Just adding my 2 cents. This is the closest UPS location for me, and have been here numerous times over the years. Service can be brusque; perhaps their reasoning is they are a necessary service with a guaranteed group of core customers, so why indulge them with courtesy? The office can be messy, in part because it's definitely on the small side, so lots of boxes are placed in areas where customers go. I now only come to this branch if I have a simple task, like bringing in a package that is already properly taped up and already has a label that can be easily scanned. Even then, you are asked to place your item on the stack of boxes in the middle of the store. Anything more complicated, or requiring more assistance, I go to the UPS by Vons on Colorado. read more

Wtf is wrong with this place? I've been here twice and the lady with the covid mask is still rude as hell. She's like the UPS Store Darth Vader. It's hilarious how they have these stock images on their home page with staff and customers smiling and engaging in pleasant interactions. None of that occurs here I can tell you that. I only come here because it's on the way home and the other spot a few miles away is too much of a hassle with parking. My first visit she scolded me about not having the box with the scan code, which I had forgot to bring. Sure, that was my fault, but she made it seem like I had committed treason. So I just walked out. Well, this time around I figured maybe she was having a bad day. I had my return with the scan code. After greeting her and getting zero response (shocker!), she goes ahead and scans my phone. Then she prints the return label and just hands it to me and demands that I put it on the box. I ask where and she says "over the old address!" Yo, isn't that your job lady? And then she gruffly tells me to just put the box on top of a whole bunch of other boxes that were just sitting in the middle of the store. So I guess I work here now! And why the eff is there a pile of boxes in the middle of the store anyway? Which brings me to another gripe: this place is disorganized as hell. There are boxes lying around everywhere and the counters barely have any space to do anything. Just piles of paper, stationery, knick knacks, the Epstein files, you name it. It really makes you question how thorough they are with your packages. Seriously. Thanks to Yelp, you can see how others feel about this place. On some of these reviews, their business manager replies with a lame cut and paste message apologizing and claiming they'll look into it. Lulz, yeah right. Your problems are still there! Worst experience ever. Zero stars if that were an option. I had a happy returns order that I needed to take to this location. The woman there started scanning my items but double scanned 1 item. I made her aware of this but she ignored me and kept on doing her own thing instead of correcting her mistake. She then printed out the receipt even though I still had an item left that needed to be scanned. She kept saying "it's ok. Order complete. 10 items" but it was clearly not ok because she double scanned an item and one of my items had not been scanned at all. When I asked her to reverse the transaction and start over she started raising her voice and giving attitude that I "can call customer service." Great thanks lady. A problem that could have been prevented if she would have just LISTENED. There are far too many UPS stores around to patronize this bad one. Will not be back. Will go somewhere else where the employees are more careful and considerate of their customers time. read more

Honestly from seeing all these reviews AFTER my minute visit to this location, I'm not surprised. I walked in and the workers, aside from the delivery driver, were not friendly what so ever. Seemed like the 2 people behind the register were possibly arguing with eachother maybe but I couldn't really tell since it was a different language. But when I got up to the counter , the woman was super rude and didn't seem interested at all. Only dealt with her for a brief 15 second conversation about my package til I told her I'd go elsewhere because she clearly didn't give a crap anything I was saying about my order while rolling her eyes and said I had to print out the label on my own when I've been able to do it at other locations before. read more

