I had a return to Amazon. Originally I was to bring it to Whole Foods. I was in the neighborhood of the UPS STORE #6961 on Chapman in Orange and decided to do my return there instead of driving another 10 miles to Whole Foods. I have returned things at this UPS store before The issue was the return label was for Whole Foods and didn't work at UPS. LUCKY for me Lauren was there to help me. First she explained what I must do. Then when we realized that I would need a degree in quantum physics to follow all the steps Lauren stepped up, and the rest is history. I held my phone while she pressed this and deleted that and displayed her talent of knowing exactly what needed to happen. I'm going to nominate Lauren to be on the team of the next Moon Walk...one step for mankind 2 steps for Lauren. This place would not put 1 small piece of tape to seal my dropoff. The employee said she would have to Charge me for the one small strand of tape. This place really treats customers with no care, they just want money. Waste of time, the employees or whoever set the rules is one greedy low life. They will charge you if you don't seal your own box, so dont give this place your business. The other UPS stores that I go to around the area are much better and have sealed my boxes without any hassle. Needed 1 piece of tape on top of my box, would cost you few pennies only. Take your business elsewhere, not returning to this location will definitely go to the other UPS stores. read more

I would like to acknowledge an exceptional employee at this location. His name is Matthew. I had a large item to return to Amazon. It was extremely difficult to get it into the box. He went above and beyond to remove some wheel attachments. He found a screwdriver and a pocketknife to detach the wheels. It was not an easy task, it required two of to do the job. Nowadays, most people do not want to go the extra mile for customers. Matthew was so kind, helpful and thoughtful! I am so grateful to him! He restores my faith in humanity. Convenient location for this UPS Store. Super easy and plentiful parking. I use them all the time for terrifically easy peasy Amazon returns. I just save the QR Code, drive over there, and walk right in and hand it to them. So incredibly easy. Used to be I had to repackage it all. Love their relationship with Amazon. This is the most friendly, patient and helpful UPS store I've ever been too. They're orderly as well even when there's a line it's managed efficiently. I'm leaving this review in hopes they will improve their people skills and customer service. (I have been a regular customer through the years.) I shipped something that was a return and meant for Ohio. The manager, who did my order originally, made a mistake and imagine my surprise when the package showed up at my house instead of its intended destination! So I took it back to them and I owned my part of the mistake--I had okayed the shipping not realizing or seeing the mistake. But I asked if I might be able to get a discount on reshipping this to the right address. Crickets, not even "I'm sorry, but no." But, this lady said NOT A WORD to me... I mean silent, and not even able to look me in the face. She did the new label and that was it. She should have at least said "I'm very sorry for the mistake, ma'am, but since you did ok it and it was shipped, I regret that we can't give you a discount. Thank you being a regular customer." I would have been fine with it...but it's really insulting when they don't even look at you to address your question or even admit their part of the mistake. I realized my part in the problem, but come on, ZERO PEOPLE SKILLS? ZERO rating on customer service. read more

I'm a senior, and don't do the phone B.S. I just wanted to print 2 documents. Impossible for UPS. Kept telling me about wifi. If I was home, I would just hit ONE button to print docs. They can't do that. Could not take laptop to UPS, and have them simply print two docs. They have taken technology to all time low. Now, if you don't have wifi, or a phone, they can't do a simple task. To the people who live on their phones. Twenty years after the commercial "can you hear me now", android has done NOTHING to fix it. Why? Because people like you keep buying inferior products. They have no reason to make the phones better or efficient, because they don't have to. I spend all day saying "you're breaking up; you're fading out". I visited this store on 07/15/2019 to print a black and white Poshmark label. This store has great customer service however their prices are overpriced. The reason for the 3 stars is because the store is clean and as I said their customer service. I only printed one black and white Poshmark label for $1.50! I could of gotten 10 copies at Kinkos for that price. I should of done my research and asked for their prices so that's my fault. I'm sure the kid (Kevin) is nice, but no people skills whatsoever. Fax machine not working and they're blaming AT&T (I Would too). So no fax! Owner genuinely apologized. I got an email when the driver was close to my area, and since I wasn't home to sign for the package yesterday, they were delivering it to this UPS store.
