I got off work at 5 and go straight to school, I left early to try and get to a store I could ship my laptop from for repairs and luckily this place was open. Came in literally 15 minutes before they were to close and Vince helped me with everything I needed very quickly and efficiently. Probably took a total of around 5 minutes before I was out if there. On three different occasions (including during the busy week of Thanksgiving), I brought heavy, oversized packages (over six feet long) to be wrapped and shipped asap, and they did a stellar job each time. A week before Christmas and they weren't busy and as soon I walked in, I knew why. I was carrying a fairly large box to ship while on the phone verifying the address. A guy came and grabbed the box from me, and as I am finishing with the phone call, he weighed it, measured it, asked for my phone number, asked who I was sending it to, and was ready for my credit card when I hung up the phone. I called one location trying to figure out where they were located and the guy over the phone was super rude. When I called this place the guy was super friendly and tried his best to give me directions. (His name might be Chris). When i walked in he greeted me very friendly and helped me with shipping. Exceptional Customer Service!!!! I rent a PO Box here and am continuingly pleased with the customer service offered. They encourage you to call in and are very helpful check in your box to see if a trip into the store is worth it. Also, the automated system of texting with arriving packages works great! While all of the staff has been friendly and cordial, Diane - the owner, went above and beyond today. I had a missing package that originated from UPS and then was delivered by USPS. The UPS store had no entry in their computer reflecting that the package had been received. I went to the US PS store and they said the package had been scanned and left with the front desk and that was the best they could do. I asked Diane what do I do now and she has offered to reimburse me for the package. Such customer service is rare these days!!! I have been a renter for over 5 years and will continue to rent for another 5 years or more!!! (I'd also like to note that in the past 5 years, this is the ONLY time there has ever been a delivery difficulty!) read more

The owner of this store saw me taping up a big box outside my car and came out with a dolly IN HIS KNEE BRACE to help me carry it in. I didn't notice him approaching me because I was busy trying to tape up the box before taking it inside, so I was pleasantly surprised. He just automatically came out to help. He was so friendly and nice about the bad tape job I did too lol. I was trying to be helpful. Anyone who complains about the cost or how he runs his store needs to find a different store better suited to their needs and liking. Everyone operates their business differently. You are a grown adult. Go somewhere else if you're not happy. Don't complain if you aren't mistreated. Customer service should be just as important to you. How people are treated matters. read more

This place is normally quite good, but not today. I called in the morning to ask for hours and they said they close at 7 today, with hours changing next week. I arrive at 630 to find them closed. The girl comes out and says that the new hours went into effect today (closing at 6pm). Really? That is not a good way to do business guys. read more

This store is an absolute mess. I've gone in on multiple occasions and the store is so disorganized. Let alone the service is worst. Every time I've gone in the same lady is working and gives terrible service. Never says hello and takes almost over 20 minutes on the smallest tasks. She can hardly read nor hear anything which makes the process even slower. Even when I'm the only one in line I end up spending a gold 15-30 minutes inside waiting to be finished. Half the time I visit the store I'm just returning a package that already has a prepaid label which means it should only take a few minutes at most to scan and yet even that takes a ridiculous amount of time. It's ridiculous how bad of service I've received here. Find any other ups store unless you plan to waste your time. read more

They should change their store hours from opening at 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM because every time I get there before 9, they are not open. It is frustrating to see it marked on the door that they open at 8:30 and not a person is in sight or a light on at 8:50... This has happened to me multiple times. On the flip side, they are very nice and take care of you. As some others have said, they are not the quickest, but they do get the job done right and make sure you are completely taken care of before moving on to the next customer. read more

This is the place to go for notaries! Diane is absolutely fabulous!!! I had a tricky document to notarize. The notary down the street had no idea what to do, treated me like a criminal, and insisted that it couldn't be done even though I had something similar notarized at the same location previously. As I drove away I remembered seeing the UPS store around the corner, so I pulled in, explained the situation, Diane knew exactly what to do, she was friendly, helpful and for the same price as I would have paid the other guy, I even got a set of copies for free. I love this place! I have to drop off UPS envelopes on a daily basis since UPS could not figure out how to come to my home and pick them up. Anyway, do to the nature of my business I cannot just "drop" them in a box and call it done. I have to get a actual receipt that I have dropped it off. The lady that runs this store works VERY hard and does the best she can. Sometimes the line is 5 people deep and I walk in and go...ugg. I then remember that she is a single lady that goes in everyday to run her business and keep it going. I then stand quietly in line and wait my turn. I was in the store yesterday waiting my turn and a lady came in behind me and made the comment of..."geez, can we do a YELP review on the UPS store?" I gave her a look to make her shut up and thought to myself....yes I will do a review. I come in this store almost daily, and will do so until my vendors stop using UPS. Lets see you deal with the people that walk in off the street with attitudes and expect someone to box up and ship their Satellite receiver and DVD players to Hawaii for vacation then once they are boxed up does not want to pay $140 to ship them to Hawaii. This takes up time from the store employee. How about you go to Hawaii and get out of the house and enjoy the Island. Anyway, what I am getting at is this......90% of the time I walk in and walk out easy and done. 10% of the time I may have to wait a few minutes.....try to get that ratio at the post office. Is there a UPS corporate I can report this store to? The most unorganized and messy store I have ever been to. They have 100's of papers all over the registers and counters with no space to place boxes on. She literally placed a package on top of a remote and satellite tv receiver. And then one computer wasn't working so had to use the other and she had to remove about 10 boxes just use that space. She went to make a phone call dug into a pile of papers, and dropped many papers to find the phone. Gave me the worst anxiety. PLEASE CLEAN YOUR STORE!!!! read more

My mom and I waited over an hour for Diane to pack two boxes. Several people left because she was taking to long. Not only is the store a mess but she is easily distracted and even asked us if we had been helped yet 30 min into our wait while she was still packaging our first box. The shipping prices were insane as we were charged $5+ per item in each box in addition to the cost of the box and regular shipping. I do not recommend this store at all if you want good service or fare prices this holiday season. read more

I see other people reviewing this place gave it 5 stars which confuses me. I have been here at least 10 times and for the most part it is ok nut the guy who opens the store in the morning is not a people person, I believe he is a manager or an owner but I am not sure. He is very rude and I do not think he wants to be there at all. In contrast when I come in the later afternoon the young guys working here are very nice and very helpful. Those guys are the only reason I am giving them 3 stars and Mr. Personality is the reason I am not giving them 5 stars. read more

I came in with an object no box could fit and she took the time to put a couple of boxes together to create one that would fit my item.
