It took me less than 10 minutes to return my old internet equipment to Frontier Internet via the UPS Store. There was only one customer ahead of me. The young, tall, and handsome man helped me. He began by scanning the QR code on my phone and took the Internet equipment. At the end of the transaction, he printed two sheets of paper and handed them to me, with one great advice, "Please keep them for your records in case they (Frontier Internet) claim you never sent the equipment back." I was like really?? The receipts contain the shipping information and tracking number. This was on March 18th. Luckily I did keep the receipts in a safe place, because on May 4th Frontier billed me $110.50 for the unreturned Internet equipment. I contacted them via online chat to dispute the bill. Frontier representative asked me for the shipping date and tracking number, which I quickly gave to her. After 10-15 minutes, she finally said that the charges will be reversed. Thanks to this young man at the UPS Store for making this transaction headache-free!! Even though he wasn't very talkative, he did show me that he does care about the customers. In the future when I ever need the UPS service again, I will definitely return to this location. read more

I am extremely disappointed with the way my son was treated by the manager Preet at this store. My concern is primarily with the manager's behavior, lack of professionalism, and the way she handled the situation with a newly hired employee. My son had been working for approximately four hours straight loading boxes. During the last hour, the manager believed that a package was missing and made my son go back and unload all of the boxes he had already loaded to search for it. After going through all of that, it turned out that there was actually no package missing. This is when the situation became especially uncomfortable. While my son was unloading everything again, the manager became upset and began hovering over him and watching his every move. My son was visibly sweating, exhausted, and experiencing lower back pain after working for several hours. He told her that his lower back was hurting and that he needed to move at a slower pace. Despite this, she continued standing over him and pressuring him. She never asked if he was okay, offered to help, or showed any consideration for the fact that he was physically struggling. While he was unloading the boxes again, my son accidentally dropped one package from approximately one foot off the ground. The package was not damaged. Instead of calmly addressing the situation or checking whether the package had been damaged, the manager began yelling at him and ultimately sent him home. What makes this even more frustrating is that my son had already worked for approximately four hours loading these boxes, only to be required to unload everything because the manager believed a package was missing--when in the end, nothing was actually missing. During this unnecessary process, he was sweating, exhausted, and experiencing back pain. Rather than showing concern or helping resolve the situation, the manager continued hovering over him and became increasingly angry. The following day, my son was instructed to report to the store at 1:00 p.m. because the manager intended to terminate his employment. He arrived at the time he was told, yet the manager did not arrive until approximately 3:30 p.m. He was left waiting for more than two hours for a meeting that she had scheduled. When she finally arrived, there appeared to be no meaningful discussion about what had happened or consideration that dropping the package had been an accident. He was simply terminated. I understand that managers have expectations and that employees are responsible for completing their assigned duties. However, there is a professional and respectful way to manage employees. My son was a new employee who deserved the opportunity to learn and receive appropriate guidance. Supervising an employee does not require yelling, intimidating them, or hovering over them while they are visibly struggling physically. If there were concerns regarding my son's performance, those concerns could have been addressed professionally. Employees should be coached, trained, and treated with dignity and respect. Based on my son's experience, I am extremely disappointed with the management at this location. I sincerely hope upper management takes this complaint seriously and looks into how employees are being supervised and treated at this store. read more

I frequent this UPS store often and every time I go, I always get good service. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I happened to bring a computer monitor that was completely unwrapped and I was planning on getting all the materials to do so at the store. They offer a service where they do this for you and it was worth paying since the materials was almost as much as the service. Jerry helped me through this process and he was very patient and knowledgeable. I wanted to leave this review because I felt he went above and beyond for me. He made it a very seamless and easy process. read more

Instant passport photos for $17 after tax. I was immediately greeted by Noor as I walked into the store. Noor did an amazing job with our 7 months baby's passport picture. He was able to capture our baby's picture with just one shot. The passport photos came out to be $17 after tax for 2 pictures and we were in and out within 5 minutes. He also showed excellent multitasking skills as he was training a coworker while helping other customers while we were waiting for our photos to print. Thank you for all of your help and superior service Noor! read more

Friendly, helpful service. Helped me print my label, take passport photos. Very nice person.

Yes they're pretty busy most of the time, but they try their best to do everything efficiently and quickly. Most of everyone in the store is great and nice, but especially Preet. Preet really knows her stuff and she has so much patience. When something doesn't come out right, she does try to go out of her way to help resolve or fix the issue. This is my go to UPS store. read more

Their service is always fast and easy! I have return Amazon items and have done their live scan. Both services were great!