Went to return Amazon package and print a return label they provided. 1 page label he wanted to charge $2.00 fee just to send email plus (with a 15 min use of PC) + .20 fee to print black and white page. I've never been charged to send an email to any UPS and done this process many times with Amazon/UPS yet he claimed every UPS does this standards and when I asked to use the computer for $15 minutes he rudely said NO leave so I asked for my money back and he threw $2 bills in my face like a wild animal and told me never to come back shouting. I will never come back the owner is a scammer please BEWARE he got extremely defensive and passive aggressive went I asked why it's $2.00 just to send an email? Worst UPS experience I've ever had in my 35 yrs of living. Never going back here again. I will be reporting the owner and emailing corporate about his rude behavior and customer service as this is obviously a franchise and he is taking advantage of people and making UPS company look bad as a whole. I see why this place only have 2 stars. Too bad it can't be zero. That miserable woman what works here has by far the worst customer service demeanor ever. Came to ship a box of shoes I asked her what is the email address where I can send something to print. She then further responds with "you know you will need a box for that right?' No s%#*, I know that! That's why I I'm trying to email my shipping label. I then tell her that one of the pages needs to be inside and the other page is the shipping label. Then she disappears and out if nowhere she proceeds to start taping the box behind the counter. I then told her again I told you one of the pages needs to be in the box. She then asks me to get the printed papers at the copy machine near the exit. Frustrated and just wanting my box shipped I worked on her behalf and get the paper and once she was done taping everything she then charges me $2.40. I'm like including the box? She's like oh yeah. Then corrects the amount. If the other 3 ups stores I went to didn't have 10 customers in line and I wasn't pressed for time I would've avoided this place altogether. The WORST! I ordered a package for Christmas and due to porch pirates I thought I was doing myself a favor having it delivered to a UPS store down the street from me, well that was a HUGE mistake. The package was delivered by OnTrac to the UPS store. It shows delivered on 12/5/25 and signed for by P Chuang. I went last week and they told me I was crazy and they didn't have my package. I called the shipper (a large nationwide retailer) and they said it was delivered on their end. I called this UPS store and was told that if another delivery company other than UPS tries to deliver and you don't have a mailbox with them they will sign for the package and then return it to the delivery company, OnTrac in this instance. So I have no idea where my package is, the retailer has no idea where my package is and the UPS store told absolutely no one what they were doing. Really great customer service! read more

Horrible customer service. I called two times to ask whether my package was shipped (tracking said the package was dropped off, but not shipped), and the man on the phone didn't even listen to me. Instead, he kept interrupting me and saying that I need to call shipping customer service. The only thing I asked was to check if they still have my package. This is by far the worst UPS Store I've visited. If I could give them '0' stars I would. They are rude and extremely slow, there is always a line. The other UPS stores in my area at least always greet the customer upon their entrance. These people don't even notice. I went in today and several mailboxes were wide open with customers mail exposed! Anyone could have walked in a perused the boxes for credit cards, etc. and no one would have seen it. Common sense is, if the store gets busy lock the mailboxes and help the customers, then go back to sorting the mail. The store is always 'crowded' with shipments but I know there has to be room behind the counter or behind the wall behind that, yet boxes are everywhere. It's like an obstacle course. I think the UPS corporation would be horrified to see this representation of their company. read more

Absolutely terrible customer service I've been a customer for five or six years and I asked them to print one thing that Amazon said they would print for free and they went crazy on me and they refuse to print it won't take my return and literally told me they would rather me not renew my PO Box that I've had for five years then print the label so if you want a PO Box somewhere never ever go to UPS Store Foothill because they won't value your business. I always have bad customer experience with this particularly lady that works there, Asian heavy set lady. She never greets, always looks like she's in a bad mood, and always has something negative to say. Today! I came in to drop off my returns (no other customer but me by the way). I was having trouble connecting to my data on my phone to get into my Amazon to get the QR code for her to scan, she goes and tells me "ugh, you come in here not having anything ready". I apologized and then she rolled her eyes. Then she proceed to scan my first return. Then she goes and rushes me for the QR code for the second return, which I'm trying to get it for her, and she says "ugh, we're about to close soon and you have nothing ready". It was 5:40pm! Google says they close at 6:30pm. Then she tells me to grab my return box and put it on the floor. Like I said I always have bad experience with her, everybody else are nice. read more

Wish I could give them a zero. I have used this store for 18 years and found the owner to be so mean and rude, but I had no choice since it was conveniently located. Even my kids are scared of this old guy and said he was mean to them when they dropped of a package. To make matters worse they started losing my packages repeatedly earlier this year. When I said I want to make sure all my Amazon returns were bagged because they have gotten lost at that location (I also said, "not blaming you guys at all"), the owner said " It's impolite for you to tell us how to do our job". I explained to him that I wasn't trying to interfere, I just wanted to see that my returns got bagged together since they were scattered all over the store at that point. The quality of the work of this store and its workers is very poor. Now that there are other locations in the area, I will never go here again. Everyone is so right about these extremely rude and mean owners. New staff young man with cross earrings is just as rude. Great customer service and kindness has to trickle from the top - but this young man has learned it's okay to be rude by watching the owner interact with customers. There are plenty of UPS stores in the area where they are sweet as pie, so why give these mean folks business. I shipped 7 packages to my daughter in Washington state. Six of them arrived and one has not. The staff refused to help me and said I needed to file a claim online. When I tried to do this, the online service said I must file the claim with the store where I shipped from. I went back to the store and once again was told they could not help me, that it was too late to file a claim. I will never ever use UPS again or have anything to do with the people in this store! They are the worst! While I have always liked UPS in the past, this is the last time I will use their shipping service. In the future I'll use the US Postal Service or Federal Express. The missing box contained family memorabilia and photos. Irreplaceable items. Think twice if you are shipping irreplaceable items! read more

