I initially thought helping hands would come to my home but also due to covid, their mobile service is not available. Kyle let me know their office open was in orange. I quickly scheduled an appointment but then found out I needed to wait on the LiveScan forms to be emailed to me (thanks Kyle for saving me a trip and saving the company's time). It took 4 business days to receive and once I got them, I re scheduled an appointment through Kyle. The total fee for me $75 (rolling, DOJ, FBI). Yameli was the one who helped print me today and she was friendly, quick and professional. I was in and out in about 12mins. She informed me to fax my copy to the board and they should receive the results in a week. If there are any issues on receipt to give them a call back to follow up. This officially means no more committing crimes lol Thanks helping hands for making this potentially stressful and long wait time task so easy. Highly recommended to anyone needed LiveScan services!
