No issues here! Always a very quick stop for me every time I have to stop by to return multiple Amazon packages. I've never seen a line here when I've gone on random days and at random times. At most maybe there were 2 people in front of me, but the workers are very courteous and super-efficient, so I've never had to wait for longer than 5 minutes. I'm always in and out super quickly. In the summer, the AC is blasting and in the winter the temperature is nice and mild. Shop is very clean as well. read more

Stopped by tonight to return an Amazon package, and the service was awesome as always. The older gentleman and the young lady working were so friendly and helpful, even right before closing. They're always positive and kind, which is really appreciated The parking here can be a little tricky since the shopping center gets busy, so sometimes you have to lug heavier returns a bit further, but the staff always makes the process smooth. I just wanted to give kuddos to the ups team that was working at the UPS location that's located on 2200 S Azusa Ave Unit 102 in West Covina on Sunday, Sept 3. I went in to have some papers cut up into small "ticket" sized shapes and Nina helped me. She made sure the cut pieces came out perfectly even. Thank you so much Nina. While she was doing that, I was patiently waiting and witnessed the other gentleman (i did not get his name) handle the walk-in traffic professionally and was offering great service to each customer all while handling the front counter by himself since Nina was busy in the back cutting up my papers. Newly opened location in the Home Depot plaza. Location is in a separate building facing Home Depot so there's lots of parking which is super convenient! The location makes it easy combine an Amazon return with a lunch run to Jersey Mike's. David was friendly and helpful when I had questions about shipping. read more

Went to UPS today to get help regarding a shipping and the front worker she was giving attitude about helping me. I recommend going to different store. The lady with glasses was giving off an attitude for helping me since I didn't know the protocol for that.
