I truly had to create a yelp account just to rate these guys and tell you all just how amazing they are. My friend had placed a few orders for me through this company and at first I was a bit skeptical since I have been using the same printing vendor for the past 15 years but I thought it would be okay to give them a shot since my order was a 3 day turnaround. I'll be sure to make this post quick and very detailed! 1. Their product was amazing and the quality was something else. (Printing is printing but you get more than what you pay for with them they even added 75 extras) 2. I had absolutely 0 discussions over my project and they managed to have it done beyond my expectations and more! 3. I stopped by to pick up my orders and the girl (very difficult name to pronounce but I believe it was Audrina) who helped me out was such a sweetheart. I had to wait about 20 minutes (my fault) but we had a great conversation the entire time! She offered me water and coffee as I waited and mind you these type of facilities have very cranky employees. She had me sign the paperwork and even had an older gentleman help me load the boxes into the car. This place was exceptional! I would highly recommend them to anybody looking to print some projects. I was such a mess the other day! I needed booklets for my make up tutorial class that I teach on a monthly basis. My regular printer disappointed me with the quality and I was left hunting for a new printer last second. Somehow I came across Color Depot and called them up, desperate for any type of help at this point. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very helpful, she answered my questions and gave me suggestions and what my options were. I had less than 24 hours to have 12 booklets in front of my students and I was very nervous that this was basically impossible. Color Depot was able to print 12 booklets in less than a day, and I'm not just talking about simple booklets, these were 36pg full color on glossy paper booklets, with a thicker cover paper. Not only did Color Depot print these twelve 36pg booklets in a very very rush manner, but they somehow surpassed my expectations of quality. My booklets were more amazing then they had ever been and I was very proud to have it represent me in front of my students. One accidentally rush job turned into a forever client for Color Depot. My company has been printing with these people for so many years. Even before I started working there they already were using them. We print letterheads, business cards, presentation folders, folded brochures, and postcards. Everything we print is always great. Oh and once a year, at the end of the year, we print calendars with them for our clients. The prices are great and the products come out looking so good. Anytime I have an order all I have to do is email my PO over and they take care of the rest. I get a pdf proof immediately so that I can review it before printing. If it's a new file and I need changes or edits on it, they don't hesitate to help. Tom is a genius graphic designer and just such a wiz with the computer. He's such a pleasure to work with. This place is great! It's hard to find good honest people nowadays and this place is definitely one of those. It is a gem! I am part of a church and we do newsletters every month and pass it out to our church community. We have been printing our newsletters with Color Depot for months now. The pricing is the best you will find, especially once you see the quality. Our church goers actually ask for the newsletters and can't wait for the new ones to come out. Last year, we did fundraising and were able to make 2019 calendars. We sold these calendars to help out the church and they went like crazy. I am telling you this place is wonderful.
