was able to help us out by printing out a Proof of Delivery with all the necessary information (tracking #, delivery date, location with address and where it was left). Of the UPS Stores I've been to in the area, this is definitely the best! The parking lot is gigantic, so you don't need to worry about finding parking. I appreciate that they are open on Sundays (I know it's probably a big sacrifice from the staff to lose a weekend) since most UPS stores only open on Saturdays on the weekend. The staff is always super friendly and get what we need done quickly. I also appreciate the staff is still wearing masks! read more

My visit to this UPS Store was pretty average - smooth when the ball got rolling. There was quite a wait since there were 5-6 people and only two people working at the time. I think the most difficult part was waiting for the package, since the back had to be checked twice. In addition to waiting, service felt rather slow, and the interactions with the staff were fairly neutral. read more

The owner saw me in line and didn't help. While his employee was struggling with a customer and I was waiting he just went on with his business. I was just dropping off. Then there was a man who came in behind me and he called up the man and this sweet gentleman said I was here first, which was very kind of this man. I'm not sure why the owner ignored‍ when he checked my mail in, I asked him to place a sticker on the box and he just said yah, so I can leave and he can help the next customer. This is my absolute favorite UPS store. It's local, the people are friendly, there's always ample parking, and best of all, their service is fast. I come to this UPS store frequently to return Amazon packages, print paperwork, and send mail/packages. Every time I come, the workers here are always so nice and patient. They always try to find the best deals for me which is so refreshing to see in customer service. Prices are on the high side (for shipping, boxes, printing, etc) compared to USPS, but this location is just my go-to. read more

Sherif is awesome, so helpful and personable and he has helped me and my family with many services over the years -- international shipping, business shipping, boxing and mailing, Amazon returns, and notarizing documents. We all come here at least once a week. Sherif and his staff are a pleasure to work with, the business hours are convenient, there is plenty of parking, and I highly recommend coming here for your UPS Store needs. When do UPS stores not provide receipts for drop offs? I have been coming here for year and they have always given me a receipt for a drop off so I have peace of mind that the package was dropped off and received in the UPS system. The representative's explanation was that if they give me a receipt they are liable for the package. Even if you don't provide a receipt, you won't even scan the barcode that you accepted the package? Then they told me to go to an actual UPS store to get a receipt. I can only really speak to this locations notary services, so please only take this review in regards to that. Tried going one afternoon when I was told a notary would be present. (Had gone one morning and was told the notary didn't work that day, so I should come the following day after 2pm). Arrived around 4pm and understandably they were busy. I waited 4th in line, and when I got to the front I was asked if I had an appointment. I did not, so I was told to wait while they checked in other customers. There was a steady stream of customers, two of which saw me waiting and said their services would also take long so they didn't mind waiting for me. The notary/cashier said declined their offer and took care of them while I waited and said it was fine if I waited. There was a steady stream of customers so I was worried it would be a while until the zeroed out their queue, so after waiting 15minutes with an indefinite longer wait, I left and made an appointment for the following morning. I showed up early for my appointment time and then was told that the notary was not there. I asked how it was possible for me to schedule a notary appointment online when a notary was not present, and they told me they have no control over the online scheduling and no one had checked their scheduled appointment for that day so they weren't even aware of the appointment. TLDR: The UPS online appointment scheduling at least for this location is useless. For notary needs, avoid this location, and check out to the UPS on Duarte and Baldwin instead. read more

Handed them an Amazon package on Oct. 14 for return and got a receipt. Until today Oct 20, Amazon has not received the package. Amazon told me that return statues only show the store scanned the package. Now, I had to wait for 30 days to receive my refund of a new cell phone from Amazon. This is the first time that happened to me. I normally use other UPS store in town. I would think twice before use this store for any service from now on. read more

This store is full of shiet. They charged $4.99 just for opening the email that I sent to them and to print out 1 single copy. From the last visit, the main manager guy told me to email them the copy directly to their store email, and I have done so this time. They charged me without any explanation. I was like wtf? Really? No explanation of the charge whatsoever. The print-and-go from FedEx is a $0 charge. You don't need to tell no body, just come in with their provided code via email do your own thing, and leave. The lady from this UPS location named Sajidh seems so mean, cold, and rude. She treats customers like shiet. As soon as I stepped out of her store, she talked shiet behind my back while another customer was there still. And as soon as I came back in to ask for her name, they were fukkin laughing out loud to each other with the employee guy right there. Should you trust that kind of behavior? This has by far been the worst experience at a UPS Store I've ever had. After setting up 2 business mailboxes with this location, Robert and his staff have constantly given us incorrect information, provided terrible customer service, and created unnecessary work for our business. Nothing is allowed to be handled over the phone. We cannot put corporate payment methods on-file, but rather the individuals must pay IN-PERSON with their personal cards. They also required unreasonable requests for the corporation to have their person home address registered with the state under the business name, leaving no privacy and protection for the business owners. More importantly, Robert and his staff have been very rude and unwilling to provide basic customer service to treat his customers like decent human beings. Again, by far the most unprofessional mailbox experience I've had in my entire professional career. Please do yourself a favor and never come here. read more

First time visiting this location, actually first time walking into this UPS store within the plaza since driving past it for over 8 years. I am going to break it down regarding overall experience and layout of the store and thus why the reason is 5 stars for the first time experience at said location. I came in unprepared with a large item that was not packaged or taped, without the paperwork handy on where to deliver it. The owner was at the time helping 3 customers and still was able to greet and acknowledge anyone that walked in. Experience: The owner Mr. Sherif Mostafa was able to help calculate the size and dimension of the box and the cost of how much it would be, based on the results, at first I thought maybe another competitor would have a better quote, it would've been a $10 - $20 dollar cheaper at the competitor. I could've driven to another place to have it shipped, however based on past experience with the company overall, they provide excellent and reliable service compare to those competitors. That and the first hand experience at this location, the professional demeanor, the humor during the friendly conversation, I decided this was the best place to get this package taken care of. The owner did his thing and gave me a better overall price which did save me roughly $30 - $35. Layout - The layout of the store was nice, there is no clutter and it is very clean compare to other locations. Everything is easy to locate for self help and after reviewing the business card that I obtain at the end of the visit displays the individual that I encounter this experience as the owner. Overall rating - 5 / 5 stars because of how easy it was to handle the delivery of this package and also the experience of the service provided, and also the ease of parking and unloading the package. This will now be my go-to spot for shipping packages and such. read more