If i could give zero stars, i would. But i have to give one star. This particular UPS location is the worst. Save your time and energy and visit a different location. (The UPS store on Colorado, in the Vons plaza is way better). I re-routed a package to this location because i was not going to be home and this is a UPS access point. I received an email and text message from UPS confirming my package was delivered to this location. However, when i went to this location, an elderly asian male advised me they didnt have my package. I went back home, called the 800 number (waited for 40 min) and confirmed again that my package was delivered to this location, and in fact remains at this location. They provided the name of the person who signed for my package as well as the delivery date. I went back, and asked if this individual works at this location. Several regular customers (who frequent this location) confirmed that the elderly asian male (who i dealt with earlier) is indeed this individual. However when i confronted him, he denied that he was the individual and denied that this alleged individual worked at this location. I would have been understanding if they confessed up to their mistake...but to boldy lie to a customers face about their identity is unprofessional. Im not an asian hater because i myself am asian. Im just providing a description of this individual. Avoid this location. Not only are they not professional, but this location is run down and dirty. They are also too cheap to turn on the AC. read more

I never come to the internet to write reviews, but after reading the ones related to this particular UPS store I felt compelled to write my horrible experience here and add to the list of complaints about the older Asian man. I went to the store today to drop off a couple of items I needed to return to my job. Although I had two boxes I only had one label. I go up to the counter and explain to the older guy I have two packages with one label. I was only sent one label, would I be able to mail both packages because they are going to the same address. During this conversation a white gentleman walks in and is being helped by a young gentleman that works there. Long story short he (Asian guy) ignores what I'm saying and starts helping him. I stated I guess I'm not being helped now. The white gentleman apologizes. The Asian guy motions got the young white gentleman to help me. I vent my frustration to the younger helper, who by the way was very helpful. I say I guess what I was saying isn't as important as that guys. The younger guy tries to pacify me by saying please don't feel like that. He doesn't really understand speak English that well. I tell him well he seemed to understand what the white guy was saying without an issue. So yes he does understand exactly what I am saying. To wrap things up I'll just piggyback on what others said about the older Asian man. He is rude, very unprofessional, and my experience felt racist. Also, the store is small and dirty. I will not be returning to this store. I hope others read this review along with all the other and do not go to this store. read more

He really threw the receipt on the counter instead of giving it to me. So upsetting. I'm glad this isn't my neighborhood UPS and I'll never have to deal with this again. This place is a total joke.. I shipped a return back to amazon 3 weeks ago, dropped off at this UPS location. Checked the online tracking, and it was NEVER shipped (only label was created). Called main UPS number, they deferred me back to this local UPS store. Called them, spoke to their manager, they said it's not their fault, and told me to call the Main UPS number. Called this number, and they said it's not their fault, told me to call Amazon. so I suggest u track ur packages & keep receipts after you return your amazon packages and not assume that you will get your refund. Can't believe I just pulled a Karen moment, but this place/UPS deserved it. read more

I personally haven't had the same negative experience that other reviewers have here. Each time I have come in to mail a package, the staff member has guided me with clarity and courtesy. Not once have they been rude or inattentive. I think people need to be a little more sympathetic towards both the immigrant experience as well as towards those who may be reclusive or introverted, or even have social anxiety. Reading some of the other reviews on here has made me a little upset about all the judgment. Sometimes we have a certain level of privelege and conceit and we are only concerned with ourselves instead of looking at the needs, quirks, and life experiences of the other. I feel like that is what has happened to some of the reviewers on here. To that all I have to say is: have some compassion people! read more

Review based on service on 9/10/22. Went at 9 to drop off some Amazon returns. They weren't open even though hours days they opened at 9. There were a couple of people lined up waiting. Came back 925, open with a line of 5 people. Two people working and taking forever with their customers. One employee looked like she was miserable and didn't want to be there. Waited 25 minutes in high humidity till finally my turn. First Amazon return easy. Second one I got attitude because I missed it said I needed to pack the items in a box (missed because I've never had to repack for Amazon returns). Instead of employee being helpful and offering to sell me a box they would fit, she kind of shrugged like I was an idiot and just had a bad attitude. I told her never mind, took my items and drove to San Marino UPS where I had excellent service. Won't be coming back to this location for anything. read more
