Very rude owners. Walked in to drop off a fedex package. I carried a large box in as they stared at me. The owner finally decided to acknowledge me as I was standing there with a large box. I asked where I can put this large box to be dropped off and he said "over there." I said just here on the floor and then he motioned for me to lift it on their table. He asked if I had a label and he scanned it. I asked for a receipt for the scan but he said they do not do that. I asked what time fedex will be picking up and he points to the board above him. Apparently he was too busy snacking to be bothered with customers or maybe my drop off is not worthy as it's paid for already. Im never coming back here. I can find other authorized locations. read more

They're praises are rediculous, better off going to FedEx as you'll get the better price that matches the great quality! For ex: $1 to print one basic page in black and white (they don't even offer color). The service is slow as well. read more

Mail and More was extremely helpful and always provides great customer service in handling packages that need to be shipped and offers the best price with the different shipping companies. I have come here again recently to get a paper notarized and he was very helpful, and it was very quick and painless. He took the document and filled out what he needed to fill out and notarized the document for us within 10 minutes in and out for only $15! However, they are doing a special right now that when you check in through yelp you will get $2 off. I highly suggest this local mom and pop store for your shipping needs :) read more

The service here is just okay. I went to take care of some quick business that came up. I was able to get everything I needed done in a timely manner. The reason I think it's just okay is because the person who was assisting me was talking to a friend on the phone the whole time. I felt that was very unprofessional and unfriendly. When she wasn't on the phone at the beginning she was really nice but to ignore me to chat with a friend wasn't polite. When I was finished she just whispered a price to me. The receipt wasn't itemized and I honestly have no clue what I paid for. I didn't think the prices were bad so I was okay with paying it but I would have like to know the prices and would have appreciated more attention. I would try them again though, maybe it was an important call or something. I just feel that I didn't get the most out of what they had to offer. read more

Came here on two occasions. First was to take passport photos for my kids and my wife. We walked in and it wasn't too busy. She lady behind the counter was finishing up assisting some customers. She promptly got us in the photo area and took the pictures, reviewing it on the camera to make sure it was a good, usable picture. She included two photos in each little carrier for us. It was in and out in probably 10-15 minutes or less. Because the passport photo trip was so flawless, we came back when my wife needed to do her livescan fingerprinting. Again, it was a quick, hassle-free visit. Glad this place is around and we'll definitely be coming back to use their services. read more

Eh came here for just a box to ship box cost $2.79 and then $0.75 for debit or credit. So make sure you bring cash here. I think 0.75 is little too much... The guy had no personality. Very bad service. Lazy owner and not helpful. Not recommended. When you mailed packages here. They even don't give you receipt. Then when found shipment lost from their store they wind spend time to investigate. This is the worst mail service store in my life. read more

Don't open your mailbox here, they always come late in the morning and said will reject your packages if u don't come to pick up every day! Very bad customer service and bad attitude! When I ask him for scissors, he said it'll charge me 1 dollar. Really? Charge me $1 to use your scissors and another $1 to use tape? I found it actually amusing he had the mindset to say that. Today I came to make copies. I asked for assistance from the owner. I told him I'm trying to center my document on the scanner because it's cutting off a couple of letters. He walks over grabs my personal document holds it up and reads it wtf? I told him Show me how this old 1990's antique printer centers its documents to pick up the entire image? Show me not read my paper! Smh!! I told him forget it, I'll figure it out. I grab my document in the scanner and close the top or scanner. He raises his voice at me and says Hey! You don't you go slamming my printer it's not necessary!! Lol! Come by to take a look at this piece of junk, it's like pinto of printers. The owner is Rude as hell!
