The stubborn store owner thinks/assumes that they only have a contract for Vinted/SpeedX package drop offs, but they are also listed as a pick-up location which cannot seem to get into his incompetent brain. I showed the employee, again who I assume is the owner Dwayne, the email & QR code instructions to pick up the package and continues to tell me there is "nowhere" for him to scan the QR code. He made me feel like unless you're paying him money to essentially "rent" a mailbox through his small business there is nothing for you there. I explained to him that I was provided delivery drop-off photos by the shipping provider, SpeedX and showed him and he replied, "I don't care what photos they took there is nothing for you here if you do not have a mailbox through us".
