They asked me to get an secondary Identifyer so I asked for a new copy today. And this Rude Asian lady have been pestering the people before me and when I got there she again was very rude and disorganised. When I showed my form she said it was out of date. Then she repeatedly told me me to go raising her voice and saying "have good day you can go now". Very rude and I was pulling out another form of Id and she just walked away from me like I'm stupid. I've had some really nice friendly people help me there, but I happened to get an Asian woman today who wasn't interested in helping me with my lost package. Idk what is going on at the Yorba Linda Post Office, but the Post Master General needs to clean up and clean out all the incompetent, lazy individuals - as well as all the mailmen/women who clearly do not care about having their job, nor do they care to do it properly - can't get addresses correct (we are constantly get other people's mail...and NOT our own), packages are thrown bc their too lazy to have to walk up to the front door/porch, and they think we have no reason to be upset, disappointed, or make a complaint for their lousy service! Pretty sure they wouldn't want this kind of USPS with their mail. Most of the time, my experience at a post office is sub par, but everyone here was so efficient, friendly, and Veretta ROCKED! Not only was she super kind, but she acted as a consultant as well. She helped us pick out stamps for our bridal shower and invites, and was so helpful in general. Five stars for these post office ladies, they deserve a raise. read more

There are a lot of terrible reviews here about this post office. I live in this area so this is where I go if I need postal service and I've only had positive experiences and felt the need to share since I think only people with terrible experiences share and those who have decent experiences at a post office probably don't think to share it on Yelp because it isn't a restaurant. I've never had to wait too long here and everything done here is pretty straight forward. I especially want to highlight their passport service. Very easy to make an appointment for passport service online. I looked around at other nearby locations to see if anyone had an earlier in the day spot and noticed this location had the most appointment times open in general so I stuck with this location. I was in and out in 15 minutes and this included the time it took for them to take a passport photo as well. The clerk obviously knew how to handle the applications expertly and I had all my documents prepared in advance. Absolutely painless. I highly recommend coming here for passports. My tip would be: have your documents prepared beforehand by reading and re-reading the instructions laid out for you on the passport website. This action alone, I imagine, makes it a smooth process for everyone involved. read more

Absolutely horrible my mail person wont deliver mail mail if anyone is parked within 15 feet. I went out to talk to her and explain it's not my car I can't do anything about it . She went batshit crazy at me yelling at me she doesn't have to deliver my mail. So I complained and the supervisor sent me a email telling me it's been resolved. Ya right now she is totally retaliating against me . I went down to the post office and there was no supervisor to talk to and was told to call later . Well called about 50 times and it rings about 20 times and hangs up. read more

The post office has a self service kiosk which would be very helpful if it were stocked with the supplies it advertises. Maybe someone could inventory and provide the boxes, envelops, etc to actually use the self service. read more

It's really quite simple. It's certainly not at this post office - not by the customers and not by the employees. Unless they really screwed something up for you, I don't understand the incredible hate this place is getting. It's your middle-of-the-road post office. It's not the nicest and it's not the worst. The employees are not the friendliest but they're not the rudest either. To me, this place is very simple. If you need to go to the post office and this is the closest post office to you then go here. If this post office is out of your way and there is someplace closer, you're probably better off going there. I did not get the red carpet treatment here, but I dropped off a package and it was sent out and reached it's destination. Mission accomplished- that's all that really matters. read more

I want to say something about the postal service delivery person who comes to Heritage Crossings in Yorba Linda. There has been multiple wrong deliveries in the past year, and it's getting worse. In the past 7 days, I myself have experienced 3 wrong deliveries, in 7 days! 1. I have received a wedding invitation NOT addressed to me but to someone else in the same Heritage Crossings community. 2. My package was delivered to someone else's box (the key to the mail box where the package was placed was delivered to someone else. Luckily, that person, after opening the mailbox, did not take my package, but left it open and I happened to see my name on the package. Thank goodness nobody else took it) 3. Then yesterday, somebody's package is delivered to my mailbox. Same street number, but different street in the same community. This repetitive wrong deliveries is getting a little out of hand. I cannot trust our mail or things we ordered would arrive to the correct address anymore. I have personally gone to the Post Office on Eureka and told the manager above the issue, some months ago, but it certainly seems not to be of any help. I hope the management will read this and the postal staff coming to Heritage Crossings can be more careful. read more

Service is not up to par with the Fullerton Post Office; however, they are kinder than the employees at the Anaheim Hills Post Office. Expect a line and expect to wait unless you already have applied adequate postage and are just dropping off letters in the drive through mail drop box. read more

last week I was supposed to receive a package from Florida. Tracking showed it was delivered to my home on July 21st, but by the 25th it had not arrived. Since it was not insured-- no followup was possible. Sometimes our mail comes at 10 am. Other days as late as 7 pm. Any entity with a two star Yelp rating has significant problems, particularly at the managerial level. But, the USPS is a federally supported and union organized. It is well insulated from customer concerns. Yelp ratings mean very little to them. They just keep chugging on. The City should request an investigation into why this entity offers such poor service. And let's leave Covid out of the discussion. This has been going on for years. read more

This was an overdue review. But I enjoy visiting this post office. I was mailing out a package to my boyfriend for Valentine's Day and the lovely woman who was helping me put the tracking stickers around the decorations I had placed. My package was going to arrive on February 12, but she delayed the package one more day so it could arrive closer to Valentine's Day. She told me she did this that way my boyfriend wasn't tempted to opening it earlier. It was such a neat interaction. Every time I have gone, I have had a great experience. More often than not if you have a package due that is signature required, the carrier will NOT attempt delivery, too lazy to try, only assuming you aren't home. When tracking it online it will say delivery attempted, undeliverable etc. Customers have cameras and video doorbells these days and this continues to happen. No delivery attempt is being made. Calling will get you nowhere so your package is delayed by multiple days, forcing you to go to the post office and track it down. Packages that require a signature must be a chore and they aren't doing their job. Some packages are important and when you are waiting for something that day, it's very frustrating. One day when I got home there was a message on my door to pick up mail at the post office. Was a bit annoyed that I had to drive to the post office, but hey sometimes you just have to. When I got there the line was super long. All the stations were open & there was a vibe about the place. These aren't happy workers. You can tell right off. I had to pick up a letter that I wasn't home to sign for and they had lost it. The lady took my phone number and said she would call and never did. I went back the next week to ask again, still lost and another lady took my number and said she would call by 5 regardless. No call again. The letter eventually attempted to be delivered again and I received it on my third drive to the post office. The only reason to give it 2 stars is because the other ladies at the office have been very sweet in other visits, but just pray they don't lose your mail. read more

Prime member with Amazon and Amazon utilizes them to deliver packages to members addressed and because I have a PO Box the post office will not deliver my prime Amazon delivery to my home address which is specified on my Amazon prime orders. USPS is pathetic. read more
