We were very excited to open our second store location in southern California. While searching…read morearound for companies to make signs for the new store we came across Meiji Sign. Anna and her team were very helpful in the process of making our store signs. They were very patient in explaining to us the different types and quality of the materials available for the style of signs we wanted. They were very clear about how long the color of the signs will last from being in the sun. Their prices were very reasonable. We were able to get two signs of the same exact design for the price of only one sign if we had used another company. On top of all things, they were very diligent in helping us taking care of the paperwork involved for permits and meeting the City of West Covina's sign requirements. We worked with Mei to print our "Konicom Data Recovery No Data No Charge" banners for the inside of our store glass walls. She was very professional and understood what we had wanted and delivered the banners in a very timely matter. Anna and Jason were very professional and on top of designing our business cards and business poster cards. We only had to provide the information we wanted on the cards and briefly describe the type of design and feel we would like. They did all the rest! They were able to come up with very creative and professional designs for business cards and poster cards. The prices were very reasonable, and the print quality was excellent. They were able to deliver the cards in a timely matter. As a business trying to get a second store location up and running in a city we are less familiar with, we were very grateful that this process was in great hands, and we had one less thing to worry about. We would definitely recommend them and use their services for future business needs.

Extremely Disappointed - Poor Quality and Unprofessional Service…read more I had a very disappointing experience with Pro Printing. I ordered brochures for my business, and the quality was extremely cheap and nowhere near professional standards. The brochures were so poorly made that they were completely unusable. What makes this experience even worse is their lack of customer service. They only accepted payment through Zelle, and once I reached out to address the quality issues and request a resolution, they completely ghosted me. No response, no accountability, and no attempt to make things right. As a business owner, I understand that mistakes happen, but ignoring a paying customer after delivering an unacceptable product is extremely unprofessional. I wasted my money, time, and trust on this company. I would strongly recommend that other business owners think twice before ordering from Pro Printing, especially when paying through Zelle. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company.
