Sometimes it's really grudging and the customers can be giga buffoons, but I've had no issues myself. Workers are efficient and I can go in and out ASAP. They have PO boxes here and some outgoing mailboxes outside too. They also have stamps and other postal goods for sale too. I've mailed stuff from here, picked up items from here (though for international ones I've had to go further for some reason), I've returned items through them, all's good. Also just a word of the wise, I've seen and been in car accidents in front of this post office. People are trying to speed through the plaza or stupidly try to park in front of the post office to quickly drop something off and it's a busy shopping plaza, and they get scuffed. Unfortunately, the post office can't release any camera footage if you do get scuffed.

The employee (the guy, the lady is always nice) immediately shouted from behind the counter, "I cannot take your packages, I am by myself." Seriously? I wasn't asking to skip the line--I was literally willing to wait my turn. Apparently even that was too much to ask. I ended up driving another 15 minutes and waiting another 20 minutes at a different location while my wife sat in the car with our crying, hungry baby. Being short-staffed is understandable. Flat-out refusing service to a patient customer because you don't want to deal with a few packages is not. Absolutely lazy and unacceptable customer service.

I first visited Mail N More on Lemon Street since I called them few weeks ago, but to my disappointment - they were closed at 9:00 AM. They won't open until 9:30 when Yelp business hours said 8:30 AM! And because I was in a hurry, I drove to the UPS Store located in the big supermarket and McDonald plaza but they charge $20 a month! WHAT!? The girl even gave me a bit of attitude when I was surprised with the high price. Disappointed, I went on my way to work but then immediately noticed Door to Door Mailbox. I was skeptical at first because it wasn't in a familiar location, but the place was only 2 lights away from the UPS Store so I parked and walked in. I was immediately greeted by a nice lady name Lisa. I told her I wanted mailbox rental and she quickly showed me the plan chart. To my surprise, their box was only $12 a month with additional 2 months free if you signed for the whole year. Well - that was no brainer! As I was filling out the form, I was prepared to pay those upcharges like the ONE TIME SET UP FEE, COST TO PROCESS THE KEYS, etc. Well to my pleasant surprise - NONE OF THAT NONSENSE or HIDDEN FEES were presented to me! I was even able to pay my yearly rental with a credit card at no additional cost! Best part was that I was in and out of there in 10 minutes! Got my shiny new mailbox number and 2 keys (extra spare) and I'm ready to use it! Painless, straight forward, clean looking shop, and friendly service! I look forward to picking up my mails from here! 5 STARS!

The business owner who I assume is named Dwayne is rude, and puts absolutely zero effort into helping you -- I have a package that was delivered here as they are a service provider with the app named Vinted. Apparently the business owner of this parcel shop is completely unaware that they are a pick-up point location for Vinted packages, meaning anyone can choose to have their package dropped off here and pick it up similar to those Amazon Parcel pick up point locations. I came in expecting to simply pick up the package, but instead I was completely brushed off and was told repeatedly there was nothing for me there if I did not have a mailbox with them. The stubborn store owner thinks/assumes that they only have a contract for Vinted/SpeedX package drop offs, but they are also listed as a pick-up location which cannot seem to get into his incompetent brain. I showed the employee, again who I assume is the owner Dwayne, the email & QR code instructions to pick up the package and continues to tell me there is "nowhere" for him to scan the QR code. He made me feel like unless you're paying him money to essentially "rent" a mailbox through his small business there is nothing for you there. I explained to him that I was provided delivery drop-off photos by the shipping provider, SpeedX and showed him and he replied, "I don't care what photos they took there is nothing for you here if you do not have a mailbox through us". Please DO NOT come here. Stay far away instead save yourself the trouble and go to your regular post office. Absolutely TERRIBLE service I'll never be back.
