On top of that when she saw my last name she insisted I speak chinese because I am chinese. As someone who deals with customers I can tell you I'd never insist a customer accommodate me. Customers should always come first and as someone running a business she should make her customers feel welcome instead of making them feel like they should've had knowledge as to how the the postal business is run.
