He gave me a fair price and was very easy to process the whole pick up and delivery. Al, the driver, was very friendly and courteous! Gave him my delivery instructions on a sheet of paper and he texted me the sheet with delivery confirmation and who signed for it. My packages were delivered within a hour...in the rain...very impressed! Overall very satisfied and will consider using them again for other deliveries I may have in the near future.

The agent told me that they were not able to deliver my package because they didn't have an access code. I told him my apartment does not have a gate. It's open to the street and the delivery person went to the wrong apartment complex, which would be next-door they're the only ones that have a gate I also told them I lived on the 2nd floor just to try to help them out , fingers crossed. I get my package delivered today.. it currently says it's out for delivery. So update my packages were delivered four days later I think the fact that I was able to contact someone on the phone helped and hopefully I never have to deal with them again.

We have scheduled our carriers' drivers to come pick up the packages daily at our warehouse, but sometimes their trucks are either fully loaded, or doesn't come on time, so we took some of the light packages to Mail and More and have them to pick up by their routine drivers, they handle them well, & they never complaint about it.
