I'm giving these guys a full five stars. They help us move ocean freight after it has arrived in Los Angeles all across the country, picking up from large warehouses around Long Beach. We've moved freight with them pretty much all over, and have found them reliable and friendly. The people who work there seem to want to work there, which at least to me, seems rare at a freight company. I can't speak to how they manage their freight at other locations, only how they do it in Los Angeles. They are a "consolidator". They bring in freight to fill trailers - once the trailer is full, and only when it's full, they send it either by truck or by rail to destinations around the country. This can mean slightly longer transit times than what you would maybe expect from a traditional LTL carrier. This also means heavily discounted rates. If you can spare 2-3 additional days beyond the published transit time, just in case, you can save a lot of money with them. This all said, however, in my experience, their trailers are not sitting in the yard that often. It seems they have enough freight in LA to fill up trailers to most destinations nightly, so freight rarely waits. In any case, I've enjoyed working with them, and although they're just one of an arsenal of carriers we use, I think, for their friendly attitudes, ease of cooperation and communication, and fairly quick service for a consolidator, they get my endorsement! read more

Bad freight company. DO NOT USE this company for freight loads. My pallets arrived damaged and I notified the driver, he said he would note down the damages and advised I could should call the customer service and let them know of the damaged. After 60 days of placing my claim I called them, since they never got back to me and they said the claim had been DENIED. Now I need to invest more money and get rid of the damaged merchandise they delivered. HAD A LOSS OF OVER $10,000.00 WILL NOT BE USING AGAIN FOR SHIPMENTS. read more

If I could give a zero star review, I would. Not only are they completely incapable of answering the phones, but when you finally do get a hold of them, they are rude, unhelpful, and not worth the time. I had made a purchase, and selected them as the freight carrier. Two weeks go by, and I still haven't heard anything. I call them, and they tell me that they cancelled the quote and order. They didn't respond to me, only stating, "talk to your broker"...Well, my broker isn't the one that quoted the job, you were. Then I find out that they cancelled because they don't have a carrier to pick up the freight in that area...So WHY DID YOU QUOTE THE JOB, THEN?! Bottom line, I wouldn't even trust these idiots to ship hot garbage. You are going to get your stuff faster if you just go do it yourself. Terrible company. We've been waiting over a month on a shipment (1 Pallet) from Chicago to NY. Any time we try to call, we wait on hold for at least 45 minutes. We've been told the same thing for two weeks, "They're loading it onto a trailer right now and they have it routed to go out for delivery tomorrow." Again, they've been saying that same thing for two weeks. We typically ship 10-20 pallets per day, and receive another 5-10 per day, so we have experience with a lot of carriers. This is by far the worst freight carrier we've come in contact with. read more

Shipper told me delivery would take longer than usual because of part covid and part this carrier is exceptionally slow. I was told 30 days, but could be as long as 45 days. It's now been 75 days and my package is still in transit with a delivery date still another 10 days minimum!!!!!! With no further delays, package will be 30 to 40 days late but according to these reviews, I am expecting even more delays and probably a broken machine and missing boxes if that date ever does arrive. read more

This is a horrible freight company. We have been waiting for days for a shipment from Industrial City to Hayward. Any time I call, we wait on hold for at least 45 minutes. We have been told the same thing for a week, "they are locating the shipment." Our seller sent a Rescue team to pick up my shipment, and they simply didn't get it for the Rescue team. Not reliable in terms of their estimated travel times. Original transit time estimated from Torrance to Fort Lauderdale was 5 business days. When I checked tracking the next day it had shipped out and they were now stating arrival of 10 business day, or 2 full weeks! Rather than ship via long haul truck, they shipped via rail container. I am a freight broker and wow..... this is gotta be the worst service I have ever gotten. No updates just delay after delay.....but thats what happens when you settle for the cheapest carrier. Sent a couple pallets to Miami from California, estimated 5-7day transit, but in actuality it took 14days to finally get the customer. People who left 5 stars either are friends of someone who work at the company, are employees of the company, or got paid by the company. I read the reviews and seems to sum up everything that I have experienced. I am on the phone almost every other month because Front Line lost some boxes or a entire pallet. The email that you get says "The majority of lost freight is located within 24-48 hours of when it is reported missing" but I heave yet to EVER hear anything back with in that time frame. There was one instance it was over a month so my company decided to ship a replacement out and then BOOM they find it. I guess the only "good" thing is they are cheap but with that cheap rate you get a cheap company. read more
