I don't always leave a yelp review, but when I do, I believe they deserve it. I have been patronizing mail and more for awhile now and finally decided to leave a review. Reason is because I don't believe a business should be judged in one visit as there are many factors that can impact a review. As long as I have been coming here, the service has been pretty consistent. Consistently good. I would come here every now and then when I would need boxes for shipping. Even though I buy boxes by the bulk, there are those times when a box with odd dimensions is needed. That is where Rita and Paul made the difference in making my life easier and helping me save money. An extra two inches in the box could bring the weight of the package to an extra pound, which translates to higher shipping cost. So I wanted to find a box that would fit my items without any extra space. Maybe because I was the only customer in there at the time, but they went through a variety of box sizes until I found the one I needed. I felt embarrass that Paul had to go through all that trouble for a single box, but he did it with a smile on his face. It's the willingness to help a customer is what keeps me coming back as I know he is here to look our for my needs first. As for the prices, it is very reasonable. I don't expect wholesale pricing for a single box. So they are making a dollar or two per box. Its the price of convenience and they need to make a profit to stay afloat. read more

I went in to have something shipped through standard shipping to avoid the post office line. I asked the man if it was the same price as USPS would charge if I went to their office. He told me yes. I asked again because it seemed way too high. He then said there is a one dollar difference. I still didn't believe him. I left and went to the post office down the street. It was a $6 difference. Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but if you are running a business, don't lie to the customers. Never returning. read more

I've had my mailbox for 10 years. I bought it when the management was efficient and polite. The new management sucks. They yell at you if you forget something, clearly not understanding how people in the SERVICE industry are supposed to act. If you drop your spoon in the restaurant, do you expect the waiter to yell at you when you ask for another one? I didn't think so. They misplace your packages. About once a week I'll ask them if they have any packages for me, and they will say no. I will ask them to double check, and they would say no and that they are done for the day. An hour later I check back and there it is. Usually they placed it in the wrong bin. I've had a 24 hour delay on a package of documents this week. These documents are extremely time sensitive and costs me $53 a day. That's money down the drain because they screwed up. You can be rude, or you can be bad at your job. I'll tolerate one of the two. Bad service. The Indian man and lady are rude and not friendly at all. Go somewhere else with better service. I went here for a live scan he quoted me over the phone $74, when I got there he said $99. He should of not gave me that amount of the phone if he wasn't sure. I did it anyways because I needed to start my job. I gave them the same attitude, they gave me. This is the first and last time I will come here. Save your money and go elsewhere. read more

I prefer to go to locally owned businesses, but this place is ridiculous! I dropped a package off for pick up over a week ago. I found out it never got to the final destination so when I went back to the store to talk to someone the man behind the counter was dismissive and said check with the shipping company. They never scanned it or picked it up. I called the store again just to see if they would look around for it and the woman said she wouldn't talk to me, only to the shipping company. My package probably got stolen and by the way they have been treating me I bet this isn't the first package that's been lost. I don't even mind it being stolen, but they didn't have to be so hostile. I just need answers for my claim. read more

I needed to get a live scan.. and After all the great reviews i read I thought this place was gonna be a breeze.. WRONG! He said I needed to print a form and I asked if I could do it here. He said Im supposed to do it at home?? then I walked away and realized they offer computers and printers for rent. So I asked him if I can print here.. he said I would have to rent a cpu. I said ok. I looked up forms and printed one and then he said it was the wrong one. The he disclosed he's got forms but he wants to charge me $3.99 for a copy? So I said ok.. And $60 for the live scan? I said ok.. so after filling out the proper forms I handed to him. He then continued to help other customers and answer other calls while I waited. He told me go ahead and sit down.. ( obviously cuz he wasn't finishing my live scan.. actually he was doing everything else but my live scan.. ) it's not that hard.. enter the info and scan my fingerprint! I came here for a live scan for the Professional Engineer's license. There was no line so the service was pretty quick. I was able to finish in about 15 minutes. The rolling fee was $25.00, which didn't include the state or federal fees. The owner is very kind, helpful, and patient so I recommend this place if you need a live scan. read more

Just like our family owned and operated business this business is run by a husband and wife who are always so helpful. When we go in they will always let us know the best way to ship our package along with the best price. They have everything you need to package your items if you don't have it and they are always so helpful with this process as well. We have used them to notarize documents, get our passports, and even make spare keys. When you're there you can't help looking around at all the cute items they have if you happen to need a last minute gift for someone or for yourself.
