Horrible customer service and demeanor. I showed up at 456 pm they close at 5. Checked the door it was open. When 20 feet to my car checked the door and now it was locked. Knocked and guy came to the door. "We're closed" he announced. "This box already has the label can I just give it to you." "We're closed." Total jerk. Never again. They're always polite, very quick even if there's a line, and they know what they're doing. Only time I've had an issue was my fault for not seeing the return required a package and I paid for an overpriced envelope. I stopped by this UPS last Thursday, 1/13 after work at around 5:15 PM to make a quick Amazon return. I was trying to rush over since this store closes at 6 PM. Fortunately, there was no line and I was happily greeted by two female employees. Honestly, I was surprised about that because the customer service at other locations are always iffy (other locations usually have disgruntled, prob overworked employees and I never really enjoy going to UPS for that reason). The store was just so bright, new and def had positive vibes lol. The employee scanned in my return code and promptly gave me my receipt. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes! I was also helped the week before that when I mistakenly gave the wrong package. I came back later that same day and they took the time to search through their inventory to retrieve the package so I can exchange and give them the correct one. This was my first time coming to this location. I normally go to the Fullerton one, but this is closer to me now. I went in to return some Amazon items. Everything was in the Amazon bag or in a box. The lady helping me told me that she was only going to "do this one time only" about taping one end of the box shut. She said I had to have everything packed up already. On the Amazon return app, it says they will pack it up for you. I felt like she was scolding me like a child for not taping up one end. I apologized and she said "It's okay. We all have to learn some time." I felt like it was very condescending. I was hoping to see John there because I remember him being very nice when he worked at the Fullerton location, instead I got someone who wasn't very good at customer service. It's too bad since this is the closest location. Hopefully, I'll get someone nicer next time. I'd still rather drive the extra 15 minutes to the Fullerton UPS. They are always courteous and friendly there. read more
