I didn't experience that today because coming I was helped by my rep, who provided valued service in helping me ship my package. As someone who doesn't use the PS a lot I often have questions about packing and wrapping, so I brought extra items to help with the process. The rep, Lynn, not only offered to help wrap the rest of the package, but also was patient in answering my questions about shipment date and tracking. I'm glad I was able to experience such a positive interaction with her and will be utilizing this service and location in the future.
