This is by far the easiest experience that I've had at a UPS store... in and out almost instantly! Except the parking... parking is fairly difficult to find in this UPS plaza for some reason. Thankfully there were some "narrow" ish 15 min spots - which was more than enough time for me. I came to print a one page form to mail in. What was convenient was that they had an email that the form could be sent to. I also had the form on a USB drive, but they preferred email - no problemo. What I didn't like was how they also charged me for a computer use fee when I did not need to use their computer. If there was an option to print on our own with a USB drive, that also would've make the visit quicker as well, since there were several customers waiting at the time of visit. read more

I came in to ship luggage to my son in Air Force. They don't have a large weight scale. Asked me to put it on counter. Couldn't find the address I needed. Didn't have zip ties. Didn't have a box the right size. Useless young people working here, they need an adult there. I went to Fed ex and they have everything I needed. Shipped in like 15 minutes. All "the UPS stores" chains I've been to are excellent. This one is no different. I usually come to drop off Amazon refunds and the system they have is just so well done. Once they scan the refund it goes to wherever they need to go. I get a tracking receipt which I lose instantly. read more

I came at exactly 2 59 pm on a Saturday. They closed at 3 pm but the door was locked. There was another guy in front of me. He knocked on the door to get someone 's attention. The female staff came and unlocked the door for the male customer in front of me but proceeded to tell me they are closed and closed the door on me after letting the male customer in. How is it possible to let him in but not me. Makes no sense. I had to look up a different location to drop off my package and waste my time to drive there. No customer service at all. I went in this week and there was a nice associate by the name of Thania that helped me. I was having trouble with the format of my assignment and freaking out because I'm in finals this week. Thania came over to the machine and explained how to print the documents in the correct formatting. She also answered questions about the faxing capabilities. Overall had a great experience. Store is located off of Valley and the parking was not too busy. Clean store and kind associates. read more

The guy working in the front is really nice. Some ladies working in the front have really bad and rude attitude sometimes when we are trying to return Amazon products. We went to other locations of UPS, the staff there is much more polite. I visited this UPS location earlier today and had the best customer service from Sako and Chantal. I've been to other UPS locations such as the one in Rosemead and San Gabriel and the employees always made me feel uncomfortable. Since I needed to ship out 7 packages to different locations, the process took awhile but Chantal was very patient with inputting all 7 addresses and I really enjoyed my conversations with both her and Sako who was very friendly and funny. I will definitely be coming back to this location even though it's farther from where I live since they both made me feel comfortable and confident in my shipping needs! read more

This store is convenient located with lots of parking. The store is clean and you can quickly go in/out to handle your business. The operating hours are great, especially if you are usually busy or working during the day! The owner (Sako) is super friendly and does his best to ensure the customers are happy! I've been going to this location to drop off my packages, but I was told something differently this time from the worker. I spoke to Sako to express my frustration and hope they can relay the problem to the third party merchant as I was told that this is a common problem that they've been having. They understand my frustration and informed me that they have notified the merchant about this problem. Always great service at this location. friendly customer service, every employee I have ever dealt with has always had a great attitude but most importantly care about helping you and getting you in and out with what you need. Plenty of parking which is a plus because other nearby locations you have to fight for parking or worry about something happening to your car. I have had extremely unpleasant customer service experience today. When I return to External Hard Drive put in an Amazon box to ensure it is proper return procedure. A Hispanic female with no welcoming warm regard what so ever coldly replied that she doesn't need the box. I was so confused because I returned DVD without box and she told me that I needed to bring the original shipping box. Today, I don't want to make the same mistake so I bring the original shipping box with me and she told me she didn't need the box. Please have consistency. Don't let customer guess they need to bring a box or not. And have a better education with employees how to greet and treat customers. Originally, I don't want to give any star because this place doesn't deserve any of star. This is the quality of City of El Monte unfortunately. read more
