The store associates here are really efficient, helpful, and no nonsense. The doors are open for easy loading and unloading of big boxes. The dedicated parking spot makes it easy to come and go when the shopping center is extremely crowded. You can back in the vehicle right to the store front, which is extremely helpful for people like me with mobility problems. The lovely associate at the store helped process 4 different returns I needed to make during my visit. I was expecting a long line and long wait due to the time of the year. No such thing happened at this UPS location. The store itself is also spotless and very clean. Not an item out of place and every pathways to the counters were clear of obstruction. She was very rude and didn't even let me finish my explanation before she abruptly declined my refund request for the packaging that was clearly not packaged securely.
