I drop off my UPS and FedEx mail here almost every other day. The negative reviews seems to be for the previous owner. Johnathan is the new owner or manager and hes always welcoming and greets people with a smile. If you have prepaid mail that is already labelled, you can just drop and go which is convenient when there is a line inside. This place saves me a lot of time as other drop off points are far from my house. UPS and FedEx usually picks up from this place around 3pm so I recommend dropping off before then if you want it processed by the mail carrier on that day. Don't let the negative reviews of the past stop you from supporting a good local business and friendly owner. read more

I think this place is under new management, because the reviews don't match the experience I had. The guy at the counter was really helpful and funny. He seemed to always be in a happy mood. He helped me print shipping labels here many times and never charged me. Today he helped me find a box to fit my needs and again helped me with the label. He was quick and knowledgeable. It's kinda cool because he sells like figurines and little assortment of stuff. Definitely would come back. read more

Stay Away from this place, but you probably already know that. I went there, because it showed up on the FedEx Website as a Fed-Ex Ship Center. I wanted to send an overnight package but the counter man told me it was too late, because all the drivers picked-up already. I asked if he could still do the package and then I would go drop it off, to a FedEx Staffed location, that takes later pick-ups. He said he didn't want to, because I might use the label to mail a larger item. I told him it was for the envelope in my hand. Then he started using the F-Word and I half-jokingly said "don't expect a good Yelp review from me". His response was "I dont F' Care and get the F' out of my store, before I kick your ass you F'"..... I think you get the jist of this guys demeanor. Now that I see all these other reviews, I guess I struck a nerve with the Yelp Review comment, LOL. Anyways, spare yourself from a rude and unprofessional counter man and steer clear of this fine establishment. I will, unfortunately, have to echo the vast majority of reviews previously posted. The person, whom I'm assuming is the owner, was very impolite and disrespectful. I asked for a receipt of a Fedex drop off and he said the drivers scan and "not to worry". I attempted to ask again mentioning that every other place I drop off provides a receipt, I had significant items and needed confirmation of the drop off. That's when things escalated with him to point where he began cussing and telling me to get my packages and get the F*** out of his place. read more

i'm going to preface this by saying, i just dropped off an amazon return so i didn't have much interaction with the owner. i called before coming to make sure they take UPS drop offs and he said they did. i drove here, dropped off the package and the owner/worker told me it would be picked up later that day. i received a notification from amazon that my return was completed. for me, it did the job without me having to drive to an actual UPS. parking here is a hot mess, its located in a strip mall with a 99 cent store, goodwill, bahn mi place and i think a donut place too. be careful. read more

Very BAD customer service. I saw the Asian man working in the store yelled at a senior lady for asking a confirmation of UPS drop offs. He screamed at her and told her to leave the store all because the poor senior lady ask for a confirmation on a 2 UPS package drop offs. DO NOT GO THERE, you have more and better choices. A store that refuse to print a confirmation means greater chances that your packages will "GET LOST" for unknown reason inside the store, and you will have no way to prove that you already dropped it off. read more

If your reading this everything that people have posted is absolutely TRUE. Went there to simply drop off a return to Amazon and the guy ( I believe is the owner ) told me to put package in the UPS pile, well i guess he didn't like where on the pile I put it so he asked me to move it, my first thought was isn't that his job, but anyway I moved it over for him without saying a word, as I was walking out I heard him saying something, I thought maybe it was important so I said excuse me and this guy just exploded, started cussing at me using the f word a lot so I asked if he was having a bad day and then he told me to get out picked up my package and through it at me, then he started kicking it yelling at me, needless to say I grabbed the package and left. I have no Idea how this guy is in business. If you need to ship something use the place on halaburton ( by Dominos ), they might be a little busier, but now I know why. The owner sucks asscrack. Literally, I saw that fool. He's displayed hours are bs and he doesn't know how to run a business. A decent business owner wold be there for his customers and want customers to like him, but he does not give one shit. Many of my packages were returned because he was not present during displayed business hours. NOT going to renew my mailbox with this loser. The Asian man undeniably has mental/anger issues...he is the rudest man you will ever encounter in a business setting. I was inquiring on some transactions that were used with his account number and he harassed me. I am a well mannered 78 year old man with heart problems. He completely lost control and screamed at me to "get the F*** out" along with several other outrageous statements/phrases and called me names like "motherF*****" while in the company of other customers. He proceeded to snatch my papers and throw them out the door. This man is a monster and needless to say, unreasonable.