Reliable location! I have always had good experiences at this UPS Store for all my return needs. Staff is always friendly and helpful. In addition, they also do passport photos, a service I utilized this year. I also really appreciate that they are open on Sundays! read more

I love that I can just return all my Amazon products at UPS store locations. They also offer passport services, which is nice. The quality of service is always great, and the value of services are very fair. I also appreciate that I can drop off my USPS packages (they just can't offer a receipt). I'm very grateful for the services I requested and go in for and how quickly they execute. read more

I dropped off a pair of ray ban glasses a few months ago that I was returning. I get to the store and I was going to purchase tape to seal my box. The gentleman in the front said they were out but that he could tape it for me. I was so appreciative but then a few days later I get an email from Rayban saying they received an empty box with no glasses. I called UPS and spoke to the manager and he said he would call me back and it's been a few months and I have y heard back with any resolution. I fear someone stole my glasses at the store , read more

Juan refused to accept a return for Amazon and said it needed to be packaged/labeled when it clearly said on the Amazon app that UPS store will pack and label it. I've returned here before and was never a problem until today. You need to get this thing sorted out with Amazon coz this clearly is not what it says on the app. Otherwise you should honor this until the change is made. *** update Dear Scott, IDK exactly what you're talking about re: the pic I attached. It clearly said that the UPS store (your store, not me) will pack and label the items to be returned - with the option that I picked. Like I said on my original review I have dropped off items at your store multiple times before without issues until Juan. Juan basically told me that I would have to pack it myself. That's clearly not what it says. I have done other businesses there including passport pic without problems. What changed, idk. But yes I was able to sort it out by returning it to a KOHL's store, no questions asked, took a minute (just like how I used to do it at your store), and received $5 off coupon Thank you for your concern. read more

Came by at 7:01 and they couldn't take my package. She literally looked at me and locked the door and said yea noooo. I am absolutely infuriated with this location and with employee "Preet" I was over charged for my Live Scan and it wasn't complete I needed both FBI and DOJ and was overcharged by $30 customer service phone number does not help so i went into the location and they said there is nothing they can do because the live scan was already completed. If that is true why was i charged an extra $30 for miscellaneous when the fingerprint scan is $32 not $62?!? I went to the baldwin park location on big dalton and they charged me correctly and made sure i was doing both DOJ and FBI live scan. Preet overcharged me and will not help me. Definitely going to corporate over this They need to take her fingerprint license away.... read more

Still nobody has contacted me. Been waiting for a phone call from the ups store owner regarding this whole thing. UPS corporate told me they tht the owner or manager would be contacting me and they can't do anything about them losing my stuff. This whole thing still hasn't been resolved from early December. Do you guys not value business? This is ridiculous!! If possible I'd leave a zero for their customer service all across the board! Lost money on my end and Christmas presents. Hope this helps anyone in any way thinking to do business with these people. Don't trust their important mail and packages with them. The manager is reckless especially. read more

The Lady charged me $4.25 to print an Amazon-free return label. This place is honestly a hit or miss. It seems to have ok service if you're here just to drop off or pick up packages. The other services are exceptionally longer especially with the holiday season. The manager there was great. But I think they might need another hand or more training for employees? They handled the live scan and the notary service. On December 18, 2023, I brought 2 boxes to this UPS Store to send to Ohio. Since I procrastinated and didn't prepare the packages earlier, I had to settle and pay $127 plus to get it there on December 26th. I've sent packages to my family thru this store before but I never thought that they would "lose" my Christmas boxes. When I tracked the shipment status the day after, the system showed that it never even left California! The tracking numbers were never even scanned to show that these arrived at the Baldwin Park facility! I am so disgusted. Shame on you, UPS Store. I could not post this review without indicating a star so I had to pick 1 star. You don't deserve any stars at all. Manager Preet, I will never go back to your store. read more

Horrible! I waited 34 minutes today to do an Amazon return because now you have to do the self service returns and most everyone didn't know how to use it. The lady at the counter said they need everyone to learn how to use it. Mind you there's only ONE machine and there's older people that do not understand how to use it. The counter was empty with no costumers and they didn't want to process Amazon returns because again they want people to learn but one person can hold up the line. Utterly ridiculous because there could always be new people learning to do returns. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They'd rather do nothing behind the counter so people can learn!!!! read more

I came here earlier today to send out a package. There are two ladies working here. The first time I visited, it wasn't too bad, although they always seemed busy and lacked a warm personality or good customer service. However, when I returned today and politely asked if they could tape the bag for me right away, one of the girls told me to hold on and said she would do it later because they had other packages to prepare. I said, 'OK, I don't mind waiting.' Their facial expressions made it clear that I was inconveniencing them. Their demeanor lacked friendliness or any sense of good customer service. The customer service at this UPS is the worst I've ever experienced. Every time I come to this location the service is poor - primarily due to the employee whose name is Angel. He has a terrible attitude, unhelpful and scoffs at you when you ask a question. He clearly does not want to be there, yet every time I go to this store he's ALWAYS there (over 5 times now). Management needs to know this and give him proper training or I will not return to this location. read more
