The quality of our booklets was so noticeably better compared side by side to our previous printer's work, that I had no idea that they could look so clean and uniform. My previous booklet order was placed at a big box store and a few years prior to that I had hired another local print shop. Print N Save had a much better price-point in both instances and provided much better-quality booklet. The two members of their staff that I worked with were super patient, helpful and very professional. They pointed out things I had not considered which really worked in our favor. They kindly emailed to remind me to submit a final copy and also explained the payment process. The printing was completed before the quoted timeframe. Initially i was impressed with the service i was getting, had a nice chat with Elium. He agreed to prioritize the DTF print i needed. I was stoked, hoping i found a good vendor close, well it won't be these guys. I sent a 400dpi transparent PNG, ready to go! Looks like the white underprint pulled a bit causing a drip outside of the graphic. Called them about it not about the money but on principle after i was told so proudly who they do work for and was absolutely shocked at how the conversation played out. I got played for pennies. Basically he couldn't get passed the idea of it being on his end, cop-out statement. "I didn't create the file" so regardless of how the file was i sent this guy his arrogance was going to be in the way, he took zero responsibility for what was clearly a printer malfunction. You can see by the photo the inconsistent white underprint and the registration that is off, POOP. I had run a bulk of the project with a company overseas and was not happy due to some minor banding slight registration issues. At the end of the conversation, he said he could see where the problem really was. I don't want to make this into a bigger deal than it is but i'd look for other options because if they drop the ball you're eating it. The service was ok the first time we came in but today was noticeably off. We didn't realize my husband's laptop was dead so we asked the manager, I'm assuming it was her based on other reviews, if there was an outlet we could use real quick. She bluntly said "no". We were like okaaaay. We peeked around to see if we could find anything because we really didn't feel like driving all the way back home to charge it since we were there already. She watched us the entire time. We were so desperate we went to a boba drink shop in the complex to charge. When we came back she was still staring at us. We printed our files and then asked another employee for some help regarding larger scale printing services. As we walk down to the counter the manager and another employee are straight up staring at us while being with customers themselves. We just felt really uncomfortable.

I thought I could do it after work the night before, but everywhere was closed! The only spot I saw opening early enough the next day was AAA Blueprint. I was concerned they only take big print jobs, so I crossed my fingers and stopped in an hour before my test. Ray helped me right away and got me out in 5min flat. A few months ago, they finally created a separate line for Amazon returns, which is nice for the occasional time I actually do want to buy something. Staples is not inexpensive, and I could probably find things on Amazon for less, but you pay for the convenience of being to able to actually see what you're buying. I purchased my last few chair mats here, as well as my printer paper, which I usually have delivered so I don't have to carry it or load it into my car. Their text message deals are actually pretty good if you pay attention. The people who work there are nice enough, though one guy swore they didn't make what I was looking for, even though I had bought one there years ago. I simply waited a couple of weeks, and it turns out it was just out of stock.
