I'm giving these guys a full five stars. They help us move ocean freight after it has arrived in…read moreLos Angeles all across the country, picking up from large warehouses around Long Beach. We've moved freight with them pretty much all over, and have found them reliable and friendly. The people who work there seem to want to work there, which at least to me, seems rare at a freight company. I can't speak to how they manage their freight at other locations, only how they do it in Los Angeles. They are a "consolidator". They bring in freight to fill trailers - once the trailer is full, and only when it's full, they send it either by truck or by rail to destinations around the country. This can mean slightly longer transit times than what you would maybe expect from a traditional LTL carrier. This also means heavily discounted rates. If you can spare 2-3 additional days beyond the published transit time, just in case, you can save a lot of money with them. This all said, however, in my experience, their trailers are not sitting in the yard that often. It seems they have enough freight in LA to fill up trailers to most destinations nightly, so freight rarely waits. In any case, I've enjoyed working with them, and although they're just one of an arsenal of carriers we use, I think, for their friendly attitudes, ease of cooperation and communication, and fairly quick service for a consolidator, they get my endorsement!

I asked to overnight a package and she told me no without any further explanation. I explained to her it needs to arrive by a certain day to which she assured me it would. When I checked the tracking however the item arrived 3 days after her estimate. This lady has some nerve giving out inaccurate estimates and even had the audacity to tell me if I wanted something to arrive earlier I should have come in the morning since mail is picked up in the morning. On top of that when she saw my last name she insisted I speak chinese because I am chinese. As someone who deals with customers I can tell you I'd never insist a customer accommodate me. Customers should always come first and as someone running a business she should make her customers feel welcome instead of making them feel like they should've had knowledge as to how the the postal business is run.

Very helpful to my business. I've been dropping off a decent amount of packages to Mail and More…read moredaily in the past year, & their service is nothing but fantastic. We have scheduled our carriers' drivers to come pick up the packages daily at our warehouse, but sometimes their trucks are either fully loaded, or doesn't come on time, so we took some of the light packages to Mail and More and have them to pick up by their routine drivers, they handle them well, & they never complaint about it. Awesome service!!!
