I'm most grateful for how quickly you get the work done. I just love that you meet or actually beat your turn around times. That is always a crowd pleaser. You know what else is impressive? The way that you manage to get the Premium Processing done in a timely manner without using RFEs as a way to buy yourself more time. Oh, wait--that's the way it is SUPPOSED to work?! Ah, well, being in an abusive relationship for so long skews the mind. I was under the impression that I was to expect RFEs all the time for no reason and to brace myself for extra long waits. Now that I know better, I won't go back. Unfortunately for a few straggles still left at Vermont, they're still on a waiting list of much longer than the maximum six months shelf life and I'm on the verge of breaking them free and resending the goods to you. I have a feeling that it would actually be faster that way. Sad. California, I'd heard such good things about you. When they closed that location down, we started coming to this location. The Laguna Niguel Post Office is so much better than the old Aliso location. The Laguna Niguel Post Office is located off of Alicia Parkway and Niguel Road. The parking lot is large, but can be crowded at times. Sometimes, people park against the gate due to a lack of parking spaces during busier times. The business itself is average in size. Sometimes the line extends past the P.O. boxes and it moves kind of slow. They typically have 2 people working at the front counter, but if the line is moving too slow, they'll bring out another representative to help speed things up. Customer service here is excellent! If the line slows down, the lady from the passport photo room will take customers into her office and assist them with their packages etc. They run a pretty tight ship here! I have been to several post offices in South OC and this one is my go-to location. They know all of their regular customers and it's refreshing to see that they remember your face when you come in. I've had plenty of great experiences here and I will continue to come to this location to mail packages etc.

As a business owner, I understand that mistakes and delays happen. But what was frustrating was the complete lack of effort or accountability. I wasn't expecting miracles; I was simply hoping someone would at least attempt to check or escalate the situation internally. The supervisor and another employee both seemed very nonchalant about the situation, even after I explained the urgency and showed proof that the package was never received by the next carrier. I left feeling completely dismissed rather than helped. I understand policies exist, but customer service still matters. A little effort, empathy, or willingness to investigate would have gone a long way.

When they showed up, I was told that my mother needed full time care and she would just, take up needed space that was for a real emergency. I asked "what if this is a uti? Or delirium?" They ended up transporting her, but only at my assistance. Filed a complaint with his Supervisor, Ryan Bishop. Ryan was lovely!! We'll see if I get an apology from this... fireman. He looked just like Grant from Ghost Hunter's. He needs to be reminded, he's not a Dr. and therefore cannot diagnose people medically. And isn't he paid to TRANSPORT said "ILL PEOPLE"? People in need of HELP? Really GRANT? ALSO... "Primum non nocere", DO NO HARM!!! This guy was prohibiting me from getting THE MUCH NEEDED HELP my mother needed. She ended up being admitted into the hospital with delirium. Hey Grant... learn to become a "HELPER", as Mr. Roger describes. You need an "ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT young man"!! Who hurt you?
