I'm always looking to save a penny here and there without compromising quality, so I'm so glad I was able to find this place (thanks Yelp)! Their price point for color copies were about $.40 - cheaper than the competitor! I was able to email the file and that same day they were able to have it ready for me. This store looks like they do all sorts of print advertising collateral, so be sure to check this place out for your print needs before paying the big dogs! Very rude and unprofessional!!! I am in a printing business for over 20 years out of Florida, and had a project I was working on down the street in Monrovia area. Not a small project. This was for entire rebrand of a car dealership, which takes over a week to install. My crew ran into an issue, and needed something taken care of. I called a few of our product vendors, and was recommended to call Sir Speedy for help, so I did. After telling the person who answered the phone my issue, and desperately asking for help and offering to pay (no matter the cost), I was told NO. Not once, not twice, but three times, again after asking to PLEASE help. I made some additional calls and resolved the issue elsewhere. Bottom line is, be kind! You never know when you will be in a situation when you will need help. Our shop has national accounts, and occasionally we have to use local vendors for very large orders to Save clients $$ on freight/shipping. I will make it a point not to use Sir Speedy for services moving forward, in Monrovia or anywhere else in the country. read more

I'm leaving a review based on my experience with Sir Speedy, not the product or service because unfortunately, they "could not take on our project" and sadly, they didn't really seem to want the work. I called for a phone quote and they were helpful and told me to email in the files and info and they can give me a more exact cost. I emailed over specified details and files, and eventually was told that they won't be able to help us. They told me over the phone it was something they can do, but it's disappointing in some previous reviews they were helpful, I unfortunately did not experience that. It was more of telling me why they couldn't do the print, not trying to help us help them. I was hoping to give them our business, especially during this time to help support local businesses. I'm pretty disappointed with their lack of customer service, lack of communication with explaining and willingness to help. I will try another local printer for work, I've heard Fedex is a good alternative. read more

For those of you who are tired of the awful service you get at Kinko's - please give this place a try. I called the other day on behalf of my boyfriend who had the worst service experience with Kinko's after placing an order for some urgently needed brochures that did not arrive as promised. I called Sir Speedy after they had officially closed for the day to see if I could get some custom brochures printed for the following day. I wish I could remember for certain who answered the phone because I would like to give her some well deserved credit. I want to say Melissa (?), but I am not sure, unfortunately. Anyway, although she was on her way out the door, she stayed to help me work through their website and patiently explained how they could get the job done by the following day. I came here in a rush to print a marketing assignment, I had called before I arrived and they said they were kind of busy but that I could bring in my flash drive and they could have it done within the hour (due to my time crunch). I got there, very nice staff, I gave them my flash drive and they said if I wanted to stick around they could print it on the spot ( it was only 3 pages). I maybe waited 5 minutes while I talked to the receptionist at the front desk, very friendly. Shane (who was printing for me), came out with my project and it was absolutely beautiful. I loved the print quality and friendly, speedy service. I had went to a small print shop the day before and they completely demolished my assignment, I almost cried because it was due 20 minutes after I printed and had no time to go anywhere else. Thankfully, my professor allowed me to turn it in the next day for 10% deduction off the assignment, or else I would have been graded on the disgusting pieces I turned it. I found this speedy printing shop the next day an was so pleased to have it come out perfect. They were very helpful, and comforting in understanding my situation and they made sure I got exactly what I needed. I asked how much it was going to be and they said don't worry about it, since I had gone through hell the previous day they were just happy they could help me and that I was satisfied with their services. I definitely recommend this print shop for ALL of your printing needs, very professional and they truly care about your needs. for those in academia who don't like reading things on computer monitors, this is a great place to print your manuals/books out and have them binded personally, i hate reading journal articles, texts or any kind of academic readings on a screen so i always print them out.. so far, i've brought a few of my printed manuals here to get binded and they were all done perfectly.. nothing misaligned, crooked or anything like that.. i still have quite a few things that i've printed out that need binding and i'll be taking those in after i had a few things binded, i also asked if they could print things out for me too if i brought in the files, and they do!! that would save me a whole lot of ink and time since i typically print everything out, hole punch them and put them all in binders.. they have several types of binding, so be sure to ask about them because one may be better depending on many pgs need binding and the ppl here are super nice.. i think it's mark who i've spoken to the last few visits and megan, who was at the front desk at my very first visit, is really friendly as well parking is street only which is ok because there isn't a private lot anyway, and plenty of spaces on the street.. if coming from the mayflower side, be wary of the dip turning onto maple read more

First I would like to say thank you to Melissa. You really came through for me and my family and we truly appreciate you and the Sir Speedy Staff. My grandmother passed away which was very difficult to deal with. With everything else going on I forgot to contact a printer to get funeral programs printed. The day before the funeral I called Sir Speedy and was told it would take two to three days to get the print job done. I needed them the next morning by 10:00AM. Melissa was so sweet and worked with me to get my request completed on time. I was able to pick them up at 8:45AM the very next day. I cannot thank you enough. Needed a few Excel files printed in color and they had it printed quick! You can bring in a USB, e-mail attachment, etc. to print your needed file and they'll help you out as fast as they can. They didn't use regular printer paper--instead a glossy laser paper for basic prints were used which gave my prints a more sophisticated look and feel! It only cost less than a $1 and the guy who helped me out said they'll cover it since it was inexpensive! Awesome people over there. Thanks for all your help! The new front desk guy Mark is very unprofessional. I brought my files to him for printing and perfect binding, he said it would take 3-4 days so I gave him a week to do this. I went by to pick up my book today he just told me he did not print it at all. Turned out he forgot to tell me how much was it or give me any approximately number and he emailed me the price later which i didn't get so I couldn't reply obviously. Then he just let it be, he didn't call or wonder why I did not reply and he waited a week to tell me he did NOTHING. Kind of landed here by accident. I saw the great reviews and was around the area, so I stopped by to print my wedding menu cards. Shane and Meghan were the best. They went above and beyond to help me do the menu cards and Shane even helped me reformat/redo my very rudimentary file.
