So many times when my daughter was younger before she was 13 she didn't want to go to her dad's but as her mom i still guided her to dobso although it tore me Apart. So me mom with no criminal background is get punished while the other one who has an extensive criminal background gets away with it. Wow justice was not served. They dont understand the years of physical abuse or emotional abuse that I had to endure, so calling for help the right thing to do and they still kept trying to flip and put different words in my mouth like we cant force your daughter in your car. No I wouldn't want force as I have never physically hit her. I am asking you to tell her to follow the orders. If you would say hey I know we all get mad at our parents but this is your mom's time you are in no harm with her you need to obey the law until you go back to court. Like this is crazy you have no idea what is happening. Are you waiting for me to get killed by the other party. Because that is what he was tried to do and now using my daughter. There is a bigger picture of what is going on. He does things he should be watched on.. or followed by you all. I ended up sitting in custody for four days over something that clearly wasn't a crime--proved by the fact that the charges were dropped. That tells you everything you need to know about how poorly this situation was handled. This wasn't law enforcement--it was lazy decision-making and a lack of proper training. No common sense, no investigation, just straight to arrest. Situations like this shouldn't happen, yet here we are. If this is the level of judgment being used, it's honestly concerning. People's freedom shouldn't depend on whether an officer feels like doing their job correctly that day.

I came to the Tustin PD to report a towing scam happening at the Anton Legacy Residence, located at…read more3100 Park Ave. in Tustin on May 11th. I was given a CR number. On May 12th. I received a voicemail from Officer Martinez asking for mo was not theree information. The second time I came down to the PD, I was told Officer Martinez was not there. Ibrought down a complete report as to what happened on May 14th. I included pictures to assist in understanding my complaint. I then went on Yelp to see what kind of reviews Santa Ana Club Towing had. There were over 5 pages of reviews, and my suspicions were spot on. I made a copy of at least 25 reviews, all collaborating with my report about Santa Ana Towing Club setting up a sting to tow cars. For the 3rd time I brought down my findings to the Tustin PD.These reviews date back to 2023,24,& 25. I am appalled at the history of this company and can't believe these incidents have gone on this long without any investigations. Again, I was informed that Officer Martinez was not in. They don't have voice mail so you can't leave a message for them. This time they told me she was in some sort of training and wouldn't be back until next week. I asked if I could leave her a message to call me. They took my name and number but I do not have much faith in my message being delivered. Why did they not tell me from the very start she was in some training and would not be back for a few weeks. Go figure? So now I wait and see if anything will be done. Biased and Unfair Treatment by Officer Stephens on Alicia Parkway…read more I'm writing to formally express my deep concern about the behavior of Officer Stephens, who stopped me near Kite Hill on Alicia Parkway and issued a speeding ticket--despite the fact that I was not speeding. As a proud service member of the U.S. Army, I've dedicated myself to protecting this country and the freedoms we all enjoy. It was both disappointing and disturbing to be treated with clear disrespect and what felt like racial profiling. Officer Stephens made inappropriate comments, including questioning my appearance (specifically, why I was wearing earrings) and spoke to me in a dismissive and demeaning manner. He did not allow me to speak or explain anything during the stop. His conduct was unprofessional and, in my opinion, discriminatory. I strongly believe Officer Stephens is in need of immediate diversity and sensitivity training. This type of behavior undermines public trust and reflects poorly on the department as a whole. I hope this complaint is taken seriously. No one should be made to feel targeted or disrespected based on their appearance, background, or ethnicity--especially those who serve this country.

I needed to relay the situation to a family member that lived out of state and it was nerve wracking to say the least. The officers were there for hours waiting for the coroner and explaining to all kinds of nosey people with somewhat inappropriate questions. I have a handful of cops in my family but I don't get to hear about the slow days per se. LBPD contracts with a service called TIPS. They send counselors to calls where someone is impacted by a traumatic situation. These people along with the officers were amazing and they stayed till the last person walked out and I locked the door. Of course if I get a ticket from LBPD in the future I'm def coming back and taking some s away.
