The cleanest most well taken care of UPS I've visited. I go out of my way to go to this location instead of the one closest to my home. Most of the employees are kind and handle transactions quickly. I had a good experience with a confusing Amazon return and Jacob helped me out and kindly and respectfully explained to me the issue and offered several solutions on how to proceed. The customer service in this location is terrible. When a customer enters the store BEFORE 5 o'clock, the employees should help those people. Not tell customers that they will not be helped because it turns 5 o'clock when you're inside the store. There is one particular employee that seems to not enjoy his job there. He does not welcome you, does not say thank you , hardly says a word to you unless he has to. Try to be a little friendlier and if you dislike your job that much, find something to do that you enjoy. read more

Came here two days a row to ship some stuff out and both times has great customer service! Even though the store is called UPS, they ship USPS as well which I was happy to find out! I live in Ladera Ranch and I frequent this UPS store for Amazon returns and other mailing needs. They are all so friendly, helpful and patient. Today I went in to do some returns and I lost track of an item that I needed to return for a second and the team in there quickly started searching for it and it turns out it was in the counter. It got to a point where the employees were looking in the trash for me and it was without complaint. Nick was helping me with my returns and he was so friendly and made sure my packages were securely taped. He did everything with a smile and kindness. I've never been treated worse as a customer (let alone a human being) in my entire life! I left my interaction in complete and utter shock. Felt like I was living through a YouTube video of terrible costumer service that you can't even believe is real. But this was! I would NEVER recommend doing business here. I immediately left and went to staples. Not only did they get my order correct, it was half the price, and I was treated as a human. (I also gave them the EXACT file I gave UPS that they said they couldn't print in the correct way). Staples did it just fine. Today my husband and I made an appointment on their website for notary services. He was told there was no one available. Huh!?! Not acceptable. I have been going to the Ladera Ranch UPS store for many years. I've always had very good help there but in the last year or so there is a attendant that is absolutely amazing. Her name is Kristen and she is always helpful sweet, cheerful and willing to go out of her way to make my life easier.
