I had an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience with Dizzy Printing…read more At first, they were quick to respond and assured me my shirts could be ready the very next day. Based on that promise, I dropped off multiple shirts as instructed and was told I'd receive a mock-up for approval before anything was printed. After that, they completely disappeared. Communication stopped entirely. I followed up multiple times and was met with total silence--no responses, no mock-up, no update, and no explanation. I was left wondering what was happening with my order and with the shirts I had already handed over to them. What makes this even worse is that they were recommended by Bear Essentials LLC, so I trusted that recommendation and expected a professional experience. When I followed up with Bear Essentials as well--since she said she knew them--I was ignored there too. Now, because of their lack of professionalism and complete disregard for communication, I am left without the shirts I needed for a funeral. This was time-sensitive and important, and they chose to ignore me instead of simply being honest or responding. So not only did the stop responding, but the person who referred them also stopped replying once there was an issue. It is beyond unprofessional to take someone's items, make promises about turnaround time, and then fail to do the bare minimum of simply responding. This whole experience has been nothing but stressful and unacceptable. What a way to treat someone who was genuinely trying to support a small business. I would absolutely not recommend Dizzy Printing or anyone connected to this situation to people who value reliability, honesty, and basic communication.

I honestly don't know how this office is still even open. I don't use FedEx that often and I was…read moresupposed to send the package back to spectrum. Spectrum advised me to show them the QR codes and the shipping center would pack, label and send my products back. To start, I walk in and see staff just walking around and some just talking to each other. I'm standing in line with six employees present at the store, all of them refusing to offer help. There was one person at the counter helping someone else. So i figured I would just wait. A young lady that happened to walk in and get in line behind me, and an older asian employee Immediately ran to a register and called her over to help her. The lady said but He was here first pointing to me. I advised him I've been waiting. His face turned to disgust and He proceeded to chastise me because I was waiting to close in line, which I have no clue what that meant. I showed him the QR codes and advised him what I was advised from spectrum. He says they don't do that there they don't package items. Huh??? That is exactly what the store is for. I would've been good with him just advise me but rather he's talking down to me and rude like I'm wasting his time. FedEx Office Print & Ship Center *July 7, 2025…read more*11:30am- Monday *5 Stars Environment: *Big Parking Lot *Friendly and Helpful Customer Service This is normally my go to FedEx location, but today I had to give a huge shoutout to Chelsie for her outstanding service! I came in needing to make color copies of two documents, and Chelsie truly went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. She was patient, accommodating, and made sure to give me a price estimate before printing, which I really appreciated. What impressed me most was the extra effort she put into getting the colors as close to the original as she could--she carefully adjusted them and even tried different formats to make sure the final product was to my liking. That level of attention to detail made a huge difference and made be feel valued as a customer. I arrived right before Chelsie had to clock out for lunch. Even though the store was busy, she took the time to carefully review my prints before handing them over. She noticed a few imperfections and let me know she wanted to make some adjustments to improve the quality. Before stepping out, she explained exactly what she planned to fix and asked me to come back in about an hour so she could finish the job properly. Sure enough, when I returned, everything was printed, polished, and ready to go--and it looked great. She truly made the entire process seamless and stress-free from start to finish. Chelsie is clearly an exceptional part of the team, and it was a pleasure being helped by her.
